I had an excellent experience at this collision center. They repaired my vehicle and delivered excellent customer service. They made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. Explained to me in detail every step of the way. I highly recommend this business.
Donβt waste your time. Not customer focused. I went there once pre-COVID to get my car repaired after someone rear-ended me. My insurance company recommended them. I tried to get an estimate for minor repair of my back bumper (I was backed into in a parking lot). With Gerberβs new βCOVID protocolsβ they are not accepting walk-ins. To schedule an appointment the first available was 5 days out. On the day of my appointment I had a schedule conflict, so I went there an hour earlier than my scheduled time to see if they could fit me in. There was no one else there when I arrived. They would not take the 15 minutes needed to look at my damage before their next scheduled appointment who was scheduled in 20 minutes.I had already been to one other shop a few days before and I went to 2 other shops later that same day for estimates. None of the other shops required appointments. The other shops provided estimates within about 15 minutes or took only 10 minutes of my time to look at the damage, take photos, then write up the repair and email it to me. All estimates were very close in cost.
My experience was awesome. Even through these trying times I was provided with excellent customer service and care. Thank you!
Both Angie and Marcela did a great job taking care of me. It was funny because I was not happy that the work on my car was completed so quickly than originally expected, (since I have such a busy schedule) but shoot, itβs definitely better than having it done late. Marcela was friendly, and attentive to detail and to my needs as a customer. Angie, however, decided to stay a little bit later than necessary on her shift Tuesday, just so I could submit my payment and not have to drive back another day to do it! 5 stars for both of these awesome employees
Absolutely amazing! My front end was damaged when I got hit with a tow hitch that came flying off the vehicle in front of me. They had my vehicle 4 days and it looks brand new! While I hope I never need their services again, I would definitely use them without question

This is a very professional collision service and repair shop. Their attention to detail is amazing. When I had retrieved my vehicle, it had been repaired ahead of the projected time. Had it not been for my license plates, I thought I was looking at my car on the showroom floor. As a service after the repair, your vehicle is thoroughly washed and given a full interior detail. They will stay in contact with you via email or SMS or phone to keep you apprised of their progress and projected finish date.Oh, yes, they do glass, too.

My initial review: Rude, VERY poor quality, and unprofessional.I worked with them after this review, and I have revised my rating from one to three stars because of the temperament, responsiveness, and professionalism of the individual worker assigned to my car. I remain exceptionally unhappy with the front desk receptionist, who was rude, made me wait minutes while she talked on the phone to her friends, and who threatened to not release my car, and I remain unhappy with the manager who (boy howdy) made sure I knew he was in charge of the timing of the repairs, who simmered with ready-to-strike anger, and who made me wait extra long for everything, except when I had to come back to fix a failed repair. Customer service, folks, is what makes or breaks a company, and dealing recklessly and hostilely with people who have been in wrecks and who have frayed emotions is not the way to earn return business.

EXCELLENT service! I brought in a destroyed car and got her back looking brand new. Customer service kept me advised as to status of my vehicle every couple of days. So many other great things to say about Gerber!

Very upsetting due to lack of customer service. Thursday 1pm go in for an estimate and receptionist tells me to wait 25 minutes for someone to see me due to a meeting. Turn and walk away and she can care less if I get work done or not. How does one have their doors open and turn away customers because a meeting is more important. That just tells me what they really think about their customers. Drove 5 min away to chapman collision and took care of me right away.

Do not take your car here my sister took her car the worst place in Tucson to take a vehicle she took it back numerous times she first got it the headlights werent even hooked up took it back the second time and she still arguing with about repairs the hole under plastic Carriage thing for the protective piece for the engine fell off and theyre saying its her fault they do not do quality work avoid this place like the plague do not take your car theyre very ignorant and rude people
