Im been waiting for 3 months and I have yet to receive my Dresser drawer. They didnt keep my updated and every time I tried calling them they would not return my calls. They told me my shipment will come next week for 3 months! Beware they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!!! So for all the drama Ive been going through with them. They wont refund the money they owe me knowing it took this long ! Watch for these guys!!! You were warned!!!!

I bought two twin beds with mattresses. Let me tell you they are absolutely beautiful! We got them a few months ago and my daughters just love them. Very sturdy frame and the upholstery is excellent. Id highly recommend this place. Thanks again Complete Furniture

Good price for mattress and nice looking bed total was 360 not bad. And they put it together for 15 bucks. They deliver in a day or two I wasnt in a rush. But Im sure if u express the importance they will squeeze it in a day very nice people.

I have been buying furniture from here for years. I loved that I could just call up, order the furniture and pay over the phone and the furniture can be delivered within a few days. BUT, the last two times I have done business with them have not been pleasant. I bought 3 loft bed sets, about 2 yrs ago. I had them delivered and set up. Everything seemed great, UNTIL it came time to take them down and move, a year later. The person that put the furniture together stripped the screws and ruined the beds. Over $2k down the drain. We couldnt even replace the screws because the holes were stripped as well. It was just terrible. I figured, that was a one off situation, and not really the fault of the business, it was the fault of the dude that put the beds together. WELL, I recently did business with them again. I ordered a futon, to be delivered and set up. This was a simple metal futon for my 21 yr old son. All was fine and dandy. Furniture was delivered and set up. BUT, the guy that set up the furniture said to my daughter (16) that this piece (a support bar of some sort) was extra, and advised her to just toss it out. That was April 17th. Two days ago, my son called me, very upset. The futon bent and he hasnt even had it for a month. Turns out that bar the guy who put the bed together, told my daughter to toss out, was important. Well that brings us to present day...I called and spoke to Zach. He said hes the manager and he will deal with this. Well he said he is dealing with the manufacturer to find out if they just need to replace a piece or the whole sofa. I, apparently, cannot get a refund. We have had the futon for less than a month and the issue is NOT a manufacturer defect, it is an issue with the way the futon was put together. Zach seems like he wants to resolve the situation, but only in the manner he wants it resolved in. Giving a refund is out of the question. I asked for a refund of the $45 for the cost of putting the furniture together, since the issue clearly was the way the futon was put together. He said he would only give me $15 since the $30 was their fee for someone coming out, and the putting the furniture together was $15. I am not going to split hairs over that tiny inconsequential amount, but I do not feel like they even care about this situation or the fact that their employee put together our futon in a negligent manner. Zack is not offering any compensation for this issue, and refuses a complete refund. I feel like I have hit a brick wall and Zack will not give me contact information for the owner Lloyd Charles (Chuck) Lakin. I will file a BBB report if this issue is not remedied TO MY SATISFACTION, soon.Buyer beware.Update to reply to comment below:You said you were working on getting REPLACEMENT PARTS for a futon that was put together incorrectly and now is bent the heck out of shape. REPLACEMENT PARTS? Not replacing the WHOLE DANG FUTON, or GIVING ME A REFUND!!! And, how exactly were you working on it? You said you had to file a manufacturers warranty defect. THIS WAS NOT A MANUFACTURER DEFECT!!! This was a serious ISSUE with YOUR GUY and how he put the futon together. But hey, by all means, file your manufacturers defect warranty, I mean, you gotta make your money SOMEHOW right? God forbid you all actually take responsibility for YOUR MISTAKES. No, you would rather put that responsibility on the manufacturer. I also tried to call you Friday before you closed, you didnt answer. So the whole weekend went by and no call, nothing from you all. You havent even tried to compensate us, or rush anything, because of this inconvenience. Tell the truth, Zach, you couldnt care less that your lousy employee did a half hearted job of putting together a futon, making it dangerous and causing it to bend and warp in less than 3 weeks. SHAMEFUL!

I would not recommend this place what do ever. 1st of all they came a day late do to not having my mattresses. they had said they my mattresses were in stock. 2and of all delivery only 1 person my husband had to help since we felt bad and its a 2story house. 3rd all of my furniture had something wrong. Than our delivery person hurrying to get done than they leave all there boxes and mess dont bother to clean up. Sam levits and other furniture designers are way clean,efficient,and generous. They dont leave there mess around.

