I used this location in April 2021 and August 2021 with no trouble (I live out of state). However, I have been trying to reach someone at the phone number listed and the recording states it is the Corona location and no one has answered in the past two days of trying. Cannot leave a message as the box is full. I dont know if theyre even still in business...what if I had placed the online order and THEN tried to reach them to no avail?
NO GOOD branch. I wouldn’t give any star rating but I have to at least give it a 1 star in order to write this review.Don’t give your business to this branch, Temecula. Unprofessional and they don’t take pride on their business and on what they’re supposed to do: to provide excellent and quality service to their clients.* 1 of 2 incident: Received an edible bouquet that got delivered the day after it was supposed to be delivered. The bouquet is sticky to touch with visible fruit drippings on the bottom of the container. Moisture visible inside the plastic and on the fruits and chocolate. The bouquet is NOT presentable looking with visible dark debris of some sort on most of the fruits and cantaloupe seeds visibly found as seen on the attached photo/s. Also, there’s still pineapple skin on the star pineapples as seen on the photo/s as well. This particular order appeared to be half-fast with no care and fruits possibly/most likely not properly handled to the sanitary/safe standard.* 2 of 2 incident: My husband ordered an arrangement for my birthday that was not received/delivered. He was charged and didn’t receive any type of confirmation status at all about the order. He called the branch during working hours multiple times the following days in regards to the order and nobody answered. My husband then called the customer service and filed a case against the branch.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!I’d like to start off saying I’ve had wonderful experiences with edible arrangements in other cities and this was unlike anything I’ve dealt with before.I ordered my girlfriend a Mother’s Day package, flowers, 12 cookies and Godiva chocolate. I set my pickup time for 1:00PM and arrived 20 mins early to be safe. The first clue should have been the line out the door with unhappy people in line. After calling several times because I had set up curbside pickup, I waited in line for close to an hour before they waited on me. They informed me that they were out of flowers, even though I received an email saying that my order was complete and ready for pickup. I was trying to be flexible and said I would take something else in exchange, when they brought out my order I opened everything and instead of 12 baked cookies I had 12 raw clumps of cookie dough. I went inside to show them and the lady got unbelievably rude and said that what their cookies look like and I pushed the issue and she said “well that’s how they came out of the oven.”After a total time of and hour and fifteen minutes of dealing with these terrible people I left and chalked it up to a life lesson.I would leave no stars if it would have let me still comment.
Absolutely asinine that they couldnt figure out how to deliver a package on mothers day. The order status all day said order received and never updated. Tried calling the location to no avail as well. The delivery (which was not even far from the location) did not arrive until almost 11pm!!! Who in their right mind thinks that this is okay? The deliver was not attempted earlier than that. We have a Ring camera at the front door so that they store cant claim we werent there to receive the order. Definitely were there all day. Edible Arrangement orders are NOT cheap so the expectation would be to at least deliver an order at a normal time.
I would give them NO stars if possible. BUYER BEWARE...I placed an order yesterday, expected to get it at a reasonable time today. I called to check status just after noon and she told me that it was just waiting for a delivery driver. 4:30/5 pm rolls around so I call and they don’t answer my call. I called from another cell and they answered. When I called back from my # they answered and hung up. Finally when she got back on the line she said the status was the same. She didn’t have a driver coming this was yet. I asked if I would get it today for certain she said yes. I had not been rude I was respecting the 9-9 window and gave them the benefit of the doubt. At 8:35 pm I get a text that the driver is on his way and should deliver within an hour (1/2 hr past promised window). It’s now 10:00 pm...I text him for an update and get a response he’s driving. 10:10 pm still no delivery, ready for bed and BEYOND livid. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a business. Not sure how they operate like this. I will be going into the store to talk to the manger in the morning. Does anyone know if they give me the refund or do I go through edible arrangements site? When I tried contact through there it sent me to store info.BTW it was to congratulate my parents on 45 yrs of marriage....my dad had 4 strokes in the last 3 years. He cannot speak or walk on his own. He was SO sad he couldn’t get my moms roses as he did for 41 yrs. This was suppose to be a sweet surprise.
The online ordering process was easy, and the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter was delivered on time and looked exactly like the website picture! Special kudos to Summer who handled the delivery. There were some difficulties accessing the residence, but she went above and beyond to get it delivered. Will definitely order with them again!

