We had a wonderful experience. Our car runs great the first time, they stand behind their work. They helped us with towing, they called before they done any work and it was a fair price compared to other places. I highly recommend them.

They are a very professional automotive center they get your vehicle running and get you back on the road I highly recommend them as a woman.

They were suppose to do some repairs to our cars motor. We ended up not being able to pay due to the pandemic that began. So he never supposedly began work, which was fine. When we were finally able to get it from them, they demanded we give the 150 for the work they did do, but when we got it back, our motor was still completely taken apart. The side of our car has damage, when it had no damage to begin with. Pieces of our motor look to be gone. And they were super rude to the tow guy who went to pick it up for us, and super rude to deal with all together. Do not deal with these people. Even the tow guy said they were no good. STAY AWAY.

So far so good, My Buick had some severe issues yesterday and they were the closest shop. I dropped it off and they diagnosed that the water pump went out. They said they will get to it today for me because I am a Uber driver and this is my bread and butter. I will keep everyone updated with the progress and success of this fix.

This place is great! I had urgent repairs I needed done and they squeezed me in on a SATURDAY (which I’m sure is their busiest day) and they even stayed hours after closing time to get my repairs done so I wouldn’t be without a car. Their prices are fair and the mechanics are honest.If you need repairs I highly recommend Strickland.

Good shop n great mechanic jus felt a little disappointed with last visit. Got charged for wrong diagnosis and vehicle never got fixed from supposedly diagnosed issue. Very discouraging and upset. Money spent with no Positive results.

I had my transmission go out I stopped in without making an appointment. They had it back to me in a week. That weekend it ran great, but on Monday it acted up I thought it was the transmission but when I took it back they checked it and found another problem . They repaired it and only chargedd me for the parts . I will be telling all friends and family to come to him.

These guys were honestly such a blessing! When they tore into my car, they found out that it didnt actually need everything they had thought it did. A female, 39 weeks pregnant, and not mechanically inclined what so ever, they easily could have still charged me for it and I would have had no idea. Instead, they were honest and told me what it needed, and saved me about $300! I highly recommend Strickland Automotive. Very nice people!

I had some electrical issues go wrong in my Cadillac CTS and I was weary to take it anywhere. So after a google search I found this place and I have to say they are one of the most professional, courteous places I have ever been to!! I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to others. They called before doing anything to my car and got my permission. One of my fears is taking my car in and having unnecessary work done without my knowledge and having to pay, this place was nothing like that. They did quality work and I would trust them to fix anything in the future!!! Thank you Strickland, I will be referring you in the future!!!

I have used Strickland Auto several times. I worked at Walmart and a lot of people that worked there took their cars there. I always recommended them and send my friends, family there. I sent my grandson there to get his radiator replaced. So they finished this afertnoon, called at 5 said it was ready and would close at 5:30. I had to drive to his house to pick him up. He told them this. We got there at 5:29 and gate was locked, how did they expect us to get there any quicker? I wasted gas and time for nothing going across town to get him. Then they couldnt wait for us. I am so mad and disappointed in them. I will not reccomend them again.

Took my 2006 Honda Ridgeline for timing belt repair, Gary (owner) is a very nice guy, they are honest folks, fixed my car correctly and charged me a fair price compared to the dealer, they also did a/c work on the same vehicle and did a great job, I took my moms car there as well, 03 toyota camry, they did wheel alignment and brake work very well. Overall a great shop with honest people running it. Theyve been there since 1997 but the owner has been in the business for over 30 years, they stay pretty busy which means a lot of word of mouth advertising.

Stricklans is the best place to fix your car they are honest

Asked them to fix a brake shoe and ended up putting it on wrong then when I took it back they decided to charge me for a emergency brake cable even though I didnt ask them to and they even put that on wrong so now its smoking every time it drives

Asked for a shot of AC Freon, was told I needed an Compressor. . . And that they would take of that for about $1200.00. !!! Well the get a second opinion rule sent me to another auto repair Business !!! Come to find out I only needed A Shot-of-Freon. !!! 2 mo out here, And we are rolling along with COLD AIR !!!
