I stopped by Royal Collision today and they buffed out a scrape that my garage door caused on my Lexus NX. The guys I spoke to and who helped me were so nice and very considerate. I have gone there before and I highly recommend them.

The team here has helped my baby not once, not twice (and not thrice) but FOUR times. Apparently his rear-end is very attractive to other vehicles...and in this most recent case, he was totaled, with extensive hidden damage and lots of curveballs on the repairs. Jak and the team met many challenges in hard-to-source parts, cost-effective repairs, and a whole slew of other things--and surmounted them beyond my expectations. Jak especially was amazingly helpful and willing to work with me to get my baby back into fighting shape, and looking awful slick too. It was a journey from a salvage title to where we are now, and I am stupidly grateful for every last bit of work and help and, well, everything.

Great service, my car was fixed quickly, estimate and paperwork was handled through Royal Collision and insurance which made the process minimally stressful. Im very happy with the quality of work and the customer service throughout the entire repair process. I would recommend this shop any post-accident needs.

Second time was 1 star. I found another salesman (I got the estimate but didn’t fix it). They gave me an estimate of $450 for parts, where the other dealership later sold me for $240. Even the part number is the same. I didn’t go for joe the second time. Be careful. They can rip you off on parts.First time was 4star. I spent 2.5k to fix my door. Joe was amazing. If you want to go there, find Joe, no other salesman. I gave 4 starts purely because of Joe.

I got rear ended, and the persons insurance company (State Farm) has Royal Collision Center on their list of preferred repair facilities.I chose this location initially because of its convenient location, there is also Enterprise Car Rental right next door, and Hertz right across the street. Also very convenient.All the employees were very courteous and professional. Jay called several times to provide me with updates, progress reports on the repair of my vehicle. My car got fixed on schedule. I was able to leave the rental car in the Royal Collision parking lot when I picked up my vehicle, and they called Hertz to pick up the rental.Getting my vehicle repaired here was overall a good experience. Nobody likes to be involved in an accident, but if it happens, this is a good place to get your car fixed. All the repairs on my vehicle look well done.

Excellent customer service and work repairing my BMW...looked better than before it was damaged. I got a new scuff shortly after they repaired my car and when I took it back they touched up without charge. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly service. I had a few issues with a previous repair at this location but in the time since then (about 2 years) and after I raised these concerns with the shop, their quality has dramatically improved. Both in terms of customer service and attentiveness to detail. I’m actually extremely impressed with their quality of work and especially their diligence in working with some notoriously difficult insurance companies/adjusters. Had a repair done a few months ago and Matthew went back and forth at least 10 times with an adjuster after said adjuster changed the details of the agreed upon estimate and replaced the new rims with reconditioned ones. Matthew worked extremely hard to convince the adjuster to stick with the new rims from Royal Collision’s trusted supplier as he said he couldn’t guarantee the quality of the rims the adjuster ordered from another supplier. Ultimately Royal didn’t even wait for a final answer on the rims and Matthew said no matter what, even if the shop had to eat the extra cost, he’d give us new rims and the shop/he would deal with the insurance company later. I was shocked. That is unheard of these days and is even more unheard of from a body shop in Tucson. I will continue to go to this location for every single repair I need in the future because of their transparency and the highest quality repairs they provide that I have not seen consistently, at any other body shop in the Tucson area. Trust is huge when somebody brings in a vehicle to be repaired because a sub quality repair could be dangerous in a vehicle you expect to protect you in a crash, a vehicle you drive 80mph down the freeway, or a vehicle you simply drive your loved ones in. I trust this body shop and I would recommend them over others if you want the highest quality repair and best customer service in Tucson.

Dont do it! Took my BRAND NEW 2015 Optima in for hail damage repair. Inside and outside was immaculate with no scratches or blemishes except for the hail damage. Only had car for 1 week prior to the damage. When they returned it, there was big globs of putty or paint rubbed in my front drivers seat. Back seat had shoe/boot scuff marks all over passenger side seat, and side; Scratched my left rear door; 2-3 dents and ripples on roof and hood remain. Floor mat has paint or some white residue on it. Head liner has 12-18 inch greyish/black mark above drivers seat. I was assured they used seat covers and gloves when handling the head liner. Guess mine wasnt worth the trouble.They assured me before delivery it went through a QC inspection and approval. What an inspection that was!! They also charged my deductible and tried to get me to sign a release stating I accepted my car and was satisfied with the condition prior to me seeing it, which I refused to do until I inspected. Good thing I have enough sense to not fall for that one.They said they will fix everything perfectly or replace, however, we shall see. The manager also apologized multiple times. They returned my deductible to me. Nevertheless, it should have never been delivered like this if they have a Quality Control measure in place and take pride in the work they do.Sadly, my insurance has them listed as a Preferred body shop. I have filed a complaint with my insurance and raised the question of whether continuing a relationship with this business is worth it.Took it in New and had it returned like their staff lived in the car.I hate to give bad reviews, but this one is definitely warranted!