This store is a joke! I put in an order on 4/26 to be delivered on 5/7. I called the store on 5/7 and the told me “It didn’t go out today, but I promise it will be there tomorrow.” I called the store back on 5/11, when it still hadn’t been delivered! They told me I could get a refund of have it delivered the next day. “Those are my only options?” After speaking to the manager she came back on the line and said “75% off and we will deliver it today.” Three days later(still not delivered) I call the store and no one answers.... so I called the corporate customer service to just receive a refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This was my first and last Edible Arrangements experience.
Lesson learned, check the local store ratings before trying to send someone an edible arrangement.This location just never delivered my order on Mother’s Day with no communication whatsoever. I say go with a local flower shop, they seem to be able to actually deliver their product.

Had a order for mothers day that was going to be delivered on Friday May 7 the order was never sent. I have try contacting the store every day with just busy signal, I filed a claim and talk to there customer service line and have gotten the run around. I just want my money back and be done and no one is responding or talking Accountability. I will never use this store again for anything.

Absolute nightmare of a company, PLEASE don’t buy from them. I should have learned my lesson the first time I bought from them and got the basket THREE DAYS late but I bought again. I tried to get a refund when the basket never arrived this time and just got hung up on. There is a good chance that a basket will never arrive if you purchase from them. I have a good feeling that they work a scam at this company and the reviews show it. BUYER BEWARE, DON’T SUPPORT THIS SCAM BUSINESS.
Orderd from them some dipped fruit for mothers day. The order never got delivered, and when I called them three days later they told me my order was void. I never received any emails stating this. The minute I hung up the phone with them i had the email saying my order was canceled, which leads me to believe they simply overlooked my order and just cancelled it while on the phone. Will never attempt an edible arrangement again
Do not order from this location. Very poor service! I ordered an arrangement for my Mom for Mothers Day and it never made it. No call, no show. I called on Monday and they apologized and said they would do their best to get it delivered. It never happened. Now their phone is busy. Im guessing they just took it off the wall to not have to answer complaints.
Placed an order on Friday for same delivery. NO SHOW. Called the store they said it would be out for delivery on Saturday morning. NOTHING. Mothers Day came an gone. This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago to have delivered the day before Valentine’s Day. They never delivered my arrangement. And to top it off they emailed me an hour before they closed telling me they can’t deliver the arrangement because they were running behind. They ask me what day works best. I gave them a new day, couple days after Valentine’s to let them catch up. These creeps didn’t even deliver on the rescheduled day!!! They didn’t even contact me to tell me they can’t deliver it today!! I want my money back but guess what??? I can’t even get ahold of them!! Do not do business with these people.
Just horrible I showed up and the store is closed I already paid for my order and never once did I get a message. What kind of place is this this is the 3rd time I have an issue with edible arrangements locations. And then you call the 1-877 number and that’s even worst they hang up. And as I sit here writing this review would you believe that there is people in the store walking around pulling the door to make sure it’s locked still no lights on inside and no sign saying they are closed. 3 delivery trucks just parked here as well.

