I havent interacted with the staff at this location BUT one of the baristas at the Starbucks here is amazing! I believe her name was Kia. She had the most pleasant aura about her. She engaged in conversation with my husband and I while she made our drink effortlessly. I hope she knows how her wonderful presence (and customer service/just being an awesome person) made such an impact on our day. Thank you Kia and keep being amazing!!!

Our checker was great! Cameron kept a calm demeanor while the Customer two people ahead was being rude and disrespectful to him. While we were checking out he was able to immediately provide good customer service after being yelled at by a loser.

Looked online for 3 days for a blue jean winter coat and finally found one in my size at Target in Thornton. Found the mens section easily. Staff was nice and professional. I recommend checking them out. Worth the drive.

Employees solution to issues is call the 1800 number. Instead of helping to find a solution. Manager is good, she figured it out fast and simple. To the lady in customer service desk, Either train better or find a job you dont hate as an employee.

This is the worst Target I’ve been too and unfortunately is the closest one to our new home. It’s unorganized, not as clean as every other Target and always out or limited on all items. The pharmacy claims to do walk in flu shots but say you have to have an appointment if you go in. The website doesn’t offer options to make appointments at this location. Overall it’s a disappointing experience as far as Target goes which is devastating as it was my favorite store to do all my shopping prior to visiting this store.

Terrible management, customer service and understanding of their own business. I came in to purchase a camera from this target. I was sold a product by an employee who told me the return policy was 90 days at Target. I made the purchase.I came in 60 days later to return the product and had the absolute worse experience with the 4 different people that “helped” me.1) I was told they could not even find record of my purchase. I pulled up my bank account which showed the date and total for the purchase to which they still could not find any record that they sold this item.2) they then told me that electronics have a 30 day return policy and I couldn’t return it anyway. I explained to them that it was THEIR sales associate who sold me the item with the notion that I had 90 days to return. Apparently their own sales associates are so undertrained that they themselves have no clue what their own policy and procedures are.3) I asked to speak to a manager but the supervisor that was assisting me explains that there is not a single manager on site. To keep that seems like poor business practice or the manager just didn’t want to come out from behind the office doors. Because the supervisor told me they were going to go in the back and talk to the manager. Seems fishy.4) they then tell me to call customer service and maybe they will be able to help me more with a mail in refund. WHAT THE HECK! I bought this item in their electronics department!5) the supervisor that helped me was incredibly rude and honestly lacked any sort of knowledge about the store/company he is in charge of. I’ve never been made to feel so stupid.I loved Target, but they have officially lost a 30 year customer. I recommend never going to this Target. Also, if you need electronics, go to Best Buy. They actually take care of their customers and know what they are talking about.

I was greeted multiple times, and everyone was very friendly. I also found my items relatively easily.

Target is a very good place to go to get what ever you need there is a CVS, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, there are toys, groceries, tech, school supplies, and clothing, staff is very nice and helpful, prices are good and rarely change, all in all Target is a really good place to go to get whatever you need, Staff is amazing, the only thing target would need for this to have (almost) everything would be a jewelry section.

The Target store at 120th in Thornton is incredibly organized. Has several items I could not find in other grocery stores. Super clean. Employees were extremely courteous and gave me space, even those individuals that were pulling product for other online customers. Even the person cleaning carts thanked me on the way out of the store!

This location is always fully stocked with a great selection. The staff is always friendly and the lines are never long, but if they are they move quickly.

I went to pick up my groceries, and when I got home there was a bag of groceries missing that I had paid for. When I called to inform them of my missing bag, I waited on hold for five minutes for them to tell me they had forgotten it. I did not receive an apology nor did I get any compensation for having to return back to the store to pick up the bag. I am very frustrated since there are so many struggling businesses right now and Target, as a major corporation should do more to make their customers happy. When I returned, the woman who handed me the bag gave me an attitude and again, didn’t apologize. As an extremely loyal Target shopper, I am extremely disappointed.

The elderly woman with glasses that works customer service is always so rude and miserable. Don’t work at a place you hate, nobody deserves an unwanted attitude or eye rolls. I can see why she’s always pacing back and forth somewhere hiding to avoiding registers, hire people who actually want to work there with better attitudes perhaps.

Very limited options on everything I was interested in buying, and very overpriced. The staff was polite in offering help at first, but then made me feel like I was being profiled for shoplifting as I was comparing prices on hair products, nail polish, and other toiletries. Ill spend my money elsewhere, where I feel like an appreciated and valued customer.

Consistent Target location. Tough shopping in the morning, though, as it takes them a while to get their shelves stocked. Aisles in the morning are full of boxes and items are missing from the shelves. Still, good prices and good staff. Will remain our go to.

