Dishonest, misleading, and unprofessional to say the least is what you can expect at this location. After informing the tech that our vehicle was only cooling when driven, and that an inspection had previously been performed and concluded the freon was low, a price was provided for a freon recharge and oil change. However, after the oil change we were advised the A/C was not disengaging, which was preventing cooling. If you possess a mechanical background in automotive repair, you would know that this is false. Additionally, the tech was rude and dismissive when we inquired about repair. It was obvious they were attempting to charge more for work that was not required. As a word of caution, stay away from this place.

I have never had anything negative about precision, as I have always gone to 51st location. Today I decided to give the 21st location a try with my bug. Nope. Never again. The mechanic didnt have a specific certain tool to do my oil change and suggested to take to a VW dealership, ok, no biggie. Probably inexperienced, not enough tools. Were all human. But he made more mistakes than I thought.I went back to 51st, everything went smoothly. I actually spent less time there waiting for my oil change vs waiting for 21st to get to my car &tell me he couldnt do it.As well, upon picking up, I found out that the mechanic didnt put my oil cap back on after NOT doing my oil change and made a mess under the hood. Ill never make that mistake again going to 21st and memorial.Save your time, my best suggestion is to go to a better location. Go to 51st.

Average wait is 30-60 minutes. I dont mind. Theyre pretty reliable and their wifi is strong. Never any extra BS just straight business.

Id like to update my review. These guys went above and beyond to correct the issue and made sure to give great service and follow up. Thank you for making a bad experience better.

This place was horrible todays date is June 15th I drop my vehicle off at 10:30 this morning they didnt give me a phone call or anything my car set there till 3:38 p.m. let you know that they close at 6 Braden whoever he is general manager assistant manager I dont know but he doesnt not need that certification because he is not certified to work with the open public and yes I was real irate when he threw my keys to me Braden I hope you correct your attitude so you can have good Endeavors in life

Took my truck in to have injectors cleaned, they wouldnt clean them because the check engine light was on- check engine light is on because the injectors need cleaned- per the dealer! LoL Took it to a more qualified shop- no problem. Cant recommend this place.

They were efficient, experienced and absolutely worked above and beyond more than expected. I have been there many times for vehicle maintenance, but today showed me that I will definitely return several more times for the same high quality service.

The worst place to take your car I told these ppl I was on my way to Tx and when I got there my truck was making a sound and so I took it to the Ford dealership in Houston Tx and he asked me when was the last time I got an oil change I told him the day before I came there he said theres no way you got an oil change Im surprised you made it here so I called them and argued me down that the tech went under so I asked well do you have cameras down there he said no I then said well then you cant say for sure what he did because there was no oil by the time I got to Tx and I had no leaks, that was 2yrs ago and my daughter went to the EXACT same 1 on 21st & memorial & what do you know they forgot to put her oil cap back on so by the time she got to 61st and union area oil was splattered everywhere so Id never ever ever refer anyone to them sometimes cheaper is not better couldve locked up both engines and never took responsibility for either 1

This place has top of line professionalism on every aspect upon entering and leaving. The staff is communicable, efficient and honest.

Oil change took almost 4 hours... 😒ALMOST 4 HOURS.... and on top of that... I overpaid for them to replace my windshield wipers... and they didn’t replace them... NEVER EVER... ever ever ever ever ever... going back

The workers at percusion tune are so nice. They stay busy. However the screw didnt get in tight enough and the oil came out. Luckly it was fixed fast and there wasnt repercussions ans i get a free service next time.

$19 to mess your car up. Perfect before I took it in. Got home and noticed a level 1 leak. Not happening before I took it in. A few days later, power steering fluid all over the ground and below minimum line. They will NEVER see my business again. I will go where my vehicle has never been messed with. Take your VEHICLE here and you will have problems.

Ive been taking my cars there for 15 years plus. I had oil link had the do a diagnosis on it a couple of weeks ago. Took it back a couple of weeks later to get it fix. When I dropped it off cause I knew it was going to take at least 4or5 hours. The guy behind the counter GW was so rude. I told him had already had a ticket made on what needed to be done. He pulls up my name and says What all do you need done? very rudely I says whatever the ticket says. He says I didnt make the ticket so I do know. Very rude. I dont know if Ill be doing business with them anymore.