I made an appointment to drop my truck off on a Friday and was told I was going to get a call to confirm it. I received no call and when I called the person I had spoke with never answered. I live out of town so I drove my truck back. three days later I got a call asking where my truck was and why I had not dropped it off. Service sucks I’ve been trying to get my truck in for a month. No one returns my calls or answers. Don’t take you vehicle here.

Long story short I was re ended and needed a new rear bumper. I would have given this place 5 stars.... The reason why, is because the lady at the front desk misinformed my wife and I of how long it will take for our car to be repaired. She overestimated by 5 days because of a holiday. Instead she was completely wrong and it only took ONE DAY! It was just a big inconvenience for me because I had to get a rental car that I never needed.... However my estimator, Jay was increadible and very easy to work with! He was very polite and professional and knew everything about body damage. He has earned my full trust and I plan on taking my cars for any future damage.

I had an excellent experience having my 2010 SC 430 repaired at Royal Collision Center in January; it had some minor damage on the passenger side after a run in with my home garage. The Royal Collision Center staff did a fabulous job – the repairs were done timely, within the estimate and the car looks absolutely fabulous, inside and out; the work is flawless, so much so that the car looks new. All I can say is THANK YOU.

These guys are great, they listened to me when I said that I cared more about functionality and price than cosmetics and found me a suitable used part in Phoenix that was bought and installed for 1/5 the price of a new part. Really pleased and will definitely be back if I ever need their services again in the future.

Honestly, theyre a joke. A simple estimate for a bumper cover takes an eternity. Everyone just sitting around with no customer service focus at all.

I dont want to rate them as poor-fair, but I think good is even giving too much credit. I recently had my BMW repaired at this location based on recommendations from BMW of Tucson, other user reviews, and my insurance company. The damage to my car required new paint and two small dent removals. The process was going to require a lot of dismantling of the rubber seals on the windshield, door, bumper, and trunk. The work done with the paint and dent removal was GREAT! I will give them that. However, the state of my car, when I was told it was ready for pick up, was unacceptable in my mind.I approached the damaged part of my car and noticed there was still white residue on the area that was damaged (i.e. still looked damaged). I started looking around and the residue was everywhere and there was dried-dirty water marks all over the car. The receptionist was very apologetic and took the car to the back to fix it. After waiting another 30-40mins, I inspected the car only to find the white residue still there. This time the receptionist took care of it on the spot. The car was clean and had a better wax job though.I have had the car back for two days and have since noticed that my beige leather interior is filthy on the drivers seat, back seat, and both doors. When I opened the truck, I found a piece of plastic from some part of my car. I figured out where it came from and replaced it to its rightful spot, but noticed the rough tools used to pop it out in the first place had damaged the pieces. Oh, and MORE white residue in various places...the car is black, it is very noticeable to someone who is remotely paying attention.I may be slightly obsessive over the cleanliness of my car, but it is because I take care of it myself and would expect a company with such prestige to treat it like its a $40k car and not a $500 car. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I was pretty disappointed with the state of the car (aside from the actual repairs).

Royal Collision Center is amazing! I had an unfortunate event with OReilly chevrolet collision center. I originally brought my car to OReilly for a collision repair. When I went to pick up my car, there was additional damage done by OReilly. They acknowledged this and stated they would fix it. When I can back the second time, it still was not fixed completely and now there was over spray on my side mirrors and my bumper did not sit correctly where they were suppose to do the collision repair. I finally said enough is enough and brought my car to Royal Collision Center and they repaired everything PERFECTLY. They also had to redo my bumper since OReilly attached it wrong. Thanks Royal Collision Center for being our hero:)

Royal Collision has done excellent work restoring hail damage on my MINI Cooper and hit & run side swipe damage on my Toyota Highlander.

They do great work !!! Repaired rim on my truck !! Was damaged from accident . Looks like new !!! Also replaced front bumper crome, new !! Plus other work !! Give them a try !!!
