My fiancée and I were in desperate need of a new dresser. We originally went to Sams/Ashleys and were given an estimate of about 1-2 months that turned into 5 months. We were TIRED of waiting and thought wed find a better deal somewhere else and boy were we right!! We were helped by Nick who was extremely helpful in helping us make a selection. He immediately showed us dressers in our budget and the color we wanted. We placed the order Saturday and received it by Monday morning already assembled! I will definitely not be going to any other furniture store from here on out. The dresser is amazing quality, weve had it for about a month now and are extremely satisfied!

I bought a two-piece set from The Furniture Exchange, and we had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony. Very upfront and professional. We received our furniture separately, and the first time the delivery team came in to put our couch together ideally. On the second delivery, we were away from home, so I had to figure out how to assemble the balusters on my own. I was a little confused as there was no instruction on how to do so, and never done so before, so I called the store, and Anthony gave me the choice of having his team come back to do it or if I had enough know how he would walk me through how to do it. Which he was correct it was straightforward to do. It has been a great experience with The Furniture Exchange, and we are pleased with our furniture.

Fantastic store with a great selection of high quality furniture at very reasonable prices. The quality of the furniture is so much better than the big box stores. My wife and I are so glad that we found this furniture store. Not only were the staff helpful and courteous, but they got us the sectional, bed and dresser we wanted. Then they delivered it to Cochise county. Anthony and Mark got everything into our home quickly and efficiently. Both were polite and considerate, and they left no traces behind. I wanted them to accept a tip, but they politely declined saying that happy customers was gratuity enough. I will highly recommend this business to my friends and colleagues.

This place is local, and may be smaller than the box stores, but their customer service is beyond compare, as is their great selection! My roommate and I were able to get a recliner AND a new sofa, both of great quality, for less than what the big stores wanted for just a couch. Not to mention, the staff and the owner were very nice and friendly, and were even able to get our furniture delivered the same day! I think this place is great. The father and sons were very helpful and yes they do kind of press you with questions which is very different from other stores that just let you browse alone but they seem to do it out of care that you get exactly what you are looking for. The couch they sold us was a very good price and it was free delivery and they guys who delivered were very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at The Furniture Exchange that I wish I needed more furniture so I could go there and do it all over again. I got a very good quality sofa at a very reasonable price along with a new mattress. And best of all, they took away my old sofa, something that other furniture stores dont do. They made it all so easy and they did all of that for free.

I walked in the first time looking for a couch and was shown something that I really didn’t like. After thinking (stressing) about it for few days, I went back in to try again for something I actually liked and met Mark. I loved my couch when I bought it but in for months all the cushions started coming apart at the seams. When I contacted management it took him 3 months of me bugging him to have the cushions replaced (the couch was about 1400 including tax and I still owe 1100) he said it was going to take time but wasnt able to tell me how much time so they offered a credit to get a new couch. Then he text me they sent a credit of 1000 dollars, but Im financing 1400??!!....he showed me the few couches via text of a few sets they had for around that price. Non come close to what I have. Im so disappointed cause I actually really liked my couch. I even asked can they give the 100 back to the finance company and ill pay the difference and they can have the couch back so I can go buy one elsewhere he said thats not an option. I wouldnt buy from this store and I will be contacting the bbb about this. Ill try and post pics. This is happening to all the cushions after only 4 months...Ill let the bbb know thats fine. You never offered to pay the difference you just said there was a credit of 1000 and never offered to look through one of your books for a new couch but even if so people like to sit on couches to see if they are comfortable. You told me thats all you had in stock for that price and im not gonna drive almost an hour to see the same things you showed me. You said to come in and if you like something more expensive you can finance additional (well thats obvious, thanks).You got your money through the finance company already so Im paying them back so makes no sense for you to say youre making no money off the payments cause you already got your money. Im not gonna sit here and play review war with you. Thats my opinion of your store. I definitely wouldnt go there again and I will let everyone I know not to go there. Thats it. I just wanted the cushions fixed im paying on a couch that the cushions are shredded. And I have all the messages of me constantly reaching out to over over the span of nearly 2 months you didnt keep me up to date. Like I said its my opinion and I would give it no stars if it was an option. I will let the bbb know.

