We love shopping at this store. They are the most reasonable prices, with the best hair products around. We drive 45 min to go to this one store instead of driving hours around town trying to get everything we need.

I love everything about this place! I have been a customer over 20yrs! Mr. Ron and his bestfriend and the ladies that what along side them is great in everyway. They have just about everything u could ask for, very reasonable prices!

Mr.Ron is a great guy. Usually get everything I need from here. Past few times no passion trust hair though. And this edge control 2 NOT hold for 2 days barely even 2 hours. It doesnt turn white though.

This was probably my best experience ever at a beauty supply store. For 1 the prices are amazing and they have such a wide selection of hair to choose from... but that’s not the best part THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. It’s owned by two men which is so different lol but let me tell you they were so knowledgeable in the hair industry and helped so much with figuring out what to buy ! If I could give more stars than 5 I definitely would. Truly a rare jewel as an Atlanta native traveling through, this was such a great experience !

Normally when I go in I am greeted this time it was horrible the ladies were gossiping and not really concerned about the customers the products has fallen off as far as the selection and wigs Im hoping that it will turn around.

I love this place! First, I live near Broken Arrow and I drive here because of the EXCELLENT customer service and reasonable prices. Bathroom (if needed) is super clean! They also have a wide variety of inventory.

I do not make comments, but I am so disappointed in the service I got today from the owner Ron that I am posting this....!!!! I came into the supply the day before yesterday seen some hair on a mannequin head that I liked. The hair was wavy with more of a natural hair look, not shiny, and it was full looking.... I paid 108 dollars for the hair.... I installed yesterday, and wetted it today..... It was more of a loose curl look, almost like a 2c pattern(if you know what the curl pattern chart looks like) which is not how it looked on the mannequin, and shiny..... I came in today after work to show them how it looked and the African American lady (forgot her name) she was extremely nice explaining how the hair has been there on the head for 2 years so its lost its luster, curl, etc and complimented on how good mine look....!!! However the look that was on the mannequin was what I wanted because I liked the wave and the dullness to it..... I was gonna forget about it and leave, but I asked her if she can show me some different hair with a tighter curl patten (since the hair displayed on the mannequin is not what I was going to get) and she did.....!!!!! That particular bag of hair was perfect and was 79.99..... The owner Ron was there so I approached him (1st of all he did not look at me while I was talking to him, he kept working which is unprofessional), asking since the hair that I got was not what was expected can I get a discount on the other hair.... He said he cannot help me with that and went on to explain how my hair and the mannequin hair looks alike and clearly it doesnt, based on the conversation I have with the young lady earlier (its obviously a difference between 2 yr old hair and fresh hair, and ppl play with it etc for 2 yrs... Theres gonna be a difference)....!!!!!! I was not asking for 50% off... 10% would have made me happy, I spent more that 2 days ago and was gonna spend more, but because of whatever he could not give me at least 10%.... Wow.....!!!! I have been going there for several years, and even though I dont know Ron personally, I know him from being a pretty loyal customer....... i send all my customers there for hair etc, unless they chose to go to another supply, but never again.....!!!!!! I am disappointed....!!!! I did not go in there hollering or screaming and I was gonna drop it when the lady told me all of what she told me, but when asked and was shown the other hair and he responded the way he did, Im good....... Its principal....!!!! I will not tell ppl on here not to go there but Im big on customer service and the ones that are repeat customers and the one that send u business.......!!!!!
