3rd Visit to this dealership. Brandon Lee took care of us this time and he was prompt and good to work with. A visit here a couple years ago uncovered a Title error from the original vehicle purchase. This isnt your typical Dealership Rip Off. HIGHLY RECOMEND

Largest Honda dealership in Tucson as well as the service center for Hondas. Nor always the cheapest, but they guarantee their work. So, you will leave with a peace of mind.
Looking at cars. Were helpful and understood I needed to think about options. Though manager came twice for no reason.
Carlos was so helpful. Everything was handled very efficiently as we traded two cars for one car. He spent about 30 minutes explaining all the gadgetry of the car. All of the paperwork was ready to go. It was a wonderful experience. And the dealership was very conscientious about everyones health safety. First time at this dealership as we bought our Honda while living out of state. The service department is very small and tucked away. Had to ask directions from the many sales types on an also small but quite busy sales floor. Only one person behind a small counter and he was patiently helping a customer on the phone. So I had to be patient too. But after 3-4 minutes he was very patient and helpful with me too.You see, my wife had left the keys inside the car and returning from the grocery store. I was supposed to be unloading but was on the phone. The car locked itself (a feature) and so I needed to use the only other set of keys for the car, the master set, which still had the covers on after several years (its a 2012 AWD that still runs like a top). Well, it turned out these keys didnt work. They would not physically turn the door lock as they should have (another feature??? NOT!!!) and the battery for electronically unlocking was dead. Then, when I took the key case apart I found a tiny little battery, a cm1616, which I knew only Honda would carry. We had called AAA but the automated attendent said 2 hours+ so it was off to the Honda dealer with half a dozen key parts and the dead battery in a baggy.This is where the parts CSR saved the day. No only did he find that tiny battery in stock but he reassembled the key (twice because the first time the little red light didnt come on and he knew it wont work).I went home and unlocked the car. Yeah, the ice cream was a mess but otherwise we were good again.Oh, as for AAA, we gave up trying to cancel after 15 in the automated phone queue. They sent a text after 4 hours with the ability to reply cancel which we did. As we will do again come membership renewal time.

Ive always had a very good experience here. The staff was very helpful, they were very upfront and transparent about the costs and the work that would be done, and managed my expectations well. On my last visit, I was helped by Ed, he was very good to work with and had me in and out with my car serviced very quickly.
We have purchased two vehicles from these guys now. One was used, the other was new. Although Honda is very proud of their product and it is reflected in their price, we feel like Honda is the best value for purchasing a car that is reliable.Service here is predictably expensive, as it is at any dealer, but you can trust them to do the job correctly. Also they have very nice waiting facilities with coffee and water and popcorn, and they offer a shuttle in the event that you need it.
Its on the pricier side BUT the work is exceptional.

I went in with a radio issue, needing the code. I had just purchased the crv, I waited about 45 minutes with no help other than well get to you soon. I was about to leave when the valet/shop attendant stopped me, asked my problem, and grabbed a tech, and I was gone 5 minutes later very happy. From my limited experience, its the little guys that are the movers and shakers here, unless youre buying new Im sure. Still, 5 stars, good experience, would recommend!
It is great that the service center is located within the dealership. This way they can tell you the incorrect pickup time and keep your car for a weekend because the 20 people inside the dealership wont accept your cash so you can leave with your car! Amazing way to get people to come back, I CANT WAIT!
Horrible customer service and I will never buy nor service my vehicle there again. Full of promises while you are buying a car and then they play tag to see which of the autoNation dealers will pay the bill for something that should not be broken to start with. POOR customer service and follow up from the managers.

Theyre very detailed which is nice but can lead to longer wait times than estimated. Luckily a shuttle is available to take you where you want to go and pick you up when the work is done.