Thank you to the staff of Precision Tune Auto Care!It just so happened that all their oil changes were $3.00 off, I got the premium, less than $30.00, great deal !!The waiting area was clean, had todays newspaper, friendly, the guy outside, walking up & down the sidewalk was dancing and singing, entertaining traffic. Been taking our truck there for a few years. This last time we took our dodge in to get a oil change and when my fiance walked in there to check on it he noticed they had the truck jacked up on the gas tank not the frame. When he pointed it out to the technician the guy said well I dont smell gas so it should be fine. Well after that the truck doesnt want to start so you have to hit on the tank to get it to start. After contacting their corporate office they call us tell us to bring it in so they can look at it well after having it for 2 days they call us and want us to pay for an electrical test. We told them no you broke it now fix it. Well they are refusing to take responsibility for their screw up. So if you take your vehicle here just be aware if they mess up your vehicle they will not honor it. It will be out of your pocket. Will not use them ever again!!!!! Our family and friends wont be either .....

The new manager puts the customer first, I liked that the mechanic came into the lobby, showed me a part explaining what was wrong and needed to be done! Gave me a quote but the mechanic also explained what needed to be fixed in order of importance..... because he knew I was on a budget. The new team at that location has definitely earned my business back! I stopped going because the service got bad with the previous manager.

It took over 4 hours to change the oil. Dropped the car off at 12pm and it is 4:06 pm and they are not done yet. They gave me a 45 min to an hr ETA so that was a lie. Never again

I gave four stars because we all can improve. The Memorial store does the best to make sure your needs are met. I had a anti-freeze leak that they found for me. I did the repair. It was a hard to find leak that I couldnt locate nor a friend of mine who owns a shop. Turned out to be a broken water jacket. It cost me 45.00$ for them to locate the problem. I always go there for my oil changes. They are good people that do good business. You can never make every customer happy. I know I am in business myself. If you need good work go see them. If they fail to fix the problem it will be because the problem is tough for any shop.

Took my car in for an oil change and was offered something as an up sell for $10 so I accepted without caring cause it was $10 but turned out it was $110 for a serpentine belt... if the guy at the counter was more clear about it I would have said no for sure cause I knew I didn’t need it so I asked for the original belt and they cut it to get it off. Then after I paid them instead of having the police come and charge me or them place a mechanics lien on my car or something they changed my digital speedometer in my Cadillac to kilometers! What a-holes! $10 for an air filter or something yea cool upsell me and I’ll help you be a better employee by doing what the company wants and offering extra services on my oil change but screw me to make money on stuff I don’t need? No- not cool at all

I called for an estimate for my car for a tune up (oil change, spark plugs, fuel cleaner inductor) and the employee quoted me twice the price of anyone else around town which was $750/ compared to $350. You will reap what you sow.

Im not sure how thay run this place i got one car service thay changed my air filter and my ac goes out right after service was done thay told me that it was a different problem now on 6-29-19 i take a different car to get service guess what happens yes my perfectly ac goes out right after being service i talk to the manager about the problem and wht happen to my last car and he told me that it was a coincidence my ac was working beyond fine befor i took my car in and it comes out not working and same problem with 2 diffrent cars and not working right after thay work on it i think not i will be contacting my lawyer and BBB since i cant get an answer of why this happen again to 2 different cars right after being service with the same problem thay i would not take your car here

Long wate, did not wipe his feet before getting in the car so now we have oil in our floor bed, rude, and did not even ask us if we wanted to replace the drain plug but went ahead and did it with out our knowledge, only to tell us when it was time to pay. # not pleased

Super customer service and quick turnaround. I have been very pleased with their work.

I paid nearly $80 for a used auto inspection. At that point, everything was okay and I trusted that their opinion of Your getting a good deal Come to find out, It needed about $1800 in repairs that they should have found. One good example is that they told me it had an oil leak, which actually turned out to be a radiator leak so that had to be replaced. I ended up paying $7000 for a car worth $5000 due to their incompetence.

Well its not 19.90 as advertised for an oil change. I see my receive says they added additional oil, over 5 quarts. Usually I change my oil myself, and I have never had to use over 5 quarts of oil.

I took two vehicles there in the same day, and wwanted to go back with my 3rd but I realized the they left my oil pan plug tightened, and oil spilled out into my garage floor,and also they took the key to my wheel locks so Im more than likely not going back,after realizing later that they strpped my oil pan screw out,and didnt tell me.
