Nancy! She was the bomb! (So were the other employees that also assisted me) I misunderstood my plan. Specifically certain features of my phone that I was paying for but not using due to lack of knowledge. Hot spot for example. She took the time to not only explain it and set it up but also used her own personal phone to show me how to log into it. Then just for good measure she showed me as she cleared my password logon information off her phone. I have been coming here for years and always got good service but this is the first time I needed a little extra help with what I thought would be annoying questions. Nancy was enthusiastic about helpinge. 5 stars.

This store closes at 8. The girl there closed by 7:45. At least 5 people tried to come and in and she did not open the door. So do you close early to be able to leave early? It’s not about you but about the customer.

My visit was very short but very informative. I do plan to visit this location again tomorrow since I do have some issues with my phone. And the young lady there said she could and would help me with my phone problems. I visited and location and sadly, I was discouraged and very disappointed by the negativity of the persons attitude and unwillingness to help. So my advice to everyone out there, if youre not happy with on location, go to another. Because I walked out of this location with high hopes for tomorrow. And if everything goes well, Ill give them a higher star rating. Wish me luck.

I am so disappointed with this store. The customer service was terrible. I havent even had my new phone more than 30 days and my screen protector came off. I stopped into explain the situation well they didnt want to help me without changing me $15.00 for a new one. Also there was a dude behind the counter that pulled out his phone and started recording me for no reason and laughing about it. I felt so uncomfortable so I asked him what is your issue and left the store. I wont be coming back.

The rudest service. She wouldnt help me because I didnt speak Spanish. She kept pushing me to the side to help others that spoke spanish. She did that to me whem I purchased the phone,then when I needed help with the service the second time. Racists lady with black hair and a blond skunk stripe. Its people like that who make America an ulgy place to live in.I will never go back into that store again.. RACIST AND BAD SERVICE!

Just found out that they over charged me for insurance that i didnt ask for. They Did it for a full year. I an going to change my service to another phone company.

NOT EVEN A 1 STAR!!!! Want in there on Friday and had the worst customer service guy ever.. very rude and not helpful at all.. when I would ask questions he was very short and had an attitude, not acceptable at all... went home and called customer service for the problem we had and the guy we talked to from Florida was more helpful than the guy I had at the store.... will never go back to that store ever again....

Went to the store to buy a phone for my oldest son for his birthday. Had a not so great experience with these people. First off they sold me a phone with defective side keys. Went back the next day and they did a replacement for me. Well when the replacement came in I went to pick it up they looked at the phone and said they couldnt do it cause of the small dent. They said they would have to pay for it. I really think they should since they sold it to me defective. Never going back to this store again.
