I just went for a free air and tire check. Fast and easy. They will alert you to any problems 😁 with your tires and recommend any service you may need. In the past I got a wheel and tire package for right around $500. Well worth it. I recommend Discount Tire for all your wheel needs. They are fast and efficient 😊

They didnt have our size tire but found someone who did and sent us there and had us put on the list for immediate service. I would like to thank Dylan for helping me as they were actually closing and correcting the Dodge stores mistake!I ordered my tires in advance as they are somewhat unique. I drive a 2012 MDX on 19s. I had them installed at the Dodge location around 4:30 done at 5:15 drove my vehicle for less than and hour when my TPS ON and I was at 20psi already by the Tucson Mall an not near the installed location.Pulled up to the Oracle location and explained I purchased my tires that afternoon and was coming to a flat. I had to leave to Phoenix in the AM so it was vital this was corrected that evening.Even though they were closing Dylan took my situation and corrected another store’s mistake.He promptly corrected the bad valve stem as they used my “old parts” and shook his head in disbelief and embarrassment for the work of the Dodge store.I must give praise and credit to this young gentleman’s help and correcting this error.I’m very disappointed in the oversight of the other stores location and if wasn’t for Dylan would have been irate in being stranded in the AM with a brand new tire flat.Hats off to this location and there prompt response.

Just needed to drop off a tire to get fix, they take 3people in line and disappear tells us to wait, (its not like he goes back there to put the tire on why does he disappear??) Anyways we wait, than he finally gonna put us on a list to get in line. I just waited in line why cant you just do your job and help me . They look for any reason not to do their job it is so sad do better discount tire.

I have purchased many tires from discount and had confidence in their service until… they stripped a hole in my hub assembly and Carlos gave me the bolt saying the bolt was too stripped to screw into the hub… after Carlos lied to me, my Indy mechanic found that Discount nascar pit stop changed my tire and caused over $800 of damage. Nothing to do with the bolt!!After calling 5 times in 2 weeks and having them tell me a claim process would start, nothing started.I will use Firestone or some other shop in the future that will hopefully not lie to consumers and hopefully provide customer service in the event they make a mistake.Bye Bye Discount!

Weve used Discount Tire for years, but recently I had a bad experience.I waited for 3 hours to have a flat repaired.I suspected I was in trouble when all the people in front of me were forced to buy new tires.Ross refused to repair my tire because I had 2 nails together. (They were not near the sidewall). Ross said they needed to drill the hole and the holes in mine were to close together. My issue is you are not allowed to drill the holes as it will damage the cords. I asked to see the patch and it did not have a plug. The patch could have easily covered the 2 small holes.I suspect Discount Tire is spring loaded to sell you a new tire instead of patching your old tire.

Each time I go in there over the years, Discount Tire keeps getting better. They are my preferred place to get tires. After getting a low tire pressure warning this morning and finding a screw through the tread, I made the mistake of giving up on the endless line to get in the parking lot and went to their competitor across the road.The competitor (initials PB) announced that the tire couldnt be repaired because:a) the puncture was too close to the sidewall (it was inches away)b) it was a run-flat tire (Bridgestone has a clear procedure for evaluating and repairing their run-flats...my case qualified)c) the tires all need to be replaced because theyre too old (4 years is not old, and the car has 22k miles on it!)PB then quoted me over $1000 for one unlucky screw encounter. Apparently they were hoping for ignorance and a fat wallet.I declined and went back to Discount Tire. Yes, I had to wait another 2 hours to get my car in (I went home in the meantime anyway). But they were friendly, pleasant, helpful, efficient and fixed the flat for free with no fuss at all and no mention of any of the above issues. Expertise and honesty matter, people. Thats why Ill be continuing to give my business to Discount Tire. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend. My pressure kept decreasing in one of my tires. I had taken my car else where. They informed me, I had a piece of metal in my tire. They told me it was not fixable and placed the spare and sent me on my way. That night I made an appt with discount tire . They were warm and welcoming. They explained if a repair was not achievable, I would have to purchase two new tires. I was completely okay with that. Not only was my car/tires addressed quickly but they were able to fix my tire and check all my pressures at no charge. I am so thankful.

For todays experience I have to give 5 stars. I had two flats to get repaired, guy at the desk gave me a time about an hour fifteen away. They were busy, a tech came out yo update when my car was going into a bay. It came out and I paid 6 minutes after the time I was told. Thats on point compared to most places that give estimates on times. I went by the Toyota dealership (precision in tucson) where I bought it and he didnt even look to see if they could be repaired, just went straight to the tire sale. No charge for the flat repair at discount. Will be back for sure.

