We lost a piece on our hubcap after getting new tires. A Hibdon worker told us where we could buy a new one, and offered to pay for it. They could have weaseled out of responsibility, but instead they won a great deal of trust from us. Go here if you want to trust the folks who work on your tires.

Had my tie rod and inner tie rod changed out here back in the winter of this year (2021) and when it was put back together they didnt put the cotter pin back through the bolt of tie rod. Which is a fail safe just in case the bolt comes loose. Its unprofessional to not put a new one in.

Always friendly, great pricing, and they know their stuff. The 6 month warranty alignment I got originally paid for itself as we replaced my front end. Just got the lifetime warranty alignment and I know its more than worth it. My family gets a work related discount at Robertson and we still choose Hibdon.

I reserved a set of tires from the online website, but due to some confusion they only had two tires on hand. They had four delivered from a nearby store. I was very pleased to see that the tires that were installed were made this year. I love the Fallen Ziex tires. I have had many sets over the years and the current Fallen Ziex ZE950 A/S is a superb tire that is easy on the wallet. I was out the door in 1.5 hours. Friendly staff that was knowledgeable and patient with me.

Got a good price on a set of RE-71Rs and they took the time to balance my wheels properly, minimizing the weights used. Appreciated that for my application. Will be back!

I used to go to this Hibdon for oil changes until my car messed up and it turned out to be that they weren’t changing my filter, i didn’t want to deal with them so I fixed my car and just told myself I wouldn’t be back. 8 months passed, I got a new car and needed tires, fine no big deal, they can’t screw anything up mechanically. Well, they dinged the bottom of my drivers door TWICE by leaning the tire/rim on it. Absolutely the worst place ever and even worse customer service. The manager denied that they ever lean anything on the cars but I have picture proof saying otherwise.

Usually just go for tires which they have great prices and service but I took my truck in for an alignment and after 4 hours I called to find my truck was not able to be aligned because I was told I needed new upper control arms, new ball joints and new bearings. The funny thing is that I changed my bearings personally 3 days ago so it was hard to believe anything else was wrong. Also I have taken 2 other vehicles to them in the past for an alignment and there is always an expensive part that they say I need and will not do it

I came in with a flat tire and not alot of money. I was really dreading the news. They said it was going to be quite the wait but i had no other transportation. I waited.....and within the hour Daniel came into the lobby holding my key and said youre good to go. There was a hole in my tire and they patched it for FREE. This has never been my experience anywhere else. I will go there again for my tire replacement when that time comes.

They got me in and out in less than 45 minutes for my wheel alignment!

Service was good but the mechanic didnt set my CV axle after alignment. Just be careful make sure they check everything.

Ive tried other auto repair shops close to where I live for the convenience and havent been happy with the work. So I drive about 13 miles to Hibdon.Ive used Hibdon for years now. They take their time to explain what needs to be done to the vehicle, theyll answer all your questions and theyll even take you in the garage and show you what needs to be done, so youll understand. You can walk in or make an appointment. If you want to wait for the work to be completed, they have plenty of setting in the showroom, a television, magazines and coffee.

Everyone is always helpful and dose a Awesome job. All the employees here are super kind and helpful. I feel like they go out of their way to take care of my car needs.They have always treated me as a valid customer. ❤️ Ive been going to them for over 12 years. 👍👍👍👍👍Thank you So very much.I appreciate each and everyone of you. 💜

Could not be slower, particularly when its warranty repair

These guys are awesome. U know people judge businesses by the places name, i do by the customer service, and they took me in at the end of the day their shift was over. they didnt have to but they did, i have a lowered car that bearly fits the lift but still they helped me and they made sure i knew the problems on my vehicle, without trying to sell me a service told me the problems and the solution. I would reccomend these guys all day..

These guys and gals went above and beyond to help me get an alignment last minute on a Saturday. They went as far as jump starting my truck when the battery died with their own vehicle. Awesome crew here! Highly recommend.

Most of the time I feel like I get the service I want for a good price. Although I dont feel like they do a great job of always checking tire pressure and fluids like they are supposed to when doing oil changes, etc. I NEVER wait in the shop for my vehicle to get worked on because they always take an hour or more it seems so I just drop off and go and come back when they call me, which is fine by me.Overall they do a good job and Ive used Hibdon Tires in the Tulsa area since moving to the area in 2001. Best deal on tires in Tulsa every time as well.

Free rotation but you have to ask for the free balance check go figure.

Took my tire there for repair and was told it was not repairable and that I would have to purchase a new tire. After my 10 years of automotive experience and fixing more tires than I can count with the same type of puncture I would not recommend them. My tire is easily repairable and it seems they are more about the money than the customer.

