I recently purchased a rough but collectable and rare diesel Centurion C-350 4x4, and asked the guys at RC Auto to go over it and essentially get it mechanically in shape for daily driving as I work through the restoration efforts.Christopher was coordinating the efforts of the shop with me for roughly a month as they went through diagnosing, repairing and digging up parts. Caleb also kept me informed via their management site which provided write-ups on the various systems and photos of the work.These guys even went the extra mile on a few occasions with this long project by accommodating some off hours time to exchange parts I was sourcing. I never felt they were digging for ways to charge more, and took the time to answer my questions throughout the process.After all is said and done, I feel these guys put out a ton of effort into my vehicle and charged me a fair price for the work. The truck runs like a new vehicle now, which is a big leap from starting it with ethenol and crossing my fingers! The guys at RC auto specialist are very professional and friendly. They usually get to the repairs very promptly. I have been using them for several years. My last experience they promised they would get to it a little sooner than they actually did, but this is normally not the case. Be warned: They are far from budget-friendly, but if you want your vehicle fixed right and fixed typically quickly, they are the go to mechanic.Recommend

Been driving without taillights for 3 months or so. Checked fuses all were good. Seen these fellas had 4.9 reviews on Google for electrical work decided to bring it to them. 48 min later, I have my tail lights and tag lights back 😄😁. In my humble opinion, Im very satisfied with the time it took them to track down my problem and the knowledge their electrical guy had. Job well done . 6 stars 🌟 from me 😁

Brought my 05 Focus in due to an alternator issue. They tracked down a damaged wire on one of the terminals and had my car back up and running asap. Christopher had great customer service skills over the phone.It was pretty cool to see pictures of the work they did as they kept me in the loop.

Once again the RC team did a quick, thorough, great service in repairing one of my vehicles. Fuel pump & related control went down. They went above and beyond with help & guidance in connecting me with a tow service as well as getting the work turned around quickly. The guys at RC Auto Specialist are very friendly and professional. I had my truck towed in them one more, as it unexpectedly quit on the highway. They had it diagnosed and problem corrected within a few days. They were very help and communicated with me throughout the process. I would recommend giving them a try.

I will start by saying whenever the competition recommends you to their competitor and states they have some excellent master techs from Ford and most likely will be able to get you in quicker it sets the tone. From the time of drop off, communication throughout the repair to the follow up phone I received making sure the AC is still working properly and to my liking. I waited a two before writing the review in case I had to take it back in, but all is good. Great job by the folks at AC Auto and I will be coming back to them.

We were driving back to Nebraska on a Saturday night after visiting family in Broken Arrow. We have an F250 diesel 2012 King Ranch. We got a warning and then the truck shutdown. We had it towed to a local Ford dealership which was closed until Monday morning. On Monday morning, we showed up at the dealership and were told they were 3 weeks out on appointments. We came across RC via a Google search. Peter was very professional and friendly. He told us they may not be able to diagnose it until the next day but would prioritize it for us because we were traveling out of town. The same afternoon, he called to let me know they found the problem and would try and get it fixed by the end of the day (which they did). He also coordinated with our after-market warranty company to save us as much money as he could. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I just did the Pre-Purchase Inspection at RC Auto Specialist for my 2016 Lexus RX350 this morning. Mechanic here are super efficient, they checked all the oils and Sparking Plus with perfect condition (Thanks to the Lexus of Tulsa) with no charge!!! Very nice guy here, hospitable and reliable, I suggest you to come here for any kind of inspections or repairs, and no matter what you guys do, I will definitely suggest this store for my friends if they are in Tulsa.

I have a 15 Ecoboost Mustang that I threw a rod and blew the turbo in. I talked to around 7 different shops trying to get it repaired, RC Auto is only one of TWO shops that agreed to do the work. Christopher had a estimate back to me that was almost right on the dot, and he also gave me updates whenever possible, and even filled me in on the work that I could expect in the future and everything was backed up with personal experience. I was without my car for almost 6 months, and the only other shop that I could trust had a massive back-up due to many different circumstances. This was my first major repair Ive had to pay for out of pocket, and I had no guidance on where/who to go to at that. If youre in the same boat, or have many of the same circumstances that I do, pull the trigger. I got a check up from Shane a few days after the repairs, and I was encouraged to come back when I left. You wont find a better shop, ignore the bogus 1 star reviews, they didnt listen to the professionals.

They did a great job replacing the entire AC system in our car and it didnt take them long to get us our car back.

I made an appointment to take my Genesis in because my A/C was blowing hot air, preparing myself for a worst-case scenario & a couple thousand less dollars in my bank account.A few days later, I dropped it off at 8:30AM & by 4:00PM I was driving away in a cold car, for less than $150. It was as simple as needing coolant!They did right by me & didnt try to overcharge me or convince me that I needed something I did not. I have other work to be done on my car & I will be using RC Auto Specialists for all of it. Extremely happy with the service I received!

I think they did an excellent job. My A/C failure in the midst of an Oklahoma heat-wave was addressed in short order. (Other places I contacted gave me a start date sometime in July and RC Auto got me in within just a few days. I particularly like the fact that I could keep up with their progress via their on-line site. Very convenient! Now my A/C is threatening to freeze me out! Greatly Appreciated!

