Very helpful staff! She was a professional hair stylist so gave me great tips on how to do ombre on my own.

I went to the store for a refund and the Manager Tracy was amazing and courteous and so polite. She had a lot going on and she still made me feel important!

I live closer to another Sally’s Beauty supply (Near 21st) but they are always so rude to me no matter what (unprovoked).Today I visited the Harvard location and it was like a completely different experience: I was happily greeted, asked if I needed help (as were anyone else who walked in) and I have a new location finally to frequent. The young woman working here today was just lovely and helpful to everyone who came through the store. Thank you to her! (She worked 7/23 and I went in at 12:50pm). Give her a raise!

I have been coming to this Sallys for years. I even have moved farther away but still come here because the employees are so nice and knowledgeable. I went to Cosmetology School in California and they do know theyre talking about and try to help you the best I can. I usually end up chit-chatting with the girls about all kinds of random things while Im there, they are just so nice. And with the Sallys card and the monthly coupons you got some really great deals. I see quite a lot of one-star reviews but I will have to say that they do get very busy here because they are a very popular Sallys.

This is my go-to Sally’s location. The staff is always helpful when I have questions about specific products, and they often have firsthand experience. The sally membership helps a ton with expenses, so be sure to sign up for the emails. 10/10 would recommend this location!

I have went in several times and the young girls evidently dont know anything. Especially about which hair care products I need. They have given me the wrong type of coloring product once again. I think they get some type of sick thrill doing that and watching me drive back every time to get the right product AFTER I have told them what I need and they just demand the wrong product they say I need Which it is NOT. To be more specific:I do NOT need the creme hair color, I DO need the liquid hair color. For the THIRD time. If I have to go to this store to return it, I will and NEVER return to this store. If I do NOT have to return my product to this store AND go to another Sallys AND return my product I WILL do that and STILL NEVER go back to this location. Yall SUCK. IMO.

Customer in store was accused by Manager and Employees that they were a thief and had no money, for doing an exchange and also trying to use coupons. Video cameras are in store and the workers harassed customer for their needy transaction. The situation was completely inappropriate on behalf of the company’s store.

Great service and selection. The employees were super helpful and friendly. Missed the last star because the parking lot is so tiny and always full, plus the construction on the main street makes going a headache.

I just called to see if they were hiring I was put on hold for 8 minutes I called back 4 times the phone rang twice each call then it went to a busy signal. I know Sallys is not that busy & I will be speaking to a manager if they ever pick up the phone or better yet I will make a trip. 1 thing I hate is rude customer service!!!!!

Tried to ask what time they close, because theres no sign with hours on the door, and I got the cut off neck sign and they locked the door.I just wanted to know when to come back, tomorrow, but now I wont be coming back at all.

My wife constantly finds what she needs here, and the staff has been helpful on several occasions when weve needed advice about choosing between different color options.

Arrived about 40 minutes before the store was supposed to close, and they had the doors locked already, but the employee was still there. I now dont have time to drive clear across town to another location before they close to buy the 1 item I need.

Not very helpful. Employees could care less about helping or looking for anything in their inventory. Been multiple times when Professional stores are closed, mostly due to the hours, and have always walked out wondering why I even went in. Its a shame they dont capitalize on the licensed professional who needs supplies after regular salon hours.

I wasnt at Sallys, I was at Mai Thais nail salon they are the nicest people. My wife is very particular and she has nothing but good things to say about them.

I have been a customer of sallys for years, and now that ive moved to tulsa from sand springs this is my new store. I agree that the service is a bit lack luster compared to my old branch in s.s. I still feel that you should already know pretty much what you are looking for and shouldnt need much help, especially if you are a professional. For a few bucks a year you can get the savings card and get coupons sent by email or snail mail. Do this and it pays for itself.