Everything is aways organized and the cashier was nice, but one of the stocking ladies was extremely rude. After running into me with here big cart after she turned a corner without checking, she proceeded to rudely blame it on me. It should not be this hard to show decent manners to customers who aren’t even talking to you.

People can shop wherever they want. If they directly ask me, I will tell them that Target is one three stores that I go to. Each has their things. Target for example has the largest selection from groceries to department store stuff. It can be an excellent one stop store to shop.Also, a cashier named Jackie has checked out my groceries a couple of time... she is always polite, courteous, and efficient. Along with the fact that each time I shop here she takes the time to write her name at the bottom of my receipt and thanks me for shopping at Target. Welp, because of that I have taken the time to do the survey and this review. Thank you Jackie, for doing what you do!

Came in for some girl things and went to go look at bathing suits. This security dude came and asked me six times in less than ten minutes if I needed help. I kept telling him I was fine but he kept coming over literally every two minutes like maybe he thought that I was going to take the giant box of tampons I had in my basket. Five minutes later he is still walking less than two yards from me and asks if I need anything again while Im in the bargain section looking at oregano and lavender planting kits. I ask him if there is a particular reason why he keeps asking me if I need help and he said no Im just doing my job. I go pay for my things and then talk to one of the managers Jessica, and told her of the issue. She apologized and said that he was new and that was definitely a training issue. I said ok and walked over to the in store Starbucks and called my daughter to come meet me to get a drink. Not less than a minute after she gets there and we start to order, he shows up again. He asked if I was ok again and I replied really??? It is extremely stupid and rude that children like this get to have these types of positions and get away with doing things like this. There is no reason for this and no one should be doing. My daughter said that him and two other boys bothered her about twenty times while she was looking at computers while she waited for me to financial my shopping. I did go up to the front service manager and told her that he was continuing to bother us. I invited her to look into my bag and my daughters and asked her to please do something because I had a feeling he was going to pop up again and he did right as we were walking to the exit. Jessica, the manager, once again apologized and asked that we not let this discourage is from shopping at Target. But seriously, why would anyone go back because youre being profiled like this??? Personally, I dont think Ill ever go back.

Store itself was in good condition and the customer service lady at the counter was nice even though she wasn’t able to help. Placed an order online and it wasn’t fulfilled in time for pick up so I just ran in to grab the baby items that I needed. Went to customer service and asked if they could essentially mark the pick up order as done because I’d already paid for them online. Their systems apparently were unable to accommodate this so I had to buy the items again and then cancel online. I was also told it can take days for the money to be actually returned. My main frustration is the items were different prices in store and one was significantly more expensive.

I have been to abandoned Walmarts that were cleaner. The mens bathroom smells like you opened the hatch to a neglected septic tank. When the staff was notified they just scoffed that I wasnt the first person to complain. The Starbucks looks like someone had a food fight with coffee beans and went back to haphazardly throwing drinks together. When the back doors to the stock room swing open it wafts a stench that suggests that employees are back there bunched together like farm animals and relieving themselves as they please. If for some reason you think Target should reek of urine then this is the store to go to!

Customer Service was so terrible I may never go to this Target again, or recommend anyone else go there.

I didnt realize how to pick up curbside not in store. I parked in the designated spots and asked an employee. He not only told me how to do it correctly next time, but also went and got my stuff, even though my order was set to in store pickup.

The reason for the score I selected is because I think it was a pretty good experience.

Convenience of groceries and various other products. Variety of product and foods. Friendly, helpful staff.

On my 1st drive-up order pickup, it was easy to find the designated parking spots. The parking spaces were wide, which is perfect for social distancing. The gal that brought it to me was very courteous. She even put my bag in the back seat for me. I did not have to sign for it, again another good thing right now. The only reason I took off a star is because she forgot to bring me my $10 gift card for the eligible purchase of beauty products. I forgot about it too. Previously theyve never forgotten to give it to me at the cash register for those promotions. Bummer!! Ill call customer service tomorrow and see if they can help me.

All around great experience when I shop at Target

I dislike this store with a passion! I went to the store to purchase clothes for myself and my son and I had some items that were showing cheaper online, so I asked the representative to match the price. She refused to match it because she said that was only an online deal. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor told me the same thing. Their policy on their website clearly states that they match their prices and other competitors prices as well. I had to leave all the clothes which I had spent two hours choosing for myself and my son. I called customer support or corporate and they said that they are supposed to match the pricing, but sadly I had already left the store. Why are the representatives and managers not aware of their own policies? They would rather loose money over that transaction which was over $250 than to match the pricing which is clearly stated on their policy that they are supposed to do. Needless to say, I placed a complaint with corporate which I don’t even know if they did anything about.

