Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Automated system fail. Poor reception. Cant talk to anybody to solve my issues.
Horrible customer Service I went in because my account was cancelled, they automatically assumed my bill was not paid on time when it was not due for another 3 weeks. Went to the Westminster location and they were a lot more help than this location. Turns out someone else in the same household set up an account(I live in a duplex) which caused the system to deactivate mine.

Fast great service. Customer service is great. Internet is great not sure about there mobiles. It sounds like they are a better version of metro and boost mobile when I comes cell phone carrier
The front desk staff refused to assist me with a simple exchange for a phone case because I didnt have my receipt. I was in there the day before for help and he was the one who rang me up...Also beware, Xfinity mobile service is terrible. It doesnt even work in the neighborhood where theyre selling their product. Its too new to be any good.
We went to the Xfinity store to activate new device we have purchased. They couldnt help us with activation for some unknown reasons (ask employees). Then we went to Aurora Xfinity store to activate it hoping they will help us. The same story. Was unable to activate my phone. They been rushing through process and ended up giving us a phone number to call. Lady on the phone claimed they activated phone but she lied.. she didnt. Took us good hour and a half to try and activate it. Then we called again.. another two hours on the phone trying to activate it.. yall xfinity mobile is a scam.In the end we decided to return the phone, disconnect service and never deal with Xfinity again! I would agree to file law suit against xfinity mobile because of its clearly seen how bad buisness they do. We got all evidence of how customer service work over the phone.

Horrible service, I hope they get some real competition. I would switch for more money. The employees and manager do not seem to care in my opinion. I was just trying to swap a defective cable box and waited over an hour. No one was happy here customer or employees. The manager spent his time on a personal cellphone.
HORRIBLE customer service. I have been to 2 different stores and called 3 times trying to resolve an issue. Every time I speak to someone they just say what they have to say to get me off the phone. Its insane. Its been 6 months and my issue still isnt resolved.
Absolutely poor customer service. Never about the customer, but how they can throw more fees and policies at you. Was sold phones and brought into Xfinity mobile under false pretenses, as the employee clearly did not know the service he was selling. After complaining to a manager they said its passed the time of return so they cannot do a single thing for me. I asked to buy out my phones completely then and leave to another service and they said that now I owe another $250 per phone because I wont get my discount if I leave. So much for no contracts and great customer service. 25 years with xfinity and this is where it will get you.
I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person was knowledgable and helpful. It made the experiance easy. For the first time in 5 years I would go back to the xfinity store.
This being the third store I went to today, Rachel finally helped me with with what I needed. The person at the counter was nice too. Rachel took her time and found the item I needed at a different location.It is upsetting that I couldnt simply call the stores from home. The phone numbers are not listed.JK

Horrible customer service, if Xfinity is looking to close one of their stores IT SHOULD BE THIS ONE. Its not really convenient in this location if the people here dont know what they are doing and need to call 800 Xfinity to get things fixes. I mean it makes sense business wise too. Spoke with a Guillermo, guess can say, Thanks for just blowing my issues off. Hate to make people do more work then they should. The female that first helped me Does Not Even Wear Her Mask Properly, Should At Least Wear Right When Helping Someone.Whats another internet service provider?

Leaving this review for my local store because who knows who I was talking to when you are on online chat. Comcast is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I recently moved and followed the prompts on their website to transfer service. When you click to schedule a technician visit to install your services, it just redirects you to the homepage! So I got on online chat and tried to schedule a technician visit. It should have been very simple- I told them there was no cable coming into the building because it had never had comcast before so I need a person in a van to come out and pull wire. The incompetent chat person starting asking me if the light on my modem is on! The modem was in a box because there was literally NO WIRE COMING INTO THE BUILDING and they could not understand this. Over two hours was spent being transferred from person to person on the online chat, often with no notice that I would be transferred, before I finally landed on someone who understood this simple request and scheduled a technician visit. I wish I could cancel comcast but they are a monopoly in my area thanks to them cutting deals with local government. I wish I could leave a negative 10 star review for this truly evil organization.
I needed a new SIM card for my phone and was told they could not give me one and all they could do was a swap. That made no sense so I went to a different Xfinity store was out in two minutes with a new SIM card. These guys arent technicians, just untrained sales associates. Youre better off sitting at home calling the 1-800# because thats about all the technical training they possess.
Decided to switch internet services. Since my grandson is remote learning I have to have a reliable service. Went here to pick up the modem. I was surprised at just how busy they are. They were very nice and polite. All the clerks seemed to be knowledgeable as well. The only problem was there wasnt enough of them for the volume of business. My internet is working without interruption now...