Since I’m so picky, Anthony let me order a sectional from their catalogs and it arrived faster than it would have been anywhere else! They truly work hard to earn your business. I went into the store 3 different times before I finalized my purchase. Each time I was shown great service by everyone I came in contact with. He then handed me off to his father (the owner) who led me into the store.Pros: The staff is very knowledgeable on their products. The atmosphere is nice and there is a lot of furniture to choose from. The free same day delivery is amazing. Almost everything there is made in the U.S so I’m sure everything is high quality. I’d highly recommend it you’re moving to the area to start your search here.Cons: I would suggest giving customers a little more space to browse the inventory at their own pace. There’s a lot to see so try to be mindful of social queues and body language when people need space. Also try not to press financing/leasing so much. Try to wait until the customer is prepared to make a decision on whether to buy or not before mentioning anything about financing. Speaking of financing/leasing, it isn’t the best. I’m sure that’s the nature of the business but for the ones who are unfamiliar, now you know. Lastly, I personally I felt the prices were a little high but then again I haven’t been shopping for furniture in quite sometime.Overall still a great place to shop for your furniture. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the salesmanship was a little intense for my liking and there wasn’t a lot to choose of shopping on a budget. Got an amazing couch and bed from this store, however, I would recommend reading the full leasing or financing agreement yourself if this is the option you choose. I feel I was not fully explained the basics of the agreement. However, I should have been more responsible and read the contract myself to begin with. This was my first time buying furniture and using any payment plan option, so I trusted the staff to be educated and inform me of the basic outline of the finance option they provide for their customers. My trust was broken considering I was very open and honest of my worries and needs. Overall, I would purchase from here again... Just nothing that takes them explaining anything lol and with all the cash in hand.

I will not purchase from the big stores in Tucson ever again... so there is that. So I dragged the entire family down to the Furniture Exchange because I had seen them on Facebook. At times when I go to buy furniture I feel like I am buying a car... the employee (owner) was waiting when I walked in. I informed him we were serious buyers but just wanted to look... he quickly agreed and told us if we needed any questions answered he was right there. Long story short he spent 40 minutes with my family and tried to show us the living room furniture to fit our needs. We pulled measurements and told him we would return. I didn’t feel a pressure to buy but did feel an east coast vibe lol, and I am totally fine with that. From my experience they are serious about a quality product and I would totally recommend checking them out.

Left trash in my door at 6am. Not a good way to advertise. Preferably do not put your trashy flyer in my door, especially not at 6 in the morning. The guy looked like a crack head running by my door, great way to wake someone up.

The owner sat and found me financing regardless of my credit. I was in and out the door within the hour and furniture delivered by the time I got home! Relaxed atmosphere no pishy salesman. They dont really disclose everything..my son and his wife ended up paying double for their couch that was originally 1200$ couch... I feel that when I was their talking to them they were Abit disrespectful because the tone of his voice changed and his demeanor changed as well. Before visiting this store I wanted to read the reviews of prior customers. Based on the response of the owner to all of the negative reviews I can say that I will NOT be wasting my time there. I dont care if youre giving away furniture. It is EXTREMELY unprofessional for ANY business owner or employee to respond to negative feedback or opinions of customers in this manner no matter what the circumstances. The responses I read are shocking & inexcusable. I am shockedAttacking an unhappy customer isnt the appropriate response. That is very childish & immature. It seemed that all of the negative reviews had the same comments so one would be inclined to believe that what they are saying is accurate. Instead of going on the defensive perhaps take note of what the complaints are and use that to make a change for the better. Rude with a total lack of respect.....disgusting.

Probably the BEST customer service experience Ive ever personally had. My wife and I came into the store and were greeted by Anthony (the owner) and it instantly felt like meeting a real person and not a salesman. The guys here are extremely sketchy and horribly rude. I couldnt even look at the furniture without them pestering me with overly aggressive salemanship. In less than 10 minutes they had managed to make me so incredibly uncomfortable that I was ready to go. Trying to be polite I let them continue the aggressive sell, but when they insulted my finances, and my roommates weight, we practically rushed for the door. I honestly wish we had just never entered. But it doesnt stop them from standing outside the door and continuing their harassment of the local. Geez, I hope this place moves on soon.

I went in interested in buying furniture.. mentioned to both guys I was browsing. They would not stop hounding me with questions then complained i was sitting on too many couches, saying it was a cleanliness matter for people to sit on too many couches. So apparently people shouldnt sit on couches they wish to purchase. N the dirtiest thing in the store was the owner and his brother who were both sweating and smelt lil balls and b.o.

I wouldnt believe most of the ratings given here. As soon as you walk in youre approached and given no space to browse. The vibe is extremely uncomfortable because it feels like theyre constantly eyeing you and judging. They get very rude when you mention that you cant afford their outrageous prices and basically tell you get out of the store.