I requested a refund through EAs website and havent received a response. So she never even got my mothers day gift.
My husband placed an order with edible arrangements Temecula to have an arrangement delivered to my work for my birthday as a surprise. 3:00 p.m. comes along and Im off at 5:30 and still I had never received anything from them.My husband had to text me to tell me about my birthday surprise because he was worried that it would never get there before I left work.well I never received it at my job so my husband called them and they said that they would deliver it to our home.well again we never received anything now were struggling with trying to get a refund on an arrangement that we never received. Ordered a custom box for my mom’s birthday, she loved it! I did everything online 1 week prior to her birthday and everything went smoothly.
Totally unprofessional. Do not order from here. If I would have checked this location’s reviews I would not have ordered. It was for my senior dad’s birthday and should have arrived on his birthday. They send me an email at 10:10 pm that day, the day of his birthday to tell me it was not delivered. Here I thought he already received it. It’s now the 16th end not sure after calling headquarters if it will be delivered. The headquarters is also very unprofessional with their customer service. If I would have known earlier in the day I could have cancelled the order and done something different but now I’m calling to apologize to my dad. The entire experience, including the phone system, is unprofessional. Don’t even try to reach anyone at this location. They don’t answer.
Please do not go to this location or select it as a location to receive a delivery from. I ordered my mom a Mothers Day arrangement on April 16th for delivery on yesterday, May 8th. May 8th came and went, I called the location 15 times and finally reached a person who assured me my delivery would be made on Mothers Day, May 9th since they missed the previously scheduled date.On May 9th I checked the website numerous times and called the location 50 times to no avail. I decided to go done to the location and then found out that they had not made the arrangement that I ordered a month ago and had no intentions of delivering it. When I got to the store there were about 30 people there with similar stories. The people who work there did not care and told me I could wait for the arrangement to be made or cancel it completely. This location is horrible and should go out of business. If anyone would like to own an edible arrangement franchise and has the ability to do so, please open up a location in Menifee, Murrieta or even Temecula and drive these people out of business. They clearly do not care about customer service and do not take pride in their work. I will NEVER return to this location again.

My family never received their Mothers day gifts. We paid $123.96 which included a $14.99 charge for Sunday delivery. We ordered it 10 days in advance. Very disappointing!! We called the store 7 times and the phone number doesnt even ring.

Had a pick up scheduled. You can’t enter and have to call. I called for two hours and knocked on door to pick up my order. There isn’t a customer service to call. I tried emailing Facebook calling any number I could find with no success. They took my order and credit for a fruit plate and then ghosted me.
Nope. Never again. The fact that i ordered this MINI birthday order two weeks in advance and got it the day I was supposed to (my kids birthday party) at exactly 9PM! My kids asleep, I’m in bed. I ordered my arrangement late last night and it was delivered at 3:30 pm today with no problems. I got a text when the driver was in transit to confirm someone would be there to sign. It couldn’t of been easier! Thank you so much for a pleasant experience. I would order again in the future!

This place is awesome, if you want to order something... and then not get it.
Management need to fire all its employees and start over.... they turn off all the lights and lock the doors even though they should be open, they don’t start your order till 10 minutes when it’s due and it’s just absolutely horrible.
EXCELLENT! I ordered a fruit and cookie platter to be delivered and it couldn’t have gone smoother and the lovely recipients couldn’t have been happier. Customer service called me to update me on the delivery in their refrigerated truck, and the recipient was so thrilled — she said it was all fresh and beautifully arranged. After reading all these reviews (which I didn’t see until after I’d ordered!), I was nervous, but I really had no reason to be. I will order from them again any time.
My mom ordered me a birthday arrangement for May 7 and it was suppose to be ready at 4. They call her 15 mins before to say it’s not ready for pick up and wouldn’t be ready until May 11. Come May 11, it was suppose to be ready at noon and they say they aren’t making those arrangements at that time because they’re doing Mother’s Day orders. They couldn’t have told my mom that they weren’t actively making other orders before she placed hers? They just wanted to take the money. Now they say it won’t be ready until 4. Don’t order from here. During quarantine and away from home on my birthday AND pregnant, it was going to be really sweet if I had received it on time and if they had communicated to my mom they weren’t making those arrangements at that time.

He received an email on the 29th notifying him that it wasnt going to be delivered until Monday, the 31st. Delivery was supposed to be anywhere between 10am and 9pm. Order was never delivered nor was there any type of courtesy call. Tried calling the store, but phone had a busy signal and the store is closed. I dont understand how this place is still open and running! Shouldve been shut down a long time ago with so many horrible reviews. NEVER ordering from here again. Dont waste your time!
This store has a disgusting reputation. My story starts with a container of cheesecakes that we’re delivered all smashed up. It looks like the container had been dropped, kicked and given to us. Tried to call store with no call back from anyone!! I’ve left several messages to be given to the owner. Sounds like they are MIA. No apology, no new box! Had to throw it all away. Don’t order from Edible Arrangements!

