It doesnt happen very often, lately.My trip to Tigard premier auto for a full synthetic oil change was exemplary. They did a thorough job of checking my car out from head to toe. The manager didnt seem rushed and I was treated with respect. I was taken in on time. I think I found my forever auto mechanic!

Where to begin, Ive been coming here for a few years now and I e always left a happy customer. Patrick, who always greets and answers the phone with a smile, has never pressured me into additional work. My wallet has never felt drained, the work is quality, and Im never worried if my vehicle needs maintenance. Im always happy to recommend family and friends to this shop.

The worst ever. Ipaid $700 for nothing.I had 4 wheels drive service message on my 2007 Tahoe other other day. The have the vehicle for about a week and replace multiple part for nothing. I STILL HAVE CHECK LIGH ON. DO NOT GO THERE.

LIKES TO RIP OFF OLD LADIES! My grandma paid almost $900 to have my car worse off. The only thing they fixed was a leak but now my car over heats and it never did before. They were supposed to fix more and when we brought it back they were not only very dismissive towards my grandma they then wanted to charge another $900 to fix what we already paid them to fix my AC. If they actually fixed what they said the first time we took it in we still would of been charged a couple hundred extra dollars just enough for most people not to take to small claims court

I started coming here earlier this year after combing through ads and Google. I definitely made the right choice. Ladies if your looking for a shop that wont try to take advantage of you or steer you wrong these are the people to see! I have techs in the family so I had a good idea of what I needed and what prices should be about. Not only did they not try to get me to do un-needed work but they even did the work I did need for a better price. Quality and service is second to none!

I was having trouble replacing the HID headlight bulb in my car. These guys replaced it in no time with a smile and didnt even ask me to pay for it. Looks like they are very honest and reliable, I highly recommend.

Travelled from Florida in our Pleasure Way camper van. Noticed a fuel fill hose leak while in Washington. Noone we called had time to replace the hose. We were headed to Portland to visit our son and were staying in a RV park in Tualatin. Called Tigard Premier Auto Care on Wednesday. Chris Bosches, Service Manager set up an appt. for 8am on Friday and the job was complete at noon. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time with an absolutely fair price. Honest no B.S. professional service done right!

I have a Chevy truck with 140K miles. I started to notice some ticking noises as well as a slight vibration while accelerating and while driving on the highway. I checked online forums and most of them pointed to the u-joints. I got a quote from my dealership and a couple of other local shops. I ended up taking my truck to Tigard Premier Auto Care and they diagnosed the problem as the u-joints as well. Its been a week since the repair and I havent noticed any of those problems with my truck. Price of the repair was more affordable than the dealership. I plan on taking my vehicles to this shop in the future.

We took our truck in for some routine maintenance. They are honest and do a wonderful job at reasonable prices. It has become our go auto shop.

I went here for a check engine light. I had a bad wire. They charged me $985 for new plugs, wires, and battery. I went to another mechanic for the same reason a year later. He informed me that I was ripped off bad. Dont go here.

Honest mechanics with great knowledge and fair pricing. I dont take my car anywhere else. Hard to find a mechanic that feels welcoming to LGBT+ people by nature of the job, they have never once made me or my partner feel uncomfortable (quite the opposite!). Even once we move out toward the coast, we will pay extra to tow out to them. Thats how great they are. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Came in with many issues. Everything was fine until trip home. Faulty part failed. Brought back next AM, part replaced, no extra charge. Love these guys!

Our experience with this mechanic has been wonderful. My husbands truck broke down in Oregon City, but we live in Tigard. We hadnt found a new mechanic, so AAA recommended Tigard Premier Auto Care. We are so glad they did! They diagnosed an issue with the truck that wound up costing a lot less than we had expected. They allow overnight and weekend drop-off, are very courteous, and their service has been prompt and reliable thus far. Were very happy to have found them and plan to go back for future auto care.

Knowledge and trustworthy shop. I had my Audi serviced here for years, before I bought a new car. I recently had a couple issues with my new vehicle and Tom told me, save your money, those repairs should be covered under the manufacturers warranty. I returned to the dealership and, Tom was right! Instead of making a quick buck, he continues to provide outstanding customer service and Im truly grateful for people like this in our community.

They were pleasant and fixed my car as stated.I had my Toyota FJ Cruiser towed in for repair as they were local, trusting they would offer a competitive price rather than going to a Toyota dealership.Their labor rates are consistent with Toyota dealerships but parts not so much. For parts they charged me slightly over DOUBLE what the retail price is at Toyota. Total out the door price at the Beaverton Toyota dealership would have been $300-$400 less ( essentially the markup on parts observed).Seems strange paying people more that know less about your particular vehicle.Ill just chalk this up to being part of their Covid stimulus package. Dealerships are commonly known as stealership. I guess this place is Tigard’s premier stealership.

This place is great. Very fair and honest. Best price Ive found for a synthetic oil change. Always courteous and accommodating. I love to go visit the office mascot...a sweetheart of a dog that the owner rescued. Yes, hes a pitbull... he had been used as a bait dog. Very sad story with a happy ending. He is extremely well behaved, gentle and calm. Ive never seen him show any signs of aggression in interacting with myself or other customers including children.

