I see reviews about overpriced items but I have literally found almost everything I’ve come in here for to be cheaper than what I can find online. The gentleman working is always very nice too.

Overpriced on several items. Good deals on other stuff. Has almost everything you want and need. Helpful and kind staff.

They have the biggest selection of Moroccanoil products Ive ever seen!!! They had the biggest selection of hair care products in general!

They always have my hair dye and such in stock but the owner is seriously one of the worst people I have ever met... He always makes me feel like a criminal when I come in and will follow me around physically but now with his new fancy cameras which Id prefer it that way.. but I literally spend 100s of dollars at a time. I even had to boycott for a few years after one day I spent 350$ and when I got home I noticed on the receipt that I was charged 39.99$ for a tiny 3.99$ plastic nail thing but when I went back and asked for my money back he refused... He then decided he would give me in-store credit but I needed my cash back because as I said I had just spent 350$! I really hate the fact that this is the only place I can get what I need without my cosmetology license BUT I will say that yes its ridiculously over priced but they do always have what I need in stock.

If youre a blk woman looking for hair selection, this place isnt for you. However, if you want chemicals they got it.

Mr Ali seems to have everything and anything you might need for beauty items. I needed plastic hair covers, used to cover the head for coloring, etc., I use them for picnic dish covers. They work great to keep flies away from food on the table.If he doesnt have what you are looking for, you might not need it, or he could possibly special order it for you.

I am not much of a person with beauty supply needs, but this place seems to have everything. I am also amazed by the personal attention they are willing to give to my every visit. I highly recommend this store.

Love their selection of Kevin Murphy products. Owner is the only person who has ever really helped me. Most of the ladies are not super helpful. But thankfully when I’m in there, the owner is always working. He told me the other day to not keep my Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner in the shower as it causes it to break down. Never heard that from anybody else not even my stylist who turned me on to KM products. Thankful for that because it’s very expensive. Do love this store!

I thought the ms. working during my experience here, was quite nice. She was also very helpful and informative of different things I should consider before buying, or jumping into anything.-recommended.

I love the selection. They carry pretty much every line I can think of. The only issue that I have is I like to take my time and browse. Every time I go, I feel watched. I dont even carry a purse in because of that.

Terrible ! Lady talked me into a pony tail. That was to big for my head. Didnt match my hair. When I got home husband said. That doesnt match. I called ask if I can exchange it as I had not taken it out of package. No. They would not exchange. Never never go there again pushy own. Customer doesnt matter . $$ is hr only interest

The staff was very rude to me and the selection of products was terrible. Definitely not products for anyone under the age of 80. And in response to the owner, i know which store i was in. I visited the 91st location. If you carry products for all ages then you must have it hidden in the back. It was a older women who was rude. It was mt=y first time to visit the store and will be my last.

I went into the store to look for wigs and the man was very rude to me and my fiances son. Then made me buy 2 mask for 2.99 a piece. I will not go back there again.

I went to the one on 91st and Sheridan. Rude customer service employees. I am in the customer/patient service business and I felt like my mother and I were treated very poorly. I was shocked! We felt very uncomfortable there and we left feeling wronged. I dont know if the lady at the cash register was having a bad day or a bad life!