Went in for a nail in my tire, came out with weird noises. Turns out the stopper insulators for the front end suspension magically disappeared. Not serious but made a lot of superficial noise that made it seem like the whole front end was falling off. Beware, stay at the shop and if you have something ‘wrong’ after they fix your car they may try to refer you to the brake max next door.

I had an appointment set for 1:15 PM and decided to drop my vehicle off at 12:15 on my lunch break stood in line for 10 minutes to not be greeted. Only to have customers that came in after me get greeted before me and get serviced before me

Have used several dis count tire stores over the years this one is the best. They knew my vechicle had been lifted and jacked it up instead of using the lift. Its the little things, they know vehicles as well as tires. They seem to be the busiest but its worth it. Best Discount Tire store in town.

My tire went completely flat and Discount got me in for a tire repair appointment the very next day. I drove up, they checked me in right away while I sat in my car, and directed me right into a bay. The guys checked with me before doing anything to my car, didnt try to sell me anything extra, and respected my decisions. They were extremely helpful and ended up being a lot cheaper than I expected. Highly recommend.

So I went in to change my temporary tire out and fix the old one and doing it through my warranty and the MANAGER DREW seemed disturbed that I was using my warranty of the car to replace the tire for a new one. He told me that he needed to wait for an authorization code In order to do it through the warranty and the warranty department sent me an email saying that the authorization only took 10 mins and the reason they took long was because DREW from discount tires didn’t send the VIN number. I literally waited over 30 mins for him to realize that he didn’t sent the VIN and he said that they weren’t answering. Drew made me feel very uncomfortable with his comments to his coworkers about the situation. I waited over an hour to get ONE tire changed as well. Don’t really recommend this discount tires. Very unprofessional.

I wish I remembered the managers name but he was wonderful. I had my air pressure checked before heading to Utah. My tire pressure light was on. I told the guy my light was on and he checked all my tires and said I was good to go. 30 minutes later I was leaving the grocery store and had a flat. I was so upset because initially the person on the phone was telling me it must have happened in the 2 miles from discount to the store. They were about to close and I didn’t have time to wait for roadside assistance to come. They stayed open for me and the manager helped me with a tow and getting my tire put on. With covid, and the stress of missing this shoot in Zion I was really upset and initially not pleasant. I know that. He remained calm and was so helpful and kind to me. They’ve helped me with multiple tires but this was a real act of kindness. Thank you.

My father went to get a tire repair yesterday and the manager offered my father tires instead of repair. My father listened to him as he offered tires and prices and when my father politely declined he became dismissive and extremely rude. He told my father that he would be driving his own truck in and out of the service bay and that he should be prepared for a 2to3 hour wait. He never took my fathers truck keys. When my father started observing he noticed that people who looked well off and young women got world class service and those who did not, got treated extremely poor and they were required to drive their own vehicles in and out of them service bays!🤬I was very disheartened and disappointed to know that my father was treated with such disdain and disrespect! I will never come to this facility ever again and make sure others dont either! And my father witnessed several clients get treated horribly along with himself. Then after 3 hours waiting to get a repair, my father asked for his tire quote and repair statement which he got neither...he got scribbling in the back of the business card which I am uploading for all to see. I am very saddened to see such discrimination occurs daily.

Ive gone to this one location on Oracle Rd at least a few times since Ive lived here in Tucson, and these guys have saved my life every time.One time, I had a flat and had to limp the car there on the spare tire and get something mounted before work. I was seriously broke and they were able to find a cheap tire to mount that fit my budget.Few months to a year later, I had a little money and decided it was time to get all four tires replaced, and they got me a set of four brand new tires that didnt kill my budget. Ive been rolling on em since and they havent let me down in any way. The treads still fresh!Few months after that, today, my fiancee was mentioning some issues with her car; felt like a wheel was off balance. Took it there and they were able to spot, and show me, that two of the wheels were actually bent at the rim! Her tires were in terrible shape, too, so I decided to go all-in on a set of four new wheels and tires mounted to the vehicle for just over $600. Thats all four tires AND wheels AND a lug nut kit. The price was unbeatable, and to top it off, one of the mechanics was an absolute bro and showed me that one of the wheel bearings was going out, and recommended me to a shop and I got a 20% discount on the labor there. My fiancees car drives so much better now, and I really feel like her safety is in good hands after the work Ive had done.

Had a appointment to have two tires installed set for 1 hour and 40 minutes and they hadnt even brought my vehicle in to have the tires put on their service is not the greatest you think that you make an appointment to have work done and that it would be done in an efficient time I would not bring my vehicle back to this tire shop

Broke my rim cap off and they didn’t tell me that they did until I drove back to ask them where did it go and they told me that they thought it was the pop off rim cap and now I have to wait for them to order it on eBay because they are discontinued rim caps.

