We have been an EA customer for over 30 years while NJ residents. It is terrific that Tucson has one, since we have a lot of confidence with their designers. We were best to have Frank as our AZ designer. He came to our house twice before we met to go over options and design ideas. He has also kept after the progress of many components of our project. Things are taking long for everything, but we feel that our orders are moving along ahead of original time estimates. Our experience has been awesome.

I have been waiting for 6 months for my order and now they can’t give me an ETA. They have misled me and lied throughout this process. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. They will not treat you as a valued customer if my experience is any indication.Update: We have spoken to every manager including the district manager. No one can give us a consistent story regarding the progress of our order or an idea of the projected delivery. One person says they are awaiting fabric, then they say the frame isn’t made, and today we are told the fabric is cut and the frame is made but they are transitioning to a new spring manufacturer so they don’t have the springs. No one seems to know for sure after 6 months what to tell us. I assure you, this is not the experience you want. Look elsewhere!

Frank did a great job keeping me posted on the timeline for the delivery of the chairs. Most furniture manufactorers have been delayed due to Covid in the past year. I appreciated receiving updates, the delivery was right on schedule. Thanks!

We did it all through Etan Allen and the results were perfect. We used their designer services and Frank was excellent and very accommodating. Together we selected furniture for two complete rooms, some of which has been delivered, and we love the way it goes together plus the high quality of the furniture. The delivery went well and the furniture was placed exactly where we wanted. All people involved, in the store, on the phone and during delivery were extremely polite and eager to help anyway they could. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Delivery was excellent! No follow up by design consultant to see how everything went. Still no follow up. I called consultant with a question. No response to date.

It wasn’t just Tucson Ethan Allen, but San Jose Ethan Allen and Washington DC Ethan Allen that helped us with the perfect choice for a small sofa in a tight space. All the remarkable design assistants worked with us to correct an initial bungled sofa selection. They were so patient, generous with time and knowledge, full of ideas and support through the decision making process. We are ecstatic with the beautiful Monterey small sofa that now occupies the most important room in the house. We use this piece of furniture constantly and it is clearly top quality and so comfy. The perfect style, size, and fabric for this warm, cozy TV area of the kitchen. Five stars all the way for Ethan Allen!

Frank is a wonderful person to work with because he is an interior designer he gives great advice and tells us all our options! A very easy man to work with and he knows his stuff!

Janet was fantastic in the store she walked us through everything and was incredibly knowledgeable as far as what pieces were available and the style that we were looking for also how the different pieces were constructed and what would hold up the best the delivery guys were also incredibly well trained and very conscious of our house the whole process was surprisingly painless and something that we will repeat in the future as we need more pieces

Simply dont back up the furniture they sell and deliver. Ordered a beautiful dining room table and patiently waited weeks for its arrival. Showed up with a scratched leg. Let our associate and the store know about the damage. Photographed the damage and even had the associate that sold us the piece come over to the house to survey the damage.Ethan Allen then contracts with a local company to come over and repair the table leg. The gentleman arrives and says there is no way he can match the blue finish on the table.And that is where this sad story ends! Ethan Allen never followed up with me. Never fixed the damage. Never replaced the table. Never replaced the table leg.This store management did nothing except deliver me a long awaited and expensive dining table that was damaged upon delivery!What a sad mess this store and its reputation has become.I realize there are not a ton of options when it comes to fine furnishings for the home here in town but I would highly recommend you scratch Ethan Allen off your list. They are not once what they use to be!Update: New table delivered, tyvm Ethan Allen! Just wish the communication was better, rating adjusted accordingly.

I purchased a buffet that was on the showroom. It took EA 3 weeks to deliver the piece to a location less than 10 miles away. Never received an explanation or apology. Two leather electric recriners were part of the order. The wiring on one chair was incomplete. Sparks flew when the chair was turned over. The leather workmanship on the other chair was poor quality. Two plus weeks and EA has not responded to unsafe chairs (FIRE HAZARD / LETHAL Lawsuit). EA s quality control is pathetic. Function testing and inspection prior to shipment would preclude these issues.

Everything is contemporary. So much gray. I miss the furniture that was soft lines traditional, rich warm colors.