Ordered to pick up at a certain time for Mother’s Day weekend during store hours and doors were locked. No one answered the phone. Multiple customers sitting outside with pickup orders all wondering what’s going on. Called corporate and apparently no customer service available until after the holidays. Safe to say will never order edible arrangements again and want my money back.
I am extremely disappointed with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order to be delivered on Mothers Day and it was never delivered. I also never received a call or an email letting me know it wasnt going to be delivered. The next morning I contacted corporate through twitter and they let me know they had opened up a case with the store and were going to have the issue resolved within 48 hours. That night I received a call from a young lady and it was the most insincere call ever! It sounded like she was reading off a script and blamed everything on corporate. She asked if I wanted my order to be delivered that night.... she called me at 6 PM. I doubted it was possible so I said if it can be delivered today for sure then yes, if not, then no. She reassured me it was going to be delivered that night because it was on priority delivery. Im sure she told everybody else that too. Anyway 8 PM comes around and my tracking status changes to say its on its way to be delivered... cool. But it doesnt get delivered, of course! The next day my tracking status changed again to delivery unsuccessful and thats it. I didnt receive a call or anything, AGAIN. So AGAIN I contact corporate asking for a refund at this point and the person says they have escalated this to our guest service team with a note for a refund. I still havent received anything from Edible Arrangements. I keep calling 3 different numbers and cant through to any of them. I live in Corona so I dont want to drive all the way to Temecula but at this point it might be the only way to get my money back. This place is ridiculous! I will never order from them again and I will discourage friends and family from ordering from this company in general. What a pathetic excuse for great customer service that they so claim to have.
I was rescheduled from a Monday delivery to a Wednesday delivery on Mother’s Day weekend. I understand they were probably busy so I accepted the change. I was contacted at 9:45 pm on Wednesday stating the delivery would take place within an hour, at 11 pm basically. Hours of delivery are until 9pm. This is unacceptable! I have called twice this morning and no one is answering the phones. I am very upset at this point. It is now Thursday and my mom hasn’t received her Mother’s Day gift from Sunday. I want a manager to call me ASAP!
Not only was my order delivered PAST the time frame they have, like 9pm isnt late enough as it is. But what was received was NOTHING like what was supposed to be delivered. The manager, store owner, or employees will NOT contact you to apologize or take responsibility for their terrible service. Theyve even gone as far as telling corporate, that they called my recipient and told them they were going to be late, and we said it was okay! THIS IS A LIE. They would rather lie about their consumers than be held accountable. I do not recommend this business, and Im ashamed of them to even be part of the Temecula community. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location. The first time was on Valentine’s Day and it never showed up. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to ask about what happened to my order. It still didn’t come the next day either. Eventually someone picked up the phone to refund me. This second time wasn’t even on a holiday but it still didn’t deliver on my requested date. No one answers the phone when you call about your order. It’s terrible service. I love edible arrangements and it’s really unfortunate to have to say this will be my last time ordering from them.Edit: my delivery driver text me at 9pm saying that he can drop it off within the hour it is now 10:30pm and he still says he’s 40 minutes away. This is the worst service i have ever experienced. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this business.
I am really unhappy at how the delivery was handled.1.) IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SURPRISE But noooooo, Edible Arrangement Temecula contacted the recipient and confused and inconvenienced them by saying you were coming (and not showing up).2.) IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ASAP -You took payment on October 27th but did not deliver until OVER A WEEK LATER!I selected cookies -NOT fruit so that it could be left on a doorstop if the recipients weren’t home.I even said Specifically in my INSTRUCTIONS to leave the package (preferably) in a shady location if they weren’t home. It was meant to be a simple, pleasant surprise.Instead of following instructions, someone from Edible arrangements, took it upon themselves to contact the recipient and spoil the surprise, then ask the recipient, when they would be home. EVEN THOUGH I SAID TO LEAVE IT AT THE HOME.Since the recipient didn’t know WHAT THE GIFT WAS she assumed it was an edible arrangment and tried to find times to be home for the delivery- THIS INCONVENIENCED the whole family. waiting for a delivery.Then Edible arrangements called me and I told the caller AGAIN to leave the cookies at the house.She didn’t and didn’t deliver it until days later.I will never order from you again!
I’m very disappointed with the service received today at this location. I placed the order to be picked up at 3:00, showed up at 3:45, and the box (12ct) was not ready. When I first called (it wasn’t until the 3rd yoke I called they picked up) I was placed on a 5 minutes hold without knowing why I was even on hold. I hung up, called back, and was told it would be about 10 mins before it would be ready. I sat outside in my car, in this hot weather, until 4pm. Once I received the box, I checked the fruit; bananas were sweating a little bit, and apples were still “sticky” to which representatives responded “they just finish getting done.” I asked for fruit to be fresh and I appreciate the attempt of making that happen. What isn’t okay is the multiple times I had to call, getting put on hold without an explanation, a customer having to wait so long in this hot weather, items not been ready on the time as requested, and apples possibly melting because they weren’t completely dry/hard.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is an absolute disaster. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries that were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. Had to call every day until they were finally delivered the following Monday. Every single one of the strawberries were rotten and poorly decorated. Been trying to get ahold of them to resolve the issue. I would like a refund for the garbage they sent me but now they won’t answer the phone. I hope they go out of business. Absolutely fraudulent. I genuinely feel robbed. Wish I could give negative stars. Even their 2.2 star rating is WAY too high.
What’s worse than being deployed? The service from this “company” well I guess you could say lack of service. Ordered Mother’s Day gift to be sent to my wife from our 4 boys. No show, no call, no reply to the emails. Can’t go to the location due to being in Afghanistan. This is totally unsatisfactory. With all the negative reviews how do people still order from them? Ordered on June 23rd and was delivered the same day and absolutely beautiful! I was able to track my order throughout the day! obviously if you order during Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day you should expect delays ... they aren’t machines and the arrangements take time!!!! this is my second time ordering and both times the presentation was beautiful! Thank you so much for working so hard during these difficult times!!!
Terrible customer service! I placed my order 5 days before it was to be delivered. On the day my order was supposed to be delivered I called to confirm, but could not get anyone on the phone (constant busy signal - couldnt even leave a message)... I quickly realized I had made a terrible mistake after reading the 100s of one-star reviews... After multiple attempts someone finally picked up (30 minutes before they closed) she told me my order was made and would be delivered that evening. Guess what? IT WASNT. After more attempts of trying to get someone on the phone the next day to figure out what happened, they finally answered, took my information, and placed me on hold for OVER AN HOUR. I finally hung up, attempted multiple times to get someone on the phone AGAIN... as soon as they picked up I asked to cancel my order and to provide me a refund. Thankfully they did! Ordering fruit should NOT have to be this complicated.