I can get most things I need at Target, it’s very convenient, good quality and good prices.

I find it very offensive when I try to buy backpacks for my children and they ask to see if there is anything inside the backpacks when trying to purchase. I’m black and I know if I were white these bags would not be checked. I’ve shopped here for 4 years and today is my last day for my family and I. Unfortunate and unacceptable.

Easy order pick up

Because of this store I missed out on the deal of a lifetime. When I called and asked if they would match a Walmart store price they said yes. Well not true at all, in fact they laughed at me. Walmart in 3 locations in the surrounding area had a Dyson Vacuum for 35 dollars, yep 35 dollars. When I went to Target because its so much closer to get it price matched they laughed. Well I ended up going to Walmart just after and they had just sold the last 3. So I missed out on the deal because Target told me they would match it, thats the only reason I went there first. I had showed them the app and the pricing and took it out of the list and back in so they could see it was 35 dollars. Honestly I hate shopping at Walmart so I was not thrilled about going there in the first place another reason I went to Target. After the way they wasted my time and sorta laughed at me I likely will just skip this Target now for all future shopping too.

I purchased Luigis Mansion 3 with the expectation I would receive it on the day of launch. Thats how it works when I purchase with best buy. I was planning on playing it on Halloween and I am not set to receive it till 11/5/19.. almost a week later... Very dissatisfied!!! Wont purchase from Target online again, sticking with best buy

Gina today was our cashier. She had a smile on her face and was the so friendly. I normally do not take the name of someone unless they are rude and un helpful. But Gina was extraordinary. She never stopped smiling and my husband and I left Target happy.

Called yesterday for a flu shot, and they said they were available. Showed up this morning and they were unavailable. Lovely. And apparently they don’t have anyone to stock shelves, or cashiers. Had to wait for both. Any wonder their traffic is off by 20% year over year?

Drive up service was excellent. Only one item was unavailable but having it shipped to the house. Perfect for new parents with lots of errands and holidays to do lists. Friendly and helpful staff too.

My son needed medicine and I was too far away to get it for him and his grandma didnt have any money. Amazing service. I tried walgreens first and they couldnt help me with my problem. Im so grateful!

This target is very convenient for me to go to when I need a specific item, but I walk out empty handed 90% of the time. Shelves are a mess and things are never in stock. Im never looking for anything out of the ordinary (a bike helmet, hosing, etc.), and their website says they have it at this store. However, once I walk in, Im nearly always disappointed. Coupled with the near-zero cellular service in this plaza (tmobile), Im avoiding this store in the future.

I live across the street so frequent this store often because its convenient. There is absolutely no cell service. The shelves are never stocked and a lot of times there are no prices posted. There is maybe ever only one cashier only on one side of the store. Employees have been extremely rude every visit and never know where anything is. When I had just had my baby, I went in for hemorroid pads. I asked an employee where it was, she didnt know, but proceeded to yell across the store asking two other employees where they were. Ive never been more embarrassed. Things always say in stock online and when you get there they are nowhere to be found. Customer service is extremely slow, but they have been friendly. The bathrooms were terrifying the one and only time I ever used them. God forbid I have to change a diaper in there one day. Much of the produce Ive bought has been moldy which was hidden under fresher looking items. I would recommend going next door for fruits and vegetables. Overall, I would choose many other stores before this one.

Target is just a fun place and I like to look for all the sales. They always have new and interesting things to look at.

Will not take returns without a receipt. I understand the policy but thanks for not even trying to help. Do it yourself is what they told me. Super helpful!

I absolutely love visiting Target. They always have everything I need, the store is always very organized and clean and they have a lot of fun new things all the time. I also appreciate how they really care about families and make it easy for moms to do their shopping.

I dont shop here anymore. I bought a package of imitation crab legs from the grocery side. Got home and ate one. Tasted funny, checked the date. They expired October 23rd. I purchased them December 2nd. Took back for a refund. Gave them an earful and all I got was an oops, sorry. Ridiculous.

Went to buy grapes for New Years celebration, staff was rude!!! Almost got ran over by target customer driving to fast in the parking lot. THEN THE ENTIRE BAG OF GRAPES WERE BAD!!! THANKS UGH

Ive been shopping at this store for almost a decade. In that time its gone from my favorite place to shop to an absolute chore.Not only have their prices hiked incredibly high in comparison to other locations and competitors, but even so has it changed in its customer service and cleanliness. Its selection of product has declined as well, and the employees treat me either as an obstacle impeding their path to standing around in unindustriousness or have no personality at all, which calls into question Managements sobriety in hiring such a workforce and/or their ineffective training methods, if any. Very disappointing, Target.

