I was very nervous about the entire process because Ive never been in an accident before but Carlos made it seem very simple. He helped me with my insurance claim and once the quote got approved the car was fixed in only a few days, he even let me borrow his car while he was working on mine and once it was done he brought it to me at my work!! The car works great and it looks brand new! He even painted and washed the car before giving it back to me. Carlos and his team do miracles and the service was great, thank you guys!!

Awesome service I got picked up by rental car agency and they started working on my Toyota Prius front end damage. The insurance adjuster came by to write them a check so that they can order parts and get my car fixed asap

Carlos is a con man and thief! After quoting me a price the price doubled when i went to pick it up. The work was sloppy and my vehicle smelled like marijuana. A few weeks later my vehicle was stolen, when police recovered it they said they had a copy of my key that Carlos sold to the thief.