Hi Don has usually been really awesome, but they tested my battery claiming I needed a new one, they didnt have one in stock so I went to OReilly around the corner to get a new battery, when I looked under hood there was a lot of corrosion build up on the negative terminal, after brushing some off and OReilly retesting it, my batteries fine, just throwing it out there

Always enjoy Hibdon Tires Plus! Regardless of location, I am always treated respectfully, given honest opinions and options regressing my car and they are speedy with service. Never again going to Pep Boys after how I have been treated by them in the past. One of the best decisions I have made when I comes to servicing my car.

I have been using this location for several years. The service has progressively gotten worse. I went today for a tire rotation. Was told it would be about 45 min to 1 hr. I was supposed to be 4th in line. After almost two hours they put another car ahead of mine. No regard for me or my concern when I talked to the unduly service manager. I will not be back

Thought I needed new brakes pads and they checked. They could have told me I did need to replace the brakes but they were honest and told me the brake pads were still good. Will be back again and recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought new tires with Hibdon and when I had a flat they replaced it without any trouble. All the staff Ive met are friendly and close with the mechanics, so they can answer questions well. Theyve also been consistent with consulting me about issues before doing any work. Some other Hibdons Ive been to did the work first and THEN told me what was wrong, so I had no idea if they were telling the truth.

After having a terrible time at pepboys just down the road my father and I came here. We were greeted when we walked in the door and taken care of in no time at all. The salesman who helped us was Aaron Hamill. He was very nice and even carried the tires to our truck. Thats what I call great service. Highly recommend this store

They twisted the oil plug off in my truck and then charged me $900.00 to replace the pan. Never again

Incompetent. Avoid having your car worked on here. They attempted to resurface a combination rotor on my customers car and ruined it then tried to make her buy rotors. She told them to put it back together and brought it to me where I showed her the damage they had done. They refuse to pay for the damage. My customer is filling a complaint with corporate. My customer had to pay me $200 as opposed to the $700+ hibdon had quoted. Find a competent mechanic to have your car serviced.

I had a repair company do some work on my brakes that repair shop did not tighten my lug nuts sheering off 5 of the 6 studs hibdon repaired all 6 studs did a great job checked the other tires which where also loose and gave me a good price cant say enough but great job

Have used them for years but never again. On a recent visit spending $500+ for tires I was told I needed $700 more work done. Made an appointment to bring it back. In the meantime got a second and third opinion and didnt need any of that work. Just trying to rip off customers.

Wouldn’t repair a screw stuck in a new tire because they claimed a patch would just “roll up”, I was upset because I had waited 40 minutes to be told this. The mechanic then showed me the screw inside the tire, and said I should just buy a new tire. I asked if he could just put the patch on, I didn’t want to buy another tire. He said he wouldn’t because it would be dangerous and then tried having me visualize a what-if scenario of going 60 mph on the highway and having “something bad happen”... which is bs what can happen, I get another slow leak? My car tire didn’t explode when I hit the nail, why would it with a patch? The whole situation felt like a scam I’ve experienced too often and I told the mechanic to just put the tire back on and I’d go elsewhere. I feel bad for the people who have been tricked into thinking this is a good place to go. A small shop was able to get me fixed in less than 10 minutes and for only 10 dollars. Why couldn’t the big ones?! Oh yeah and my tire has yet to explode

The guy acted as if he cared about nothing, moved extremely slow. He was actually waiting on people that came in after me and when I said something about it, his reply was Ill get to you in a moment. I would not recommend Hibdon to my worst enemy.

Ive always had good service and good products from Hibdons. They have even fixed flats for me on tires that I didnt purchase from them. They are fast and efficient.

Hibdon takes care of my alignments and my tires. I drive around 500 miles a week on a normal week, and they help me make my tires last with great service. The team there has always treated me right, but Im sure they get sick of seeing me. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and do all the time.

I had a slow leak in my rear tire which was caused by a nail. They told me that it couldnt be repaired and that I needed to purchase a new tire. Thankfully I got a second opinion. A Hibdons tires at a different location was able to patch free of charge.

Good custimore service and there tires are the cheapest in town. I got four tires and a front end alignment for $630 with tax for my truck. Everyone else wanted $50 to $100 more. They also have great warrantys and patch your tires for free if you get a whole in your tire even if you didnt buy the tires from them. Check them out i highly recomend them to anyone.

Had my truck dropped off on a Sunday in their parking lot because of a blowout and a bad spare. Called the next day, explained the situation, and drove back in Monday morning.