I needed to change my Xfinity Mobile plan and went to this location to do so since the customer service person on the phone didnt understand what I wanted to do. There were 6 people ahead of me (Saturday before noon), I waited approx 15 minutes. My representative, Kaden, understood exactly what I needed to do, my generation plan 1 was being eliminated! He checked my usage for the past 12 months and made a suggestion as to which generation 2 plan he felt was best for me. I agreed with him and he instantly put that information on my account and I was on my way within 5 minutes. Great customer service!

Loving Xfinity Store by Comcast! Much faster and cheaper than my previous cable internet. My technician Wayne T. really went above and beyond in making sure the installation was perfect. Seriously, that guy is an all-star. Ive had the service for about a month and so far so good! No drops and internet is consistently fast. Cant believe I didnt switch sooner.

Refused to assist me with an error in the xfinity service, where the technical phone support team requested I go into the store as the only way to verify my problem. Have be told I’d receive a callback by 3 different support agents, never received callbacks. The local agents have the authority to assist and refuse.
Great service! Good pricing as well. We picked up the equipment same day and set up ourselves for free.

Being customers of Comcast can be very tricky sometimes, often feeling like its a necessary evil. This day was extremely different, I am glad to say. We exchanged a box and controller. While there, we were interested in chatting about how to reduce our bill. The young lady assisting us was extremely patient and gave us so many great ideas! We went home and talked about our options. We went back the following day and turned in all sorts of items. Our bill is much lower thanks to the young lady that helped us. Well done, at least this time, Comcast.
This company has the worst service and customer service in any industry anywhere. Dont expect them to fix any problems you have or even reach out to you. Im now 2 years without service and they still refuse to help me. Would switch service but these ba*tards have a contract with the apartment i live in, but still refuse to help.
Not satisfied with the service..there is a sales lady there and tells you everything you want to hear but wont fix anything..all she does is lies to you to make a sale...and the intrest kills you. When your late with the payment..yet they wont fix the problems i have with their service... Id like to find a way to leave the rotten service due to a one year contract...

Customer service needs to be improved on the mobile side. Took my parents last night to upgrade to new phones as they are on my account. I ended up having to help my parents set up the phone as the customer service people just stood and watched us. I previously went to a location in Colorado Springs to upgrade my own phone and they were extremely helpful. Even transferred my data for me. We were hurried out and had to finish up at home. I wont be coming back to this location.

Visiting this place is never a pleasent experience. I dropped Comcast after they charged me for a year for a modem that I purchased from Best buy. It took six weeks and multiple hours to get straightened out. They made me disconnect my modem and bring it into the store only to tell me that it was in their database as a Comcast modem and that Id have to call customer service again. Comcast is the worst! Avoid at all costs.
I had 3 techicens to help with installation since we/ I moved here and they are the best. One thing Im dispoint with is. Internet is not connecting on a daily basis. I hoping it will be better soon
Someone needs to get after these companies. I wasn’t unhappy with my service at all but when I moved THEY didn’t provide service and couldn’t tell me when or if they would be providing service. I still have to pay a cancellation fee. As a result I can’t imagine ever wanting to go back to them and I’d warn others.
I ordered a package online, when the tech came out to install it the work order was wrong. Cancelled the install and flew down to this location. We were lucky to get Jeffery to help us out. He saw what we ordered, and what needed to be on there. Then he squared out all of it! The bill and equipment were fixed to what we orders. As for Jeffery he gave us incredible service. Really cool dude.

