Would not recommend at all. Reasons: Prices aren’t posted, less selection than other locations in the state, mgr shows zero desire to work with you & hides behind excuses that they are a franchise location when she has the power to approve a justified one off situation and chooses not too. If you can, avoid and go somewhere else.

As a salon we have been dealing with them for years. They are unprofessional and certainly lacking in skills. Order upon order, they refuse to keep the products in stock.They make it impossible for their sales reps to take care of their customers. While it was convenient to have it delivered, taking time to fill And confirm the order is something unimportant to them. Loyalty goes both ways, I am now showing them the same loyalty that have shown my business for many years!

Prices higher than competitors. Often training new staff. Quick turnover of employees. I feel like they are apathetic about my business. I go there for one product line and resent the higher price due to no other competition. Some staff tries hard. Others are meh...

I love Armstrong McCall!Armstrong used to have a driver named Scotty Christmann whos the most handsome and charismatic person Ive ever met.Charlotte, Dana, Kammie, Taylor and the staff are absolutely the best around.

Please note this is after years of patronage and hoping the situation will improve. Her demeanor is off putting and she just barks orders at people instead of coaching them. She also gets very combative and vicious in any kind of customer complaint situation. Rather than listen to what is being said and try to help or arrive at a solution, she makes the customer feel like its their fault. She also likes to remind people shes in charge. Its sad to watch a place you once loved deteriorate before your eyes.

I wanted to get the litters of Q10 Schwarzkoff they will not sell me the litters they have on the self I dont understand why they will not sale them to me I wanted 3 sets of them I guess they dont want to make sales called them today they left me on hold for over 25 mins
