I bought a vehicle from Matt over two years ago and I still tell people how easy the process was and how happy I was with the outcome. It was as simple as walking in, asking to test drive, hopping in the car and away I go. No pressure, no over overbearing chaperoning. We decided we wanted the car, quick and reasonable negotiation and we were done without any wasted time. The cars windshield had a small crack (maybe 4 inches off to the side of the field of view) but given the price it was something I could live with and replace later if it became an issue (I didn’t even bring it up in the negotiations). At the very end Matt apologized that the vehicle wouldn’t be ready this afternoon because the whole windshield would be getting replaced. He didn’t feel that it was right to be selling a car with such a defect and the cost would be totally covered by by Luxury Sport. The glass was replaced and it was ready to be picked up before noon the next day.I live 5+ hours away now, but when it comes time to replace my current vehicle the first place I’ll look is here. I can trust the quality of the vehicles and I know that Matt has my best interest in mind, sometimes without me even having to ask.

I met Matt at Luxury Sports Auto to test drive a nice Lexus. Matt was great, all he did was hand me the keys and said, let me know what you think. Not much of any high pressure sales. I drove off the lot as I turned the corner at the light, I said, to myself, This is mine!. Matt got me better financing than my own bank. I took my GX to the Lexus dealer for its first oil change. They video the engine and under the vehicle. They said, your GX is in great shape, very well maintained. Id buy from Matt again.

Worst experience ever, if I could give them zero stars I would, dont waste your time with these people. Ran my credit (a couple of times) on Friday, was just waiting to hear back from them, Saturday comes and Greg calls me just to tell me that it was sold right under me already the previous day... on a good note I was able to find the same car at Campbell Nissan of Everett with less miles and a way better deal!

I bought a Jeep Wrangler that had been outfitted with a TON of extras from these guys. Took a big risk buying a car sight unseen over the internet, but COVID-19 made traveling out to Oregon from MD tricky. Matt and his team were great. We did a video walk through of the car, did all the paperwork digitally, and arranged for delivery. The process was much easier than I would have imagined. The Jeep is built out very well and has more than enough extras to keep me out on the trail for a while. I dont plan on needing a new Jeep for a while, but when I do, I will talk with them.

I bought my 2013 Audi AllSport here a month ago and I’m very happy with my car. Matt helped me get into the car I wanted, without any issues. I previously bought a car (my first car) in full - so I had no credit history towards a car purchase, however I do have excellent credit, and he made it super easy to get financed. I do highly recommend seeing if you can take the car you have an interest in, into a mechanic just to get a basic one-over, I brought my car to a local mechanic who said the rear springs would need to eventually be replaced which would be nice to know before purchasing, but lucky for me I have a guy who can do the work for me for a good price so it’s not a huge deal. Overall I’m very happy with the car and glad about my purchase, even my mechanic said it was great car despite the springs! Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a luxury vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Luxury SPorts Auto and after I drove off the lot they didnt care about serving me. The vehicle came with 2 keys, one worked one did not. I changed the battery as they suggested, didnt work! I took the physical key from inside the key FOB and it would not unlock the door manually either.I called to ask them how to get the correct key and was told to get it fixed myself. Also for being Luxury auto dealer the car we test drove was lacking in the being detailed inside and was dead when we arrived scheduled 3 hours earlier BTW. What a joke!

Bought a 2018 duramax listed a 3500hd. But when we got it home its missing the overload springs that make it a 3500hd. So really its a 2500hd.. not cool missing vital parts. Called them on multiple occasions and the guy said no sorry its an as is sale my boss dont want to help. So here we are 60 plus k into newer truck and its missing virtually every part in the rear suspension to make it a 1 ton 3500hd. Not happy will be following through with my attorney. Your not supposed to advertise something and sell it as one thing and its not that.

I dont normally leave bad reviews but this has to be one of the worst sales to customer relations with I have ever experienced. We recently had interest in a 2017 Audi Q7 they had for sale. Even though the vehicle was above HIGH KBB I figured they could negotiate a deal. Was that far from the truth... not only was their negotiation skills absent but when I found the brakes were due for replacement in which the sales rep told tell me they were in tolerant condition and there was nothing they can do about it. The pictures tell a different story and its sad that dealerships like this are allowed to run in Oregon. The salesmen Greg was one of the worst examples of poor customer service ever. Ive purchased over 100+ vehicles in the state of Oregon along with years of mechanical experience and Ive had never had this kind of treatment. I will indefinitely never be contributing my business to this company. As well as all of the customer referrals and relations that I come across on a daily basis. Obviously my $40,000 isnt valued at this establishment. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Sold me a lemon, and then messed the paperwork up for the dmv. I had to wait almost 6 months to get the title and find out that they hadnt ran the car though DEQ like they said they had and I was un able to obtain tags or a license plate for a vehicle that broke down. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would give this place negative stars if I could.