Honesty (sometimes painful), fair price and amazing personal service. These guys try their hardest to make things right for the customer which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend! Keep in mind some of the other reviews you read both here and on Yelp are from the previous owners. Tom and Wendy and staff are doing it all right.

Great Experience! I started to notice a noise coming from my engine and decided to have it checked. Shops around the area quoted me $100+ to just look at it. I called Tigard Premier Auto Care and talked to the service manager, Tom. He asked if I was close to needing an oil change (I was) and would look at my car if I got one(inexpensive, full service). Turns out, they needed to hear the engine cold. Free loaner car for the night. Called in the next morning and received detailed information. No pushy sale tactics, just told me what was wrong and what needed to happen. Pure honesty. They gained a customer for all my car repair needs. Great People and Shop!

Honest service. Said I needed to take my car to get tuned by a tuner shop and didnt charge me for diagnosis. Earned my business for sure! Did a great job on my timing belt prior to that. With the synchrony financing its deffinatly worth getting your car fixed here.

I make appointments here to have my wife bring in our Subaru for oil change and tire rotation. Generally, it has been a positive experience at a good price. They like to recommend lots of stuff that I can do myself, but what shop doesnt try for an upsell?Anyway, shortly after our last oil change, my car began leaking oil at a high rate. I was first concerned that the dreaded Subaru head gasket leak had stuck, but that was not the case. The first thing I noticed was that there was far too much oil in the engine. I drained off over half a quart which brought me back down to full. This is not a good thing for an engine. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. For the cost of a new oil change, I took it to a different place to see if they could tell me something since oil overfill is something that should never happen. Turns out the oil filter was leaking at the seal. Not sure if it was a bad seal or some grit got caught in the seal, but that seemed to fix the problem.Overall, this is a good shop, but overfill mistakes should not be made.

I have had my car worked on twice at Nelsons so far. They have been fairly quick about fixing it both times. The work has been great, no problems so far and the customer service has been great. As a matter of fact, because they have been so honest I will be a loyal customer.

Got a quote for 1300-1500 and towed my car that requires a flat bed there (more money) once ot was there the quote jumped up to 2100 firm. They said the clutch would take longer than they thought because the guy who quoted it didnt realize it was awd. A: thats highly unlikely because he knew it was a vr4 (they only come in awd) and B: that doesnt cause a clutch job to take 4+ more hours. Took my car to Alpina and they honored Tigards original quote so im sending more work their way and getting more done on my car.

Charged me $2100 to fix car after telling me it would be $1300. Barely made it out of the lot before it broke down.. 3 people pushed it back to the shop, thats how close it was. If they fix it I will change the rating, but really I would have bought another car if I would have known it would be over 2 grand

We had our motor on our Lexus 400h replaced by Premier Auto Care. We interviewed several shops as well as the dealership before deciding on Premier Auto Care. Quick and efficient service! Good warrenty on replacement engine! Tom and staff very informatative and helpful. We will be faithful customers now and going forward. Premier Auto Care seems to be one on the last family style auto shops in the world!If I had to add a criticism: the seat in the loaner car is really awful!

Less than a year ago we had knocking sounds in our Nissan Murano. It appeared that our front struts broke after 9 years. We came to this place and replaced them with good quality struts that we purchased online. After almost a year one of them broke again (I think it broke earlier, we just noticed it recently). We went to 2 other shops and both of them confirmed that front right strut was installed wrong and thats why this happened. Now we had to replace them again. Apparently nobody replaces only one even if the other one less than year old. So basically we lost more than $500 in labor and about $200 for new struts. Good thing that other shop charges 2x less than this one. To be completely honest we went there before several times and they did OK job, not perfect though. There were other minor screw ups. Other reasons I dont recommend this place, it is not cheap. Labor is higher than average, parts are 2-3 times more expensive than you can buy them in Napa down the street.

First.. I dont not review a lot of places I patronize as their business practices speak for themselves. That being said, I have now made this the ONLY place I take all my vehicles for repair. They are like family. The mechanics are well versed in everything we have had them work on. From BMW to Kia to Jeep, they consistently fix everything correctly the first time, and make safety the #1 priority. I am always advised of the urgency of repairs, what can wait, and they use NAPA parts which I would if I was attempting the repair myself. Tom has even offered advice on things I was tackling in my driveway. There are probably cheaper shops, but you get what you pay for at those places and I am simply done taking those chances. Local, honest, quality repairs, and affordable. Nuff said : )

Asked them to wait for me to get there, so that I could pick up my car at the end of the day, no problem. Calls me by first name (yay!). Got me a rebate on parts (super yay!). Best mechanical service I have ever had. Reasonable prices (Whoo hoo!). Great work with a 2 year guarantee (yeah!). AAA certified.

I popped in with a brake light out. I swear it seamed like 5 min later I was done. The light was fixed and no charge to me! If I need auto repair, I will look to them first!

Typical dishonest mechanic. They will not give you a written estimate. When the work is complete, the bill will be much higher than they told you. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