Worst store EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order on Tuesday midday for delivery yesterday Thursday 8/13. I called at 12:50 just checking for an update on delivery. I was told they are making it right now and it will be going out shortly. I called again at 5PM & 7PM. At 7 I was told it is all ready and waiting for a driver to come and pick it up for delivery. 9:00 still nothing, at 9:33PM it was delivered. Of course it was a gift for my grandson starting kindergarten today so he was asleep. Super disappointed in the whole process. I will be asking for a credit. No one should buy from the Temecula store!
Will NEVER deal with this location or with Edible Arrangements ever again. I ordered prior to Valentines Day, 1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries. When I was in the check out online they offered 1/2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for $9.99 so I ordered 2 of them as well for my wife. When I went into the store on Valentines Day to pick up my order at 12:00 (when they said I could pick it up) they said it was not ready and would not be ready until after 5:00. I told them that I would not be around at 5:00 and they did not seem to care. All they did was ask if I want to cancel my order. I asked to speak with the manager or the owner and they refused to come out and talk with me. I asked twice and she refused twice. On top of that they said they could not sell me the 1/2 dozen berries for $9.99 that they would be $19.99. I explained to them that was bait and switch and against the law and they did not seem to care. I called the corporate office and they said that the store location would have 48 hours to contact me. It has been 11 days now with no contact. I had to call the corporate office to have them contact the location and they finally refunded my money (7 to 10 business days). The corporate office offered me a coupon code for $10.00 off my next order of $40.00 or more. That is a joke, I would NEVER use them again. Did I mention this all happened on Valentines Day. Had to scramble to get my wife something else. DO NOT USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS !!!!
I would not recommend this store. My daughter made an order for me for Mothers Day a couple of weeks ago. It should have been delivered Saturday and we are still waiting. Their phone number is just busy. Corporate tells me that I have to wait 48 hours before making a claim. Horrible service, horrible. Do not use them!!Let me just update this review, they still are not answering phones and we had to file a claim with the main corporation which will take 5 to 7 business days to get a refund. We will never use this company again.
I ordered for my friend who was coming back from the hospital after having her baby. They tell me due to weather conditions it wouldnt be delivered on that day. I called the next day to confirm delivery for the next day and they picked up and hung up. So I called again a few times and no answer. And so now theyre MIA.Update: got delivered finally.
I ordered this for a friends birthday-the company comes up in a search for same day gift delivery and the idea looked perfect. Now...its hot in the summer down there, but it doesnt happen to be hot today so I wasnt worried about melting/spoiling, especially if they were to put a cold pack in the box, which would be the expected procedure. Midday, I got a notification that delivery had been unsuccessful and I wondered why this was the case. I called and asked why the package had not simply been left with a cold pack and was told they never deliver if no one is home but theyd try again tomorrow. Well her birthday is today. I specifically picked a company that would deliver same day. I pointed out that they do not state that someone must be home and was told first, All stores do this. OK, no they do not. All stores do not do this. Many stores will leave perishables with a cold pack. Its a gift and most people are not home during the day and often wont answer a call from an unknown number. It makes very little sense to run a company that provides gift delivery if you require that the person be home to accept it. I was told that there was nothing they could do--they could give me a PARTIAL refund. I protested and was told it was not their fault and then the young man explained to me again how they had tried to deliver it and no one was home...as if I perhaps was having trouble comprehending this fact. I reminded him that I did understand this sequence of events and that the protocol was not satisfactory for a gift delivery service. He then told me that people complained when they DID leave their items because they melted in the sun. That could happen on a summer day in Riverside county with no ice pack and no shade. Yes. But that was not the case on this day and I found the fact they didnt leave it to be worthy of complaint. So somehow my dissatisfaction as a customer was not as important as that of these mysterious prior customers. Finally he told me that his store didnt make the website and so claimed no responsibility for the fact that when you order online, you are not told of the stores policies. I hate condescending staff that refuse good customer service and whose policies are for their own, and not the customers, convenience. I wouldnt use them again. And they should seriously consider schooling this man that handled my call on how to treat a customer. Going straight to, not our fault, partial refund is not a way to get repeat business.
This has been the worst experience! I order a simple arrangement for my aunt not only did they not deliver it on Thursday like I paid for but Not on Friday and now it’s Saturday with still NO DELIVERY. Calling the store is absolutely worthless as they have no answers . They were real fast and deducing the money to bad delivery isn’t as fast. NEVER will I order for Buisness or personal events!
Placed an order to be delivered on mothers day. Was assured that the arrangement would be delivered before 11:00am. Never received it. Called the store and get nothing but a busy signal. Called corporate customer service and was connected to the Temecula location. Received copious apologies for the mistake. Was assured that merchandise would be delivered by 5-15 by 1:00pm. Has not arrived as of 4:30pm. Tried to call corporate customer service again and got the we are closed recording. Tried again to reach the Temecula, Ca. location. Finally got through to them via other options through the automated directory at the corporate number. Local store also had an outgoing recording letting me know that it was hurry-up-and-wait time.Local store customer service is useless. Corporate customer service is non-existent.I WOULD RATE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD!

