My headlights have been having issues on and off for a year, so I brought my car in for a check. They didnt charge any initial diagnostic fee before looking st the vehicle and were up front about other possible costs. They were very timely with service and got to work very close to my scheduled appointment time - compared to dealerships where your car sits in the lot 2 hours before they even drain your oil. Explanation for services given was straightforward and clear, with a warranty provided to backup any future disturbances related to my headlights. All in all, a fantastic local service that met my needs entirely. Would recommend!

Tucker and his team were great! My service was a complete motor transplant. Made even tougher by the scarcity of things in these COVID times. The guys faced some tough issues when the 1st couple of motors had to be shipped back! Can you imagine having to tell your customer the replacement motor was no good, not just once, but TWICE?! They handled it professionally. It was not cheap, but quality never is.

Ive had work done there before, gotten my tires from them and today those same tire were rotated. Always friendly and helpful and Ive checked around other shops to check on price and so far they have been lower than the places Ive called. If you need a place to get your vehicle work done do yourself a favor and at least give them a call on tires and prices on the work ya may need. What do ya have to lose?

My truck works but it started acting up so I looked under the hood. They did a bad job putting it back together. A piece of the air intake housing had fallen off. They did a sloppy job putting all the plastic stuff over the radiator together. Its all unaligned. Paid $1400 and still had to clean it up myself. Use at your own risk.

The guys at the front desk are great. The work done to my car has been great. Its a shame I have to leave only a 3 star review and I struggled not to leave 1 star. Because? The owner of this business doesnt seem to care about the safety of his customers. No masks on any employees. Masks not required of customers (I didnt see a single other mask while I was there, on about 12-15 customers). And no outdoor seating. Front desk guys responded politely to my questions and frustration. Store mgr showed up to tell me if I didnt like it, I could take my business elsewhere.

I damaged two tires and because of a product shortage due to production delays across the country, it was difficult for them to find the tires I needed. I am from out of town and visited this location for a tire repair. I would have gave 5 star ⭐️ but my car wasn’t fixed. So my rating is on how I was treated! My car was kept over 6 hours an Chris put on my paperwork/estimate that I refused same day!I DIDNT REFUSE! If YOUR COMPANY has to order the part an I have to wait for the part then it’s NOT same day SERVICE . An it’s not a refusal!I refused to pay the same day and wait for a part to come in. Being a single mother I like to check around after an estimate is given. I was quoted $535 for the power window repair. I’m glad I refused to pay in advance for a part that has to be ordered. I was able to find parts an labor for $400 Less!Chris also missed out on a tire sale because he said didn’t hear me. I know I said tires cause my mother was paying for my tires! But since I had an attitude that he handled very well, I’ll blame my self for not speaking louder since I’m short! Thanks for getting my windows up so I don’t get rained on!

I am always looking for the best deal. After looking around and asking lots of Questions I came across Same Day Auto repair. Mind you I had gotten quotes for almost double what they charged me. That didn’t even cover the diagnostic fees people wanted to charge on top of the repair. Same Day Auto repair tested my AC to see if there were any leaks and didn’t charge me for it. They diagnosed the check valves were the problem, gave me a life time warranty on the parts and refilled my Freon. I was in and out in a couple hours. I really appreciate a honest and friendly shop. I will be using them for more work in the future and when I decide to go and get the continental tires I was basically drooling over. Thanks guys for the great work!!

I had an issue where my Jeep was running in ‘safe’ mode. I had it checked at a transmission place and they said is was the power converter but didn’t do that kind of repair. Had it checked here and was expecting a big bill. Turned out it was a couple of loose wires shorting it out. They did the repair for minimal cost and it’s been running great ever since.

Found a screw in my tire in route to our own baby shower. Was late, called around and everyone was next day or closing. These guys took it in, fixed it and didnt even charge me for the fix!!!

Tucker at Same Day Auto replaced a tire on my nearly 20 yr old car. The work was outstanding, the service by Shane at the front desk was super professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail, my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I definitely didnt feel pressured into any more work to be done on my car even though it needs a lot at its age. Jeff was very helpful. He was straight forward with what he believed the priority of repairs needed yet in no way tried to pressure me into doing more than I originally wanted. Tires and alignment. He did advise 2 tires needed replacement and I agreed. He showed me the tire he had replaced and indeed it was necessary. When I called to see if it was ready he said yep. Payment and receipt of car went quickly. I was given a printout of other repairs that are needed. He was awesome.

Husbands car was making awful noises so we took the car in on a weekend and they were able to fix a problem that other mechanics werent able to figure out. Jeff and Tucker got us in very quickly and even stayed after closing because we had missed their phone call to pick up. They replaced the front left turn signal. Fast, friendly service. Reasonable price. One star off because someone did not replace the air filter properly, after removing the headlight assembly; they left a small gap allowing unfiltered air into the engine. Good thing I caught it quickly. They need to pay more attention to details.

He was honest about the fact the leak might continue because where the hole was located but I would be fine for this trip.
