Wendy the optician couldnt have been more helpful in making sure my lens script was right on the mark. Just great! Doctor K always takes time to communicate well and provides a thoughtful and thorough examination. Very straight forward with listening and feedback!

Very disappointed in my experience here. I had been having issues in one of my eyes and have never had any issues prior. They gave me a prescription for glasses when I have 20/20 vision. I feel as though my issue was disregarded and not addressed. Im sure theyre great, but I am very upset.

Would highly recommend! Dr. Kylee Kleppinger is knowledgeable & puts your needs as her highest priority. All of the staff is friendly - from the front desk to the assistant that helps pick out your frames. They made the process as easy as can be!

Overall, I was VERY pleased with my first-time experience at Pinnacle Eye Group of Sylvania. The staff is very friendly, always welcoming you with a smile. They take each patients safety very seriously. Dr. Kleppinger was SO helpful! She was knowledgeable and compassionate. This was my first time with wearing contacts, and Pinnacle helped teach me everything I would need to know to be successful with this new experience.The only negative review I have was the misinformation on the cost. I was told by staff exactly how much my contacts would cost when I came in to order them after my 2 week trial, but when I came back 2 weeks later, the cost I was required to pay for the contacts was more than double the original quote. The staff member admitted that this was a mistake on their part, and that I wasnt properly quoted the first time. I understand that mistakes happen, but knowing that Pinnacle made a mistake on their end, and Im sorry was all they offered to make things right was disappointing. I would think if I was quoted a certain price, that price would be honored. Typically, if a business makes a mistake, they would offer the customer some way to make it right, but that was not the case in this situation.

Friendly, caring and thorough. My only criticism is that even with insurance, I can never leave with a bill less than $700 for new glasses. Seems a bit pricely but the quality keeps me coming back.

The customer service at the retail eye glasses store is superior. I recommend this facility to my friends whenever I get the opportunity. Prices are a bit higher than the bigger chain stores, but you cannot beat their service or the original frames they offer!

Everyone was very helpful in picking out new frames. I was leaving on vacation and they requested that my glasses be done by the 7th and that were done on the 5th. I was so happy to get them earlier. I highly recommend them.

Phenomenal - I was having light flashes in my eye - google scared the hell out of me - called Dr. K during off hours and he called me back in a couple of minutes of my voicemail. I described the symptoms and he got me right in. He diagnosed me in minutes and took the time to explain my issue and other things that may or may not happen, and how we will address them.Seriously, great guy.

Pinnacle Eye Group was fantastic! I called with what I thought was an eye emergency....they got me an appointment for the next morning...even though I was not a patient. Wonderful caring staff. The environment is calm, clean and very stylish. Dr. Kaylee is a genius when it comes to combating dry eyes. For 2 years my eyes have just about killed my eye sight. They have a machine calle Lipo Flow which heats your eye up, to unclog oil glands in the liner of your eyes. There are also plugs that can be placed into your tear duct.Eye care has come a long way. I give then an A+ They truly are great.

This group does a wonderful job taking care of our familys vision health. They are very patient and helpful, answering every question fully. One does not feel like they are rushing out to the next appointment.This practice also has an extensive eyewear area, with 2 trunk shows a year, but no high-pressure presentations are made. We have been going here 15 years and would never consider going anywhere else for our vision/eyewear needs.

Everyone is professional and very friendly. Arrived a few minutes before scheduled appointment, and had zero wait time. Technicians were awesome and talked me through all of the various tests being performed. Dr. K was great to work with and went over all the results with me as well as options for glasses, contacts and possibly lasik. Wide selection of frames to choose from and knowledgeable staff helped guide me through the selection process. Will be coming back here for sure and brining my wife and son over as well.
