Purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper from this dealership and at first the service was amazing, polite and very helpful, but unfortunately that changed quickly. Once I got my vehicle and took it home, the problems started. The first day of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and reported the issue. They immediately asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could look it over and correct the issue, which I did. The dealership attempted to fix a few things on the vehicle, none actually fixed the problem. I ended up taking my vehicle back a total of 5 times. On the last visit, I was told that they were unsure what was causing the issue, and if I could give them a couple weeks to figure out how to fix the vehicle, and then I could bring it back. I agreed. Unfortunately, this is over 6 months ago, and now the dealership has not called me, returned my calls, or fixed the issue with my vehicle that has been going on since the first day. Pretty sure that is the definition of selling me a lemon. I will be making more attempts to contact the dealership and trying to get my vehicle repaired the right way. Will absolutely update this review if it is ever handled and my vehicle is repaired. As of right now, do not purchase any vehicles from this dealership. They obviously do not care or want to worry about the customers once they have your money.

Bought 2017 nissan pathfinder. 45 days later on a road trip to Oregon for a funeral car breaks down. They never called me back on questions about extended warranty when I bought the car. They claim they stand by there cars but I shouldnt have broken down with 50,000 miles on the car. I bought the car with 47,000 miles. We blew #3 piston. My family and I are stranded in Oregon. Its going to be a 2 week repair job. If we spend the money to transport the car back to Tucson chapman wont guarantee anything. Theyre not doing the right thing. I will be buying an extended warranty thru someone else. And not buying another car from them.
Love Chapman, this is probably one of the best car buying experiences Ive had, Tim the finance guy is great I just really like this place I got a gray car I got about 4,000 off on a Jeep Renegade standard shift and I love it

My experience has been the WORST, I purchased a used Toyota Camry about 6 weeks ago. My temporary tag is set to expire on June 11, 2020 a day from now. Ive tried calling and left voice messages for a return call I have yet to receive any returned phone calls. I am not happy with Chapman Honda nor will I recommend this dealership to any of my friends!
Not organized or helpful. Pawned me off on someone with limited experience (even with an appointment). Car I test drove was in need of repair and was dirty.

I have found my experience with this company very frustrating due to the fact that their fiance states one thing and their service states another. when I purchased a car they said it had road side assistance and two months after purchasing the car it died and the road side assistance pamphlet given to me that I called says I do not have coverage. I had to pay everything out of pocket only to be told its a different number. After calling that number I get a message that had nothing to do with road side assistance. Being lied to on what my warranty covers and what road side assistance covers when your in need is just to much. there is a long list of additional problems I have with this purchase. Needless to say we will not invest in another vehicle from them.

I make all my payments on time I have never failed with that but this company does not take care of its clients I have 2 weeks that my car does not turn on because the GPS disque that they install does not work and they only have to reboot the computer and this day is my 3rd day without a car paying 423 a month and all because they are irresponsible I could not go to work and speak and put a new code to the GPS works for me once and it does not work again it is a nightmare I do not collect them this company for nothing look for a serious company that takes care of Asus clients and not only that it takes care of its own interests