A family member who is in her 70s became displaced, and lost everything, were purchased a bed set from because she was sleeping on the tile floor of her apartment. We called and I spoke to Chris, I explained the situation and purchased the bed set over the phone, due to the circumstances we asked for same day delivery and Chris told me that he would make sure she would have her bed even if he has to load it in his truck and deliver it himself after work, he said an I quote we cant have her sleeping on the floor. Chris was able to get it on the delivery truck for normal delivery, and later that afternoon I received a phone call from the delivery driver Raul, I informed him of the situation and he told me not to worry about it he has a mom and a grandma and know what it means to respect them, Raul made sure the bed was set up and all good for her. Raul set up the bed and sent me a picture. These two awesome guys made sure our family member had a bed to sleep on. I was unable to do this because I had to work and dont have a truck, but being in the Navy, I take care of the ones we love. Thank you guys for helping my family member and going out of their way to make this happen.

Walked in needing 2 mattresses and box springs....15 mins and showing us the different models later, we knew what we needed....and they gave us a military discount for my husbands service. Also we were able to get same day delivery for a super nominal fee.Im a new fan! And theyve been at the same place for at least 15 yrs. Family owned! Ive seen the commercials for years and finally went to check them out. Im so thrilled I did!

Went in there not expecting much by the look of the building, but like their name, it does say it all. In top of what they have in stock the can order just about anything furniture wise you can speak of. I wouldve gave it 5 stars but..... The man wasnt there. But the last was very friendly and helpful. Heck even the warehouse guy carried it out which for me was extremely helpful so back to a 5 star!

I bought a great makeup vanity for my wife from Complete Furniture. The price was substantially less than anywhere else, including Amazon and Walmart. I was told it would take a week to arrive after ordering, but it was delivered to the store the next day! Cheyenne (sp?) was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. When I arrived to pick it up, she and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive. My furniture was quickly brought out to my truck and loaded for me. 10/10 would buy furniture there again.

This is probably the best place to buy quality furniture at an economical price. But dont you dare buy any of the laminated particle board pieces, because they will become over stressed at the joints and eventually fall apart on you. So I lived in an unfurnished studio apartment and I bought my furniture in installments each year with my tax refund money.In twenty twelve my old bed and laminated chest were worn out and falling apart, so I visited this nearby store to shop. For two hundred dollars I bought a super thick twin sized mattress and box springs, I already had the frame. For four hundred and fifty dollars, I bought a huge cherry wood dresser, with six deep drawers, a center cabinet with two spacious shelves behind a hinged door and a very large four foot wide mirror. Then they sold me two wooden dining chairs for thirty dollars apiece. I also bought a six foot tall by thirty inch wide oak book case for two hundred dollars.In twenty thirteen, my old laminated entertainment center was falling apart. So I bought a nice solidly built wooden one, that is about three foot six tall and three foot six wide, for two hundred and twenty dollars. For forty five dollars, I bought a nice headboard for my bed and a beautiful wooden pedestal for forty dollars, to place a lamp on. In twenty fourteen, I bought a tall chest, with five spacious drawers for two hundred and forty dollars. I also bought another one of those good oak book cases, but it was missing a shelf board and they let it go for a better price..My bed is so nice and comfortable. I love my beautiful dresser, because it has a lot of storage space for my clothes and I can look at myself in the mirror as I prepare to go to work. My book cases are so nice, because I put my DVDs, books and magazines on the shelves. I put my winter clothes and miscellaneous junk in the chest drawers. I have really pampered myself with these luxurious furnishings from Complete. They do deliver for a modest price and I highly recommend this store. Dont let one of the rent to own places rip you off. And they say that used furniture might be contaminated with bed bugs.

This place is the best place in town and very affordable too. The staff was really helpful and took the stress out of buying furniture. I bought a queen bed set with the mattress and head board, a couch, and love seat for $720. Try to find a better deal than that

Absolute best prices in town, great customer service, and surprisingly good quality furniture for the price. Unlike the more posh furniture places, they dont try to talk up their cheaper furniture and instead give honest explanations and expectations of what youre buying. Not that the quality is bad. The couch we bought there 3 years ago for an insanely cheap price, still looks great even with 4 kids treating it like a jungle gym on a daily basis. And the headboard I got today looks wonderful. Ordered two items from Complete Furniture around Christmas, items werent in stock, so my order came in on Monday, 1/22/18. Manager made the delivery on his off day. The table and 4 chairs were assembled quickly. After the delivery guy left, I noticed that the king bed frame was lopsided. Turned out that it was a manufacturers defect. Heres where Complete Furniture shined. Spoke to Cheyenne who was absolutely great. Told her what the problem was. Luckily they had another bed frame in stock. With Cheyennes help, someone came within two hours, on a really busy day for the store, and swapped out the defected part. This was clutch, as I was moving the next day. It was so nice to have my bed all set up. What made the experience for me was the excellent customer service. A good company fixes a problem quickly and thats why Im writing this review. Way to go Cheyenne and Complete Furniture!!

It was cool that u have only a little to pay every week.. But ended up not going with it, cause it was to much in the end result.. So lucky we didnt sign a contract that same day, but they were super cool on canceling it for us and receiving or money back cause we only did the application..

