The salesman was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We bought a pillow for $135 and was then told to drive 15 minutes to their warehouse to pick it up! We thought we were going to a retail store! That store could easily keep 10 pillow boxes in their store for customers to purchase. Totally unacceptable policy that inconveniences customers.

Very good experience with Mattresss Firm. My sales person Beth took her time to help me find the right mattress. Delivery took a little bit longer than normal but that was as a result of COVID shortages. Delivery was really fantastic. They were professional and set my bed up very quickly. My daughter was buying her 1st mattress. True rookie. The transaction was complete but Mr Joel wasnt done. Knowing there would be little to no chance of a return, he went into action.
