Its awesome that Im able to get my glasses next day and if it wasnt the weekend you can get your glasses within 1 hour, unfortunately there is certain features you cannot get when doing that like the transition lenses, that was very helpful and friendly!

The optition who helped me was friendly and courteous. I was helped as soon as I walked in. Better still, my progressive bifocal anti-fog anti-glare lenses were finished in less than two hours.

Third year in a row of poor experience. I wont be returning. All designer frames and way overpriced. Glasses not ready for more than a week. Glasses dont work right and have to be remade. Cant get exactly what I want and need. Have to settle for bifocals as the only way to get mid range glasses that I need for work and reading music. Wait time horrible due to only two opticians trying to wait on all the customers. Im going somewhere else next year.
Best experience in 6 years. Great glasses, fair price. I can see again! A little slower on the eyeglass order side of the house than I expected, but so far, worth the wait.Clarifye computer analysis with the doctor’s review was superb!I will be back, very happy with a great experience.

A joke, dont waste your time
I suddenly started having a lot of eye pain after wearing the same brand of contact lenses for 10 years. The doctors here were incredibly helpful in seeing me right away and helpful with prescriptions and trying new lenses. My eyes and vision is a lot better now thanks to their help.
Eye exam was thorough and simple. Very polite staff. The frame staff was ok. There is one lady that is quite rude. The rest of the workers are all super friendly. I recommend this eye doctor.

Called to get an estimate over the phone with insurance and she told me she could not give me an estimate over the phone because she couldn’t put my information in (which yes you can if you have your information). Also was told that she had two other customers waiting as well as if I was not a customer. When I asked her if she was just busy or actually couldn’t run my insurance she said both. All the reviews are accurate when it comes to staff friendliness. Also the lady at the front desk told me she could not get ahold of my insurance and told me to call them (which is her job). I got ahold of them in the store easy with no problems. Not professional.
Dropped my pair of glasses on cement and chipped them, so I needed both an exam and a new pair of glasses quick.Booked my exam through their site and showed up on time. Had to wait a few minutes but the exam went well and was completely automated. They used iPad apps to speed things up and automatically change the prescription on the machine. The doctor did a great job and recommended an extra test that I need.The staff that helped with the glasses purchase were very nice and made good recommendations on type of frame and lenses. The cost was also cheaper than what Ive historically paid for the equivalent at Target Optical.My only reason for taking a star off my review is due to them having to order out my glasses, due to my prescription and their machine was broken. I had asked multiple times before my exam if I would have them same day and they said yes, but my prescription is pretty crazy, so no surprise, but not letting me the machine was also down was a little strange.Pick up my glasses without issue.

Overall experience was less than average. While there were a few helpful staff, most just seemed bothered to be there.
Avoid this place at all cost!!! The staffs here are just plain RUDE. I came in at a non busy time but they basically ignored me as I stood there waiting to make a purchase. An older gentleman who walked after me was assisted right away. I tried to be patient and waited but the same thing happened twice! Someone else walked in they too were assisted as I stood around waiting. After waiting a little longer, I simply left. Im appalled by the way I was treated here. Was it because I looked young and maybe they thought I couldnt afford their glasses or was it because I was it because a person of color? Maybe the staff lacked customer service training. Either way Ill never come back.
LensCrafters at the Franklin Park Mall has repeatedly provided poor customer service and I am finally done (after more than 15 years of eye exams & glasses purchases). They refuse to give you your full vision prescription (they leave your Pupillary Distance off of your glasses script) unless you purchase glasses from them (because they are looking out for your safety, not because they are battling the repercussions of their outrageously priced Luxottica glasses), they refused to sell me a pair of glasses because the Optician sales attendant thought they didnt look good on me, and the Optometrist was too lazy to do a full contact exam (though still charged me for it) and just gave me a close enough script for contact lenses since I wont be wearing them all the time which ended up being the same script as my glasses.
Stacy at the Franklin Park store was less than helpful on the phone just now. There are other places to spend my money!
I will only get my contacts and glasses through them from now on. Big shout out to Sara(h?) at the front counter who went above and beyond to help me out. Dr. Northcutt is also great.Edit: I had a very disappointing experience yesterday. During my visit I was given information from who I believe was a sales person that directly contradicted the advice of my ophthalmologist. Also, I was given the wrong timeframe for picking up my glasses and now I have to go without for two weeks. Im extremely frustrated but Im just hoping it was a one-time thing.
I couldnt believe the rudeness and lack of respect I got when I went in for my eye exam. I had hoped it was an off day for them, but my treatment was worse when I returned to pick up my glasses. I will not be returning to this location.
Today I showed up for our appointment and the lady at the desk told us we didnt have an appointment, clearly their error as I had the appointment card. She said we shall squeeze you in and then I told her it was contacts and immediately and rather rudely she stated we dont have that kind of time. We left! As I wasnt going to address her rudeness while my son stood there. I called and let them know how disappointed I was w their lack of customer service never once did anyone apologize! The lady on the phone jyst made excuse after excuse, simply I said an apology would be nice. Very rudely she says well then Im so sorry. I proceed to tell her that that was the rudest apology and she hangs up. Needless to say they lost our business.
They were extremely low-staffed. And the staff that was here was extremely rude. I came in 15 minutes before my appointment and I waited an hour before they even serviced me

I had the lens pop out of my glasses today, so I took it there to see if they could fix it since I couldnt. They had it fixed in a few minutes and didnt even charge me.
