I had the most amazing time, I saw a gorgeous diamond cross that was out of my price range but in shopping I found a delightful sparkly diamond band ring that I loved and I was in luck, the jeweler was there and could size my ring today. So I will be getting this ring for a beautiful lady whom I love So much, and it’s for me and I love it and I love me. What an excellent experience! No frills. No pressure. I asked them for what I wanted and they gave it to me. Better quality diamond for only a nominally higher price. Gave offerings and service another store across the way did not provide. Very satisfied with my service with Giordanna (sp?). Overall, a great experience.

The people are so friendly and have great customer service! I was helped by Esmerelda, she did a great job yet with the sizing of the ring unfortunately I am not happy with . The ring size I was told to lean towards was 4.5 when I am a 5, I considered it due to what she told me yet again now I have to go back in, which I did not want. I wish she would have considered how fingers swell once we wake up or throughout the day. It’s my fault for listening. Go with your gut instinct if you know your ring size and want comfort. I would give five stars yet I’m unsatisfied with the size. Now my finger is raw n sore.

I ended up purchasing a necklace a little above my original budget but it was well worth it. Mark has been my go to jeweler at Ben Bridge for the past nine years. Every time I go to Ben Bridge Mark is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This last time I went to visit Mark, I had an old ring from when I was fourteen years old that was a size 4 an no longer fit. Mark advised me to get the ring resized so that I can start to wear it again. I was nervous that the band of the ring would be so thin.... but it wasn’t, it was perfect!!! I just picked up my engagement ring that I have been wearing although it’s too large for the last two years. Paul, the master jeweler happened to be at the store when we went by, and my husband said it’s time to get the ring fixed (he’s the only one my husband trusts). The ring came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier that I can finally wear the ring without having to put “anchors” around it!

I got skrewed big time. And the people at the store were like we are sorry what happend but there nothing we can do. I was planning on doing a lot of business with them but not now. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. maybe I just got bad luck but this thing was brand new.it shouldnt have fell off. You think after spending that much money they would want to help you out some how.