I didnt even get charged extra when i decided to go down to twin size when we found out it was a little too big for my room. Been meaning to write this, I have never received such professional and helpful staff at any other store. Even though they did not have the item I wanted in stock, they promised a week and they delivered in a week! My item came in, and they delivered the same day. I do believe they could get any type of furniture a person is looking for, the turn around time from ordering and getting is quick! Thank you, I bought my item in November, just before Thanksgiving. I ordered a twin bed over a month ago. Still havent received my order. The Manager told me the lady that took my order doesnt work there anymore...what that has to do with my order idk but this is the first and LAST time I get anything from this run down place! The Owner must be real proud smh

I am not sure if they still have this program, but a few years back the housing agency from whom I received services gave me a $2,000 voucher to furnish my apartment. I was able to get every room comfortably furnished with enough left over for decorations! Plus theyre local!Give these good folks a try before you give your cash to an international chain like IKEA.

Terrible quality. They might be nice people, but the furniture is terrible quality. I do NOT recommend that anybody buy anything here. I spent $900 and got poorly made, uncomfortable crap. I would have demanded new ones, but I assumed they next ones would be just as crappy. Lesson Learned. I hope nobody makes the same mistake we did. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Anywhere is better quality than this place.

I furnished my whole house through them love our bedroom set and new sectional great quality and great customer service.

Very vague warrantee (nothing given in writing upon purchase but only 6 month warrantee). Also quality of merchandise is not good. The mechanisms in my couch started to fall apart 7 months after purchase. Dont buy here. Furniture should have a 1 year warrantee and last 6-7 years if it is good quality. Manufacture (Poundex) also has only 6 month warrantee.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had in buying furniture. the owners Chuck is extremely rude and some words quoted out of his mouth that he is only in business to make money. very unhappy with this purchase. tried to refund it and have them pick it up and he refused after he told me he would give me a refund. I have never ever had an experience like this in my life. I do not recommend complete furniture to anyone.

They have allot of the same stuff as the bigger furniture stores but at a much lower price, you get what you pay for, they have inexpensive and top of the line stuff as well, if your item, whatever it may be, has a manufaturer defect they will help you get your problem resolved. I got a table from them and one of the legs was a little shorter then the others and they got it all figured out and replaced for me. If youre looking for inexpensive furniture they have it. If ur looking for quality they have that as well. If your looking for great prices look them up they have everybody beat. My husband and I recived so much help from them, thank you Complete Furniture.

Saw an ad in the UA Wildcat paper for a college move in deal. Basically an apartment living room for one price. I called from out of state and shopped over the phone and on the internet. I talked with Chuck to order for delivery to my daughters apartment. After a couple of calls back and forth between all parties involved(myself, my daughter, and Chuck) and looking at some of the options he had in inventory my daughter picked out the couch, coffee tables, lamps, book shelves, and dinette set. All of the items were delivered the next afternoon fully assembled and at the time we were told. I was very happy with the service I received, most importantly my daughter is very happy with her new furniture. Thank you Complete Furniture for answering my questions and making for a smooth shopping experience!

Went in found what I wanted, ordered it and paid. Was told to wait two weeks. My furniture arrived in a week. The furniture was very good quality however I do have a problem with the person who delivered my furniture and the guy over the phone. The guy called me at work asking if my disabled mother could help him bring the furniture into my house. I told him no. When I get home from work and walk into my room, the furniture is sitting in a box and my mom said he made the cable lady bring the 200lb box in. The idiot didnt bring a dolly or some extra hands. I called them and spoke to someone and told him about my issue and asked if I paid for delivery why wasnt it assembed (I asked when I bought) While he was talking to other customers in the background, he said they dont do that and if I would have given the guy 5 bucks he could have put it together. The fact is customer service should always be number one and they have no common sense or manners.

If I could give this place -0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY FROM COMPLETE FURNITURE!! God save you, please heed my warning, STAY FAR AWAY!! The whole goal of these scammers is to get you to pay. The very moment they have your money, its to hell with everything else. They jerk you around so many times, its practically a game for them! First they quote you a day, but nope, well actually deliver it on this day. Wait! Nope! well actually deliver it 2 weeks from now....well, you didnt tell us your address (even though you already have) so itll have to be bumped 3 more days. Then they leave out details like the delivery and assembly fee. NOBODY tells you this until long after they bleed your wallet. Finally, as your patience runs dangerously razor thin, they inform you that there are no refunds. And the moment you receive your purchase (many weeks later), its absolute defective garbage!This is INCONVENIENCE and FRUSTRATION in its rawest form! Youll have a FAR better chance at Sam Levits, Curacao, Thrift Stores or even Yard Sales than this place...and FAR better customer service!This place needs to be shut down immediately!