These guys did a fantastic job, I called RC Auto and talked with Shane about an issue that just happened with my 2010 F150 (5.4 3V) after giving him all info about the truck and explaining with as much detail about the issue, Shane already knew what was wrong. Now, to give a little more detail, I took it to Ford and they said I needed a new motor, that they couldnt fix it. He said bring it in, we will take a look to be 100% sure that what he thought was in fact the entire issue and nothing else was wrong. After 1.5 days I got a call saying that it was fixable and that I would be getting an invoice for the things that needed fixing and other services they offered.Let me tell you, the way they have everything set up, it is easy to understand what all they are doing to your vehicle, each and every item on the list has a description about the service item. It makes everything a lot easier. I could go on and on about why I recommend you should use these guys. But the long and short of it is this.....I had an issue, they had everything done within a reasonable time, took good care of me and my truck, kept me informed, and the biggest thing is that they actually knew what they were doing. Plus they came at, what I believe is, a reasonable price.RC Auto, thank you so very much for getting me back on the road. Im sorry it took so long to get this review out there, but its here now. I’m very happy to say that the professionals at RC Specialists were exceptional. I brought a mysterious engine problem to them with my Ford F-150 that nobody else could seem to fix. This place is absolutely amazing. I had come in the night before to Tulsa, headed to Michigan to drop off a load on my trailer. I am a hot shot driver. My water in diesel light came on and my F-350 went into reduced power mode. These guys took my pickup and went to work immediately. After they changed the filters, the light was still on. They had to trouble shoot all afternoon and they did. They even got me a Lyft to a hotel. They stayed after hours and found a problem with the wires where the previous owner had an auxiliary fuel tank and the wires had corroded and water was in the connectors. I cannot say enough about their hospitality and their concern for me to get on the road. I am a 49 year old single woman and I felt as comfortable with these guys as I do at my hometown mechanic shop. They worked until they got the problem fixed and they did not overcharge me at all. 100% recommend these guys if you need an honest great place in Tulsa!!!!!

Car would not start and I originally thought it was the battery. I got a jump and very quickly it became evident it was not the battery but the alternator. Googled repair shops in the area because I am not from Broken Arrow. RC is one of the first that popped up with really good reviews. Called and they said they were busy but could find a way to work me. Had roadside service tow my car to the shop. Evaluated my electrical system and determined it was indeed the alternator. They fit me in and replaced alternator and I was on the road in no time. Staff are very friendly and they made my whole stressful situation go away. Would recommend them to anyone, especially my family. Really hard to find an honest mechanic and just thankful I found these guys.

I have oil leaking problem. It wasnt very bad at first. When I checked under my car, I saw a small amount of oil dropped. I left my car for a day for diagnosis. Then they said that they could fix that for $3000. (I have 2002 toyota avalon. The price of this car is about $1500-$2000) I rejected that offer and I just paid $119 for inspection price and I left. Then I realized that my oil leaking problem getting bigger. Everyday I saw too much oil under my car. Like a lake. As a result, I paid them $119 for damaging my car. Thank you!

I brought in my 97 Ford Escort in with issues with my AC. It had a hard to diagnose issue that took us through several resolutions before they got it narrowed down. They replaced the part and I have not had that issue again. Today, as I had an issue with my radiator they waived my diagnosis due to the time it took on my AC issue. I ended up getting the radiator service elsewhere because it was a bit cheaper. You know what though? That small garage that I ultimately went to today wont ever followup with me or talk to me about the issues like the guys at RC did. Christopher and Shane are amazing guys and they followed up with me multiple times after the service on my AC, even a courtesy text on Christmas. These guys care very much about their business and you definitely get service that goes way above and beyond and warrantied work that is backed by people who care. If it were a case where funds werent a concerns, the extra money is honestly very well spent and Id recommend their service absolutely. Thank you guys. I appreciate you!

I brought my girlfriends vehicle into RC Auto Specialists after I had done some work on my alternator following an incorrectly performed jumpstart. Immediately I noticed that the sales staff at reception were a cut above many service centers in Tulsa I had worked with while trying to track down a garage that would work on our Korean vehicle (KIA). The gentleman at the counter (Christopher I believe) was curteous and helpful throughout the time my vehicle was in their care, which i might add was only around 24hrs. The speedy service came as a pleasant surprise, especially after recieving a quoted turnover of 1 week. This shop knows how to underpromise and over-achieve, something I value highly as a member of the service industry. The technician assigned to our vehicle (David L.) took excellent care of us and the vehicle was returned exactly as it was dropped off. Our parts cost was low that we were only charged for labor, and of course performed a full inspection at no cost to us. This shop did a fantastic job and I have only ever heard positive reviews. This was my first time as a customer, but, I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle here in the future and reccomending those I know to do the same. Took my 2013 Ford F150 in for maintenance and noise coming from the front end. Roy and his team were quick to diagnose as well as assist with several maintenance issues I had neglected. Very professional and friendly service at a very reasonable rate.

Originally had a pleasure experience, however shortly after getting it “fixed” I was having the issue again 24 hours later. I returned my car a total of 3 times after paying them 800$ to “diagnose” the issue. Long story short these guys misdiagnosed my vehicle, charged me 800$ then finally told me they found the correct issue which would be an additional 1900$. I will be filing a civil suit, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PLEASE, the reviews are asked to be made right after you pay. Very deceiving

They fixed my truck in 2 weeks when other mechanic said it could take over a month. The price was right and they even fixed a broken bolt I had on an ignition coil for nothing. Took my f450 in 2 years ago. Supposedly they fixed it but it still had issues. Did address them on it but they said that was normal just needed to get broke in. Now it doesnt run at all. Then they tried to say needed a whole new engine and tried to charge us $20,000 to replace it. I dont think so but thank you for nothing Will not do any future business with them

Excellent service and professionalism. Took my 06 Ford F-150 in to have a light in the dash replaced. While they had the dash removed they suggested to replace all the bulbs. If one is out the others will follow. Typically when a dash is removed and reinstalled it is plagued with rattle an looseness. Not this repair. Just as secure and quite as it was when I took it in
