My experience here at T Mobile on 120th and Colorado store manager Bennett booth amazing service these guys go out of their way Travis was an amazing help also get guys like this in every store these guys go way above and beyond

Came in to this location and Travis helped us to change out SIM cards and was very helpful as we were there I was looking at head phones and Ben came and help me decide witch ones to get. This location has changed a lot and love the new staff great location now and will definitely come back to this location again

This T-Mobile team is beyond AMAZING. My wife and I had issues with our account because of the way the T-Mobile store on 136th and Colorado had set it up. We had spent nearly 3 HOURS on the phone trying to fix the mistake that the other T-Mobile store made whereas when we walked into this T-Mobile store, they solved our issues within 20 minutes. Kobe, Travis, and Donia were ALL a huge help and if you ever want things done right the FIRST time, I highly recommend them to help you out.

Very disappointed in this place. Jose found me a new phone that was smaller and a better fit, we traded in my phone and I signed something saying that the phone I turned in was in perfect condition. I also switched from Sprint to T-Mobile/Sprint while there and was told it was free to switch over. BOTH LIES He marked my phone damages and I am being charged $100 and then he charged me a $38 lease break fee?? I called the store they told me the store manager is out till the 13th of January. SUPPOSEDLY the manager will fix it when He/She returns. Unacceptable total liars and I will be going to corporate. So disappointing and misleading.

My friend and I had a great experience here. We were looking to avail the Black Friday T-mobile offer - $500 trade-in for select Samsung phones in exchange for the new S20 models. We had a poor experience in the Longmont T-mobile store on Ken Pratt (Harvest Junction Retail) on top of stock unavailability issues so had to drive down to Thornton. Still due to T-mobile system error, the order couldnt be placed before the offer ended.Thankfully Ben, Travis and Meghan went above and beyond to help my friend get a new S20 Ultra despite the offer being expired. Took several trips but Ben and folks kept their word on getting my friend the discount equivalent to the offer (actually better when taking into account the lower tax and the upgrade fee that Ben waived) - I decided to stick it out another year. I am definitely coming here when I change my phone just because of the amazing customer service.

This was my first time visiting this location and YES, I live much much closer to a different t-mobile store but I love working with Travis so I will drive 28 mins to his new location vs 4 mins just to have him help me. I have never had problems with any other employees at ANY t-mobile but I feel like he takes time to make sure I understand things. I am technically challenged and get confused with phone stuff. He will help me anytime and he never shows frustration when I ask him a million questions AND I am sure I have asked him the same questions multiple times! We have multiple lines and he has helped us all. I was even frustrated with a new phone I had purchased and he helped me get through the bumps I was struggling with and now I like my phone 🤷‍♀️😂 Who knew!?! If you need a new phone go see Travis! He is super knowledgeable and patient.

Went in to switch to a new carrier from previous, they were so helpful. Also very patient. Went in again after that to get an iPad and they showed me how to use it and helped set it up (first time Apple user). Great staff.

The female store manager is completely useless, we have gone into the store twice to try to pay off a phone and return a leased device and she will not assist us. It is apparent that she has zero desire to work or offer us any resolutions and perhaps should reconsider a career in customer service. The outsourced customer service agent on the 1-800 number was remarkably more helpful. Needless to say we have switched to AT&T and one star the review is being generous.

Cant pick up the phones. cant hold them see if you like the feel. Oh no you cant do that. Its like the owner of this place buys their shoes before trying them on. Like how am going to by something I cant even try and see if I like it. Awful reasoning to oh people are stealing are display phones. Yet drive a mile down 120th and I can pick up their display phones.

Manger hides in the back when real issues with customers arises doesnt really care about customer service and will tell you to go to a cooperate store if they cant solve your issues. I recommend going to the one on 120th and Washington instead of wasting your time here.

I received my new phone yesterday and went into this store to have them help me activate it. Their way of activating was turning it on, ensuring he could call from it and sent me back home to hook up to my wifi which should have transferred everything over.I went home and spent almost two hours trying to get it to work. I ended up having to go to another store to have them help me at which time they had to clear the initial activation because it wasnt done correctly.The two employees at this location offered little to no assistance and used the reasoning that the store was new and everything was not setup correctly for them to transfer everything over. I will never go back to this store even if its the closest to my home.

I decided to upgrade my phone and get the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I was able to order it online and was given option to pick it up at here which is only a mile or so from my home. They also have alot of acceseories, portable speakers and such. Customer service was wonderful as well.

Went to return a wireless charger I purchased 2 days ago that did not work. The two employees there, one of whom argued that it did work, refused to provide their names when I told them I was going to complain; wouldnt provide the managers name or phone number, or the corporate number as this is not a Sprint corporate store. Said they did not have the codes to make a return.most incompetent, useless and unhelpful employess I have ever encountered. Avoid this place like Ebola. Never got a refund even though it was within the refund period. Found out the charger didnt work because of the case they sold me when I purchased the phone, case and charger which they sold me. Too bad there is no rating lower than one star!
