I was a LONG time shopper at this particular store as it is very close to our home. However, my husband and I were in there shopping on Sunday August 15 2021 and had a horrible experience. For some unknown reason, a male employee followed us around the store for the entire time we were in there. He NEVER spoke, NEVER offered to assist us,just moved from location to location right behind us. Finally we got angry and left. We wont be back. Its a shame because I am usually in there 1-2 times a week with no problem. Never again. Yankee candle or Goose creak will get my money now.

I enjoy going here. The staff is always so nice. If youre in Utica Square you should go check it out.

Absolutely horrible service I came into the store because I am flying out to Charleston tomorrow and I wanted to experience this Bath and body Works here at Utica Square that everybody was raving about customer service at check out was absolutely horrible! I asked the cashier if they by chance had a coupon because my purchase was greater than $80 she stated that no there was no coupons but that I could check my email I had told her I had accidentally deleted my email this morning but I know that they can utilize some of the coupons to bring down the cost especially when its a repeat a customer and a customer who has already a loyalty account of which she saw.She kept saying sorry were just not in Charleston were in Oklahoma and we dont have here the coupons that you may have at home- im sorry but if you are a retail business in a chain add that shouldnt you have the same exact things at all the stores all your employees wear the same uniform why can you follow the same policy? I paid for my purchase and I left I also asked about a pride candle holder that they had and she stated that I could get it online if I wanted to in the case that it breaks and I thanked her and said that was fine but you could tell that she was very standoffish just because I am wearing my pride bracelet wearing my pride shirt and letting people know that I am actually a lesbian.Shame on this Bath and body Works Im really disappointed I will never come back to this Bath and Bodyworks I would rather go to the mall them to come to Utica Square it is not all the hype everybody made it out to be!

So there were 9 workers and 2 customers...all the ladies were laughing and carrying on so much my wife and I couldn’t even hold a conversation. Might wanna consider labor cost and customer experience? All in all a good store just needs some management attention.

Very busy, but great staff. I needed assistance with the candles. I was getting one for my mother-in-law. It is her birthday. She loves candles, but likes soft scents. They picked out a perfect candle. What was a little disappointing was I had a coupon for a free item. So I wanted 2 candles. Only they said the coupon was only good for lotion or shower gel. The candles were not included.

This is my favorite store. The girls are absolutely amazing.. They all are so helpful. 5 stars!

Poor customer service

Took awhile for them to notice I needed to check out, perhaps if I was spending more rather then just buying air fresheners for my car.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. They always have an awesome selection of products and scents. My only problem with this store is that I usually go in to buy something specific and end up spending much more than I planned to.

Love this store the most. Utica square has it all. Go to Starbucks after or have a meal at the many restaurants. Peppers, Olive Garden, Peiwei, lots of goodies.

I like this location cause I go after my Doctors appt. just across the way. I like to get the kitchen hand soap ( good stuff). Never had trouble with employees or being able to get in. I like going here cause it isnt crazy like the mall.

I worked there for a little over a month. The Store Manager, is literally the worst manager Ive ever had. She is brand new to the company and very young to be running her own store, in my opinion. She has OCD so she wants us to stop what we are doing and do something like organize things by categories, scents and brand but then she will complain that she is over on labor because she just waisted 2 employees full mornings taking down all candles and arranging them by scents and brands. So there is 10-12 hours you didnt plan because you wanted it to be perfect. News flash, its retail on a holiday season. Thats not going to work. But when we tried to explain that, her little brain replied that just doesnt make sense to me it can be done so just do it so I told the other associate screw it. Were getting paid, lets just do what she says, milk our time and when it fails she can see it first hand Her employees have all said the same thing she is very unprofessional and she needs to learn how to talk to people I have even had a customer that she was helping say she didnt have to roll her eyes and scoff at me. That associate is quite the bit** and I said thats the manager, maam the customer replied with she belongs behind closed doors if you want to work for the company try a different location. I usually leave jobs on good terms but this one I just walked out. When I tried to text her and tell her my reasons she refused to read them and sent me this Im just going to be honest, Im not going to read that. If you need anything you can call the store. My personal cell phone is not a place for whatever that is (in my 5+ years of management, especially if Im on salary, the job never ends and youre always on call. Your phone is always a place for business whether you like it or not. Especially if someone is explaining why they quit so you can attempt to resolve the issue immediately or if its an issue created by the manager read it as constructive criticism and assess the problem, find a solution and better yourself for next time. But the problem is she refuses to read it because she refuses to believe anything is wrong. Because she is so egotistical that in her mind she is perfect and she does not wrong. Trust me, you do a lot wrong, lady i have heard it from every single one of your employees. No one there likes her in the least bit and some have said they despise her. Except the assistant manager, she has expressed how much she dislikes her but is very loyal to her because she is such a good person. Even though she gets walked all over. She remains a good person and a good assistant manager.Run far away from this woman (store manager). She is a succubus of company morale. I hope she gets assistance on her issues. Starting pay is $10.00 an hour so maybe a different store with a different store manager this company would be great to work for!! All of the other staff was wonderful and pleasant. But the Store Manager is horrid.