Dont waste your money buying groceries here. We have gotten more expired things here then anywhere else. They dont take things off the shelves and this last time we went we had expired sandwich meat, expired apple sauce, expired yogurt and expired juice. The juice literally had mold all at the bottom. If you do shop here make sure you do their job for them and check expiration dates.

My phone did not work in the store to scan anything... and then the scanner/ phone you gave me did not work at all either. I went to Target for the fun experience of scanning everything and it didnt even work! I was very sad :(

Its a super taget that is located in a great shopping center. Its a one stop shop, you can get just about anything here. Parking lot can be a little crazy but line wait times are not bad. They seem to have a good system for that.

Target is holding a 20% off sale on their barstools so I thought Id finally get a few because I liked the ones in their sales flyer.Dont waste your time like I did because the barstools displayed are on the top shelf and secured. They dont allow you to try them out to seeif they are comfortable or not! The manager said I can buy them and return them if I dont like them. I understand why they need secured for safety reasons but a manager can decide to accommodate the customer with employee assistance.Dumb idea target selling furniture without the customer trying it even seeing what it looks like on the ground!

Guest service was very helpful. would have given more positive review if the tech support guy wasnt rude. i had a simple question to ask, and when i said excuse me he said, im with a customer, youre going to have to wait even though the customer was on his phone talking to someone. and when he turned around to that customer, he was leaning on the counter not doing anything for the customer nor talking to him.

They refused to price match Amazon even though the site says stores do. Reasoning was the item was eligible for prime shipping which is a huge part of Amazons store lol. Employees were otherwise friendly and helpful, but this deceptive business practice will keep from shopping there. Have also had issues with store pickup in the past though some interactions with that were also good which is why Im giving an extra star.

There are 32 registers and only 7 open, 4 are self service and the self service do not take cash you guys are completely useless and have seen me for the last time.

Because of the extremely long wait in line at checkout. The regular checkout line, where a cashier assists u. There are always long lines. I frequent this store at least once a week. This is unacceptable. Not every one wants to go thru the self check-out. I feel a majority of us r being ignored. Ur cashiers r visibly stressed and I notice r very slow. There r times that I dont stop in to shop because I am deterred by the long wait times. Definitely needs improvement at this Colorado location. (120th Ave).

This is the closest target to my apartment and its typically easier to go here than Walmart, being an ex team member with target Im disappointed mostly that they are not more attentive to customers when they legitimately need help but are instead focused heavily on the cleanliness. The Starbucks in the store is great, great individuals working, very knowledgeable about the brand.

Wow target is such a big store. So very very big. Big indeed. Big big big. Wow, golly was I blown away by how big the store was. Ive been in a many big stores but target sure was the biggest. It takes the cake, not a slice, but the entire cake and the whole rest of bakery. They didnt have face paint though:(.

Target 1372 most disgusting discriminatory crew we have ever came across with Sarah being a manager that I’ve had to deal with for about maybe 2 years now . My husband and I are card holders of Target and used to love this store until Sarah came aboard and now we go to the Orchard location because of Sarah alone she is on some type of power trip and even her Hispanic employees say she gives minoritiesa hard time . Sarah has made it her business to make our shopping experience with target a dreaded trip to the store. Most recently my son had tried to go exchange a speaker that I had purchased from Target and asked if she (Sarah) would get on the phone with me so I could explain to her that I could give her the card number and or receipt number and Sarah and her crew decided that they did not want to have anything to do with my HISPANIC/NATIVE AMERICAN son, as he stood and pleaded for someone anyone to please talk with me and Sarah and her crew decided that he wasn’t important and took customer after customer . At this point my son had became annoyed and said a few words he should not have said but did leave as I asked him to without incident. I told him I would call Sarah as I did and Sarah finally answered the phone and I asked her why she simply could not get on the phone so I could give her my card number and she stated she could not take my card or my receipt over the phone then I told Sarah I would screenshot the recipe and she said that she would not accept it ... This is pure discrimination as one month ago I had my husband take a picture of a recipe that I’d have left at home and I had no problem doing this!!As the end of our conversation I did let Sarah know that I would be doing a review and she could careless less as Sarah must have some clout with management knowing she has nothing to worry about.. But if I can get the word out and if anyone else has this kind of experience with Sarah and her crew at Target store #1372 Thornton Location on 120th and Washington St.For our voice (Minorities) to be heard and not judged by our looks or color then I will do what has to be done .Note : Target 1372 has taken the record on my negative reviews

The staff in this pharmacy are wonderful. They search for better pricing for you and price match. They go out of their way to answer questions and theyre nice while they are doing it!
