My sons were traveling from Chicago to Fort Worth on 6/30/21, when they experienced an issue with our truck. It was almost 6PM on a Wednesday night and all the shops were closing in the area. I found Eds on Google maps and saw they had great reviews. When my sons got there, the truck was systematically diagnosed. Now, Eds closes at 8pm, and by that time the truck was not repaired yet. Ed continued to work on the truck until after 1030pm when he finished the repairs. After doing some tests, my sons were back on the road.This is truly service above self, and is not seen often today anymore. Ed, thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my sons. Your business will be blessed because of your actions. The next time I am in Tulsa, I will make a point to stop by and thank you in person.

Eds automotive did it again. My car feels like its back to normal and then some. No more wheel noise and the transmission is shifting all smooth. Thanks guys. When I cant work on my own car these are the only people I trust to fix my vehicles.

I was so impressed with Ed and his quality of work. My bill ended up coming in under the initial quote, which was a pleasant surprise. Ed kept me informed the whole time about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also took the time to inspect the rest of my truck and let me know what I need to keep an eye on because the truck is getting kinda old. Also during his inspection he found a few things that he just went ahead and fixed for me and didn’t charge me because he had the parts laying around his shop. I have never seen another shop with this kind of service. I just can’t say enough about how awesome my experience was with Ed and this shop. Great job guys!!!

They charged me $3000 and now my truck wont start at all. Poor quality workmanship, poor customer service, poorly educated, straight lies, overcharged, dont pay diagnostics, they dont really do a diagnostic other than a visual. Another dishonest mechanic. Not a fake review. You and your son destroyed our engine. Since picking up truck, it no longer runs. You DESTROYED IT!!! Its not a warranty issue. Its a workmanship issue!!

I know when I take my diesel truck into Ed’s, it will be done right. He’s knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions. The price is fair and the customer service is good.

My wifes minivan got progressively shakier on a trip from Colorado to Tulsa on 4th of July weekend, but she somehow managed to limp the van into Tulsa. I left messages with 6 shops in Tulsa on July 4th and Eds was the first (and only) to return my call on the 5th...a day everyone else understandably took off. I was super thankful Donna called back and Eds was open on that observed holiday. They were booked out 3 weeks, but had compassion on us since we were far from home and squeezed us in. They discovered safety and workmanship issues related to work that had been intended to resolve this problem, completed just a few days earlier by a shop in Colorado.Communication with Donna was top notch throughout the process and the van was picked up by lunchtime on July 6th. My wife says its driving like new after a new axle and some other touchup work and we can both feel a little more confident shell make it home safely. Wish theyd open a shop like this near us in Colorado.

Profesional work very knowledgeable, Eds replace the head gasket of my dodge 6.7 i bring a new set of injectors and he installed with no cost, and i very pleased with his work, than I bring my 04 f350 with no start motor and he found the problem fast and fixed, i will recommend Eds automotive all time .

Ed has fixed lots of my vehicles over the years and Ive never had to bring it back for the same issue. They work on domestic and European gas and diesel cars and trucks.

Quality of work and service is exceptional. Ed called and gave me updates every day they had my truck, and even worked on his day off to get me it back for the weekend. We took our Pathfinder to Ed’s after a recommendation from another automotive company that we have used for years (their head mechanic was out in sick leave) . A little weary of using a new company because of all the horror stories you hear... They told us it would be $100 to diagnose the issue with the car. They called us the next day letting us know the engine had locked up, pretty much totaling the car. We went expecting to pay $100 but since is was so easy to tell what was wrong they waived the fee. When we went to pick it up the following day, had issues with our AAA not wanting to tow the car for us a third time so Ed’s gave us a number to an affordable towing company and let us keep our car in their garage an extra day without charging us for that. They seem to be an honest shop that we had a great experience, with wonderful customer service, and a friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back if we have any other major issues!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. Drove 1.5 hours just to drop off my VW Jetta TDI here. They fixed the issue (EGR cooler) quickly and at a reasonable price and provided good recommendations for future maintenance, but weren’t pushy about it. Will definitely make the drive again when the need arises.

While in Tulsa in 1987 my Lincoln was having problems and I went to Eds and was impressed with the service. In 2009 while going through Tulsa my Toyota Avalon needed tending to and I once more went to Eds and was repaired and headed down the road in short order. In 2011 I sold my Toyota and we bought a Chevy Dully and a fifth wheel and headed out of Missouri on the first leg of our retirement trip. Near Tulsa our transmission started acting up and YOU GUESSED IT no one but Eds would do. Since we had a RV we did not need to be in a hurry so found a RV park and waited for Ed who began working on the transmission. We live in Fl now but sure wish we had a Ed in Our area we trusted as much. Tulsa you are blessed with this business and the fair prices? Would highly recommend to everyone
