I came in today and pretty much knew what I wanted but the staff still asked if needed help finding anything and then let me know a little more about what I bought.

The man behind the counter was rude, loud and nasty. He knew absolutely nothing about hair, real or fake. I’m here visiting from Houston and made a huge mistake coming into this dump. I don’t spend my money where I’m being insulted. No wonder the store was empty. Never again.