I typically buy used tires, but when my wifes car needed 2 tires I opted to check pricing for new ones at Walmart. I decided to also price them at Discount Tire before making a decision. Drew the store manager and his associates were all very helpful and courteous. They explained to me the difference in quality of their tires versus the ones I was considering at Walmart and I felt more knowledgeable about the decision I was making. All in all it was a great experience; helpful associates, competitive pricing, quality tires and installation. Discount Tires has earned a customer for life now!

Waiting too long 1:30pm . told me 1hr, now its 6:00 closed an told me tomorrow ok for u or u want to pick it up an put them on yourself.

Very disappointed with this location. I brought them a flat tire for they can fix it since the tire was purchase with discount tire. They gave me a estimated time of 1-2 hours, and told me they will call me when it’s ready. 4 1/2 hours later I called them to see if it was ready and they told me it had been ready for a while. I drove to the location to pick my tire up and have them install it. Once I got there I was next in line but waited over 20 minutes in the waiting room. Meanwhile i was seeing discount tire associates come in and out helping other customers. At one point even 3 employees were in the building with me being the only one there and I was completely ignored only to watch them leave to the back. I tried to be patient because I know typically things like this take time so I sat down. Waited 5 more min, and walked outside to ask if someone can help me since I been next in line for 20 min. I was told by the discount tire associate (Robb) that I hadn’t waited that long after. I asked him to speak to a supervisor and he said to have a sit someone will be with me shortly. I informed him that it’s been 20-25min that I spent inside and no one had help me. I was able to get the supervisor Drew attention and told him once he was done with his customer I need to speak to him. At this point I was done waiting and got into my car to drive up and pick up my tire and leave. Drew was able to defused the situation and got my tire installed as soon as the could but I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. Especially from the employe (Robb) saying “ you haven’t been there that long.”

Service and experience was good. Woke up with a flat . Took it back and they pulled it right in and he had four people on it. Sensor was leaking .fix and back on the road in no time .All were professional and apologetic

Quick, honest, super friendly service!

This is the discount tire store that we stopped at we had Tire problem. The young attendant that work there I was more interested in checking out the tread trying to find out why are was leaking out of the tire quickly. He said he was just doing his job. As our tire was losing air very quickly. After my daughter discovered there was a razor blade in the tire and it could not be fixed the attendant try to convince her that she needed to order a tire there. As the vehicle was brand-new and she had maintenance for tires she was going to go to the dealership, attendant blatantly lied and said that the dealership would call them anyway to order a tire. I did ask at the dealership this was not the truth. It appears, not a fact, but appearance-wise that this young man that he could rip us off and it did not work. Its employees like this that give Discount Tire and any other service a bad name. Especially when they try to pull this off with two females. Even one female its bad news to do something like to. If you go there just make sure at what they are telling you.

Came to get my tire pressure checked and filled because the change of weather likes to mess with everything. Had to wait a while but Im not going to say it was a deal breaker or drop a star off because its FREE and they look over your tires. The guy was really nice, made some small talk, told me about my tires, explained it/why, and sent me on my way. Ive been to other locations so its nice to see that theyre consistant with their service regardless if its the free air check or a tire and rim purchase. Ill be seeing them in a few weeks again for tires.

Im a 19 year old college student who knows little about cars. When I punctured a tire and had to order new ones, Discount Tires was nothing but helpful! I went in and had all four replaced after having a family member order them. There was a slight miscommunication (No one particular persons fault) about when the tires would arrive, but Ross was super awesome and went above and beyond to help me out in a time crunch, despite it being a busy labor day weekend! Much appreciated.

I love this location. They are fast and have a friendly staff. The reason i didnt give them a 5 star is the fact that the gentleman that put on my $600 tires, cracked 2 of my tire hubcaps and tried to hide it. I have been around and around with them about getting them replaced. Vinny from discount tire apologized and took over and ordered new hubcaps at no charge. The problem with the first order is that they did not order the set of 4 like promised. When the order of 2 came in they did not match my other hubcaps. We are going on 2 months now of me calling Vinny for the status of the set of 4 hubcaps and he has responded saying they are still waiting for the order to come in. Honestly i just want my hubcaps and it should have never taken this long.

Went in for an air pressure check today and the customer service was amazing. The tech, I believe his name was josh, checked out every tire fully and gave me a card with the details of each tire written down. He also noticed severe wear on the inside portions of some of the tires which i would have never noticed, and recommended me tires on the spot. The air check was quick, and the service was great.