I had Place an order for Mothers Day, we been waiting for it today all day. When Jennifer the young lady from edible arrangements call me at 6 PM telling me they couldnt deliver my order. I asked why are you calling me at 6:00 pm. The day of .?? No explanation what so ever.And I clearly told her I did not want a refund, I want my ordered delivered, you took my order and took my payment. she said well I can refund it or wait till Wednesday and hang up on us. Now I cant reach the store theres no answer.Very disappointed. This was a mistake or error that was made by this location.Now my mom was left with nothing on this Mothers Day thanks to a mistake that was made by the edible arrangements. She didnt even offer any kind of reasonable solution. Just oh well. Jennifer from edible arrangements was very rude and unprofessional, specially after hanging up on us. Never again.!!!
I was hoping for better service, but very disappointed. My daughter had submitted an order for Mothers Day, estimated delivery was on Monday. The order was not delivered even by 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. No follow-up communication as to the delay and no update on possible changes to the delivery time. Nothing. NOT a way to run a business.
My mother-in-law was super sweet and ordered me a Mother’s Day gift from this shop well in advance that was supposed to delivered yesterday, I never received it. She tried calling this store (the one that’s supposed to deliver) multiple times yesterday and today, the phone would ring off the hook or just hang up on her with a busy signal. This is super disappointing as this is a very special Mother’s Day for me.
The fruit was good I was told by my friends but when I called to order the recording said you could hold to order. I sat on hold for 20 minutes, no one came to the phone. In this pandemic age, you dont know what companies are open for business so I was apprehensive. I placed the order online, when I went to the store, it was dark, locked up with a sign saying for the safety of the staff call to your pick up your order. No one answered the phone. I waited. Several people came by but couldnt get in and left. A person came, let herself in, locked the door and disappeared. I waited a few minutes. I called again, someone answered, put me on hold, came back and said they would be out in a minute with my order. By the time I got it, it was 30 minutes after the requested pickup time. This was my first time doing business with them; probably my last. I recently ordered from Sheris Berries and the complete opposite experience. I will use them next time.