A couple months ago Id have given this location 1 star. Sign in system was broken after an apparent remodel, however, service was quick, with a smile from pleasant staff. Happy to return to this location.
Theres always an increase on the bill, which you wont notice until the bill is higher. Then when you do notice, they tell you they have great promotions that can keep your cost down, but it will be a higher cost then what you were previously paying. I am a college student and need a steady internet service that doesnt jack up the prices whenever they feel necessary. I Definitely do not recommend them if you are on a budget.
Man this place gets a lot of negative press and reviews! I have to set the record straight. I went last week at about 5:45pm to switch my cable account to a friend who took over my apartment. No one likes dealing with big corporations that lock you in for life and steal all your money, so there were a LOT of cranky faces there. But you get what you give. We waited less than 15 minutes despite a pretty big crowd before being helped by Josh. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. We were full of smiles and laughs and it made the whole encounter great. As with most humans, if you are a jerk they will probably be a jerk back. So be nice and polite, and maybe even friendly and you will have a good of a time as we did! Thanks Josh!
I have been here a couple times now. Both times I had a great experience. Service is quick but they are not in a hurry to kick you out. There was wait time the first time I went there but nothing extraordinary. They have a setup where you enter your name and you can check your number in the wait list.Shout out to Jeff who helped me get my account setup and was super helpful.

In all the years Ive had Comcast internet theyve never went a single month without my service going down for extended periods. Its rare for them to make it a whole week no outages.Ive finally had enough and am happy to say that Ill be switching next month.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes before youre seen. Theyre fast and friendly once its your turn, but Ive never been able to get in and out quickly.

5-star for this place! WELL, the first time I went in the girl wasnt helpful at all... BUT this last time, a different girl solved my problem and had me out the door in 7 minutes flat! My wife and I came into the store after having a terrible experience over the phone, and we were contemplating shutting off our services. I worked with a gentleman named Derren and he was amazing! He helped us solve our problem and even lowered our bill! All in all, we spent about 10 minutes in the store and about an hour and a half on the phone. Great service!!!!!

Horrible service. The internet never works and when I call to get it fixed they always want to send a tech. When I made the appointment for the tech to come to my house, I woke up early and literally waited by the door and then received a call that the tech waited for me and that there was no answer from my end. Total BS because he never even showed up. So when I call customer service they cant even track the tech or get you another tech the same day. You have to wait another 5 days. Just disgusting!
Internet never works and you can’t speak to a human being to fix the problem, even when you’ve had the same problem DAYS in a row.

Horrible I just got the modem and it does not work at all. They gave me a bad modem and charged 100$ the staff wasnt too helpful and I stood on the phone with them for 5 hours just for them to tell me this.
I spoke to customer service on the phone who said to go over before 8, and when I called the store store hours are until 8 pm but when I got there they are closed. Google hours are correct!

I have to give a shout out to Xfinity for going over and above for us. We had an issue with our Comcast that would require an appt for install an entire week out. But because my husband wires for low voltage, and figured out the problem was that we were not connected to the tap for the neighborhood, they were willing to schedule for a tech to plug us in that very day, and let my husband handle any other issues within the house. We had cable/internet by that evening instead of having to wait an entire week for a tech. Thank you for trusting us and being willing to do that for us!
The people at this location fully understand that the company they work for is in the business of ripping off their customers. They combat all issues as inconsiderately and as rudely as possible. “Just like the South Park cartoon; Season 17 Episode 2”. After 15 years of business with Comcast and many wasteful hours on the phone I decided to go face to face. It seemed the staff at this location went from sacking groceries to customer service in a field far beyond their comprehension. Furthermore it seems they have been trained on how to run you in circles, lie, and push you out the door. Comcast was great for a time, but they are on their way out…
I had the worst experience with this branch they were suppose to help transfer my account over to another family member. I spent 45 minutes in the store and the woman said that it was all done and that there would not be anything in my name going further, while here it is months later and I owe Comcast all this money and when I called to see what had happened they were rude about helping me and said that there was nothing that they could do and that the services were never transferred over and the last payment that was made never went to the bill
