He really took the time to talk to me and understand what I was looking for, he never made me feel pressured. I made my decision confidently, and when I needed more assistance the next week in following up on my questions about my bed frame, Eli went above and beyond to make sure I was being helped and that Mattress Firm could take care of everything I needed.Eli is great, he really made me feel like he wanted to make sure it worked out well. I went into mattress firm last night just to see if they sold platform bed frames. As soon as I walked in, my mom and I were greeted by Tom who was quick to help us! I had told him about my boyfriends back pain and how we both sleep and he quickly showed us a few mattresses on the floor that could help us sleep better. So I have been sleeping on the floor at home in Phoenix, and decided to stop into the Grant/Tanque Verde location, while I was in town, to see about getting an actual bed. Lisa was the one that helped me and I have to say that she has an amazing personality and such energy when you first meet her. Instantly made me feel less anxious about the whole process of buying a bed. Ive had issues with it for 18 years and finding a mattress that doesnt make it hurt is near impossible. Well, it has been near impossible until today. Lisa introduced me to the adjustable base and had me try a few mattresses on the adjustable bases. She adjusted it to show how different each mattress felt on the base. And not only that, she explained why she was adjusting it the way she was (feet up first, then head). Lisa talked with me as I let my back adjust to each mattress and told me about the benefits of each mattress. She also personalized everything with telling me her favorite mattress. Given that she could identify with me on how a mattress feels for us big girls, definitely made me consider her comments and advice on what she showed me. Honestly, anytime I need a new mattress, Im definitely coming back to see Lisa personally. Best sales rep I have ever dealt with, bubbly personality, actually listens, and does her best to make sure you gets whats best for you. Amazing sales woman!!

I just got a phone call from the warehouse manger in Tucson asking me why I rejected the order that come today at my house for JUST ONE KING BOX SPRING when I paid for 2 King size!!!!!