I made an online order 11 days prior to Mother’s Day and I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and wanted them delivered on Mother’s Day (I paid $15 dollars extra). My order was never delivered and I cannot get in touch with store or corporate office. What is the worst part is when you try to call the store it makes that noise like the phone is off the hook. Now I am very upset because they charged my card and they did not even make the delivery on their side. I have not received a phone call or email saying why they didn’t deliver. They basically stole my money. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!
I ordered my Mom a Mothers Day gift from here, and it was supposed to be delivered on Mothers Day. I paid an extra $19.99 in delivery since it was Mothers Day. I kept checking the order all day, and it kept saying that they are working on my creation. I called my Mom to see if she received it, and she said No. I tried to call the local number in Temecula, and all I get is a fast busy. I called Corporate went through the prompts then they drop the call. It is now the day after Mothers Day, and it says they are still working on my creation. Still a constant busy. I will never use Edible Arrangements again instead I will go to Sharris Berries! They had no problem taking my money, and Im working on getting it back from my bank as we speak; however its a 10 day wait for them to credit me. What a joke!

I ordered an arrangement 5 days in advanced and it was supposed to be delivered the day before mothers day. It is now 2 days after mothers day and they have not answered my multiple attempts to call them or email them. $100 short and my poor mother waited for 2 days for something to be delivered. Now I have to tell her I dont think its coming. If there was a problem you think someone would have tried to contact me. I understand things are tough right now but this absurd!!
This place is the worst!!! I ordered a fruit combo with balloon for my daughters birthday. I was assured she would receive her delivery on her birthday. She did NOT receive her delivery and whenever i would call they would tell me its “ In route!” Its the next day, 7am and it STILL shows “In route!” But, its not her birthday anymore 👎🏻👎🏻Terrible and im soooo upset! Im telling everyone i can! Super expensive! I’d expect the very best service for these prices!

Don’t order anything from the Temecula store. I ordered for Father’s Day. Placed order online two days ago to pick up on Friday, June 19. They sent email to pick up at 10am. Then on Friday received another email stating it would not be ready until 11am. I went to store at 11:30. No one there and no one answered the phone! I called for hours!!! I didn’t get order because we were going out of town today at 6pm!!! I should have read the REVIEWS before I purchased. Next time I ordering from Bundt Cake in Temecula. They never fail me.

Did an online complaint and 48 hrs have heard nothing, despite the false premise given that I’d receive a response within this time. There is no number to call aside from the store. I’ll have to go in person. It’s unfortunate because I’ve never had this issue before. Will be contacting BBB.
I should’ve known better. Always read the reviews before you buy. I made an order on a Monday for Wednesday been calling since Monday they never picked the phone. Wednesday afternoon and they still haven’t done my basket and they didn’t know when it was going to be delivered. Order from the Moreno Valley one they have great customer service.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed my on Thursday, May 14, and had it set to be delivered yesterday, May 16. Yesterday, I called the store at 5:30pm when it still hadnt been delivered. I was told it was sitting on the counter (not a fridge where maybe a fresh fruit arrangement should be stored, just a thought) waiting for a driver to come back and should be delivered within the hour. Its now May 17 at nearly 2pm and it STILL hasnt been delivered. Another phone call to the store, on hold for 10 minutes, and should I be surprised, they have no idea what happened and promise to have it delivered today. #holdingmybreath I have been using Edible Arrangements for many years never had a problem until dealing this store in Temecula. I guess I should have read all the reviews for this store before ordering. Lesson learned, I wont use this or any other Edible Arrangements store ever again and will make sure no one else I know does either.

Wish I could say everything was good. I had placed an order online for pickup the following day. My scheduled pickup was for 9:00am, I was upset with myself because I arrived late little after 10:00am. When I got there I was told by counter person who was very pleasant and helpful she would check in back. Well I have a feeling they had no idea of order because I was told they were finishing up. Wrong I think they started it when I got there I had to wait more than a hour till it was done. About half hour into it they may have sensed I figured the gig was up because the counter person came back out and told me they were going to give me 6 chocolate covered strawberries which was cool but still making me wait over an hour. I had placed order early to avoid a long wait, ridiculous. Now bouquet and counter person were great...my suggestion to you if placing order online you need to call before pickup to have them make bouquet. To avoid what happened to me, by the way this has happened to me before. They are the closest in my area but next time I think I am going to make the 30 minute drive to the next one, even with my drive time I will have wasted less time.
The worst run edible arrangements ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!! I placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday. The store claims the street was closed (car show in Old Town). Yet I was able to park in the parking lot of the business to which it was to be delivered. 5 days after the delivery was to take place and no delivery still, I called the store only to be told that they could try and do it today. Yeah, only a week late. No thanks. The manager who apparently works on Thursdays was no help at all. After a call to corporate, I received my first call from the store to apologize and set up delivery. I declined and asked for a refund WITHOUT the 25% fee that the manager wanted to do. For your friends/familys/wallets sake, find another store.

I had this order prepared DAYS ago for Mothers Day, I had a confirmation, items already paid for, it was supposed to deliver yesterday specifically and NOTHING. today is now Mothers Day and STILL NOTHING!!! I tried to call the number to their store and it wont even ring like the line is shut off! unacceptable! especially for their prices!!! Hours listed are wrong. When you call you must listen to a 2 minute recording about how awesome they are, and their hours (which are different here than whats posted) and then after all that you are then played the local radio station and nobody answers the phone either despite waiting for 5 minutes. Why not just have a voicemail come on if youre closed or too busy? The other reviews are spot on here with this location. What a great way to bring down the brand as a whole. Too bad.
This place has bad service, we we’re suppose to have a delivery on Friday the 15th and never recieved it, then I called on Saturday and spoke to someone and they said the reason was because they didn’t have a certain product for the order but they had recieved a shipment that day so it would be going out that day, well it never showed up again, not even a phone call to let us know it wasn’t going to happen, well here we are on Sunday 3pm and still nothing not even a phone call again nothing!!! This is definitely NOT GOOD Service !!! By the way this gift was for a birthday on Friday since we can’t go anywhere cause of the lockdown and here we are with no birthday gift . I give this place a BIG FAT “F”.

Store hours on the door are wrong. Says they open at 8am during the week and Saturday. You call and they say they open at 9am. You sit at the door waiting at 9 and they don’t show up until sometime after 10:30. No way to leave a message when you call so if they don’t answer and don’t open the door and need help with your order you’re out of luck!I have picked up from this location before and the quality of the product was good, but if you are counting on scheduling to either pick up or get delivery at a specific time or even within a window I wouldn’t count on this location.These are Franchisee owned and operated so your experience can vary by store. Don’t count on this one until they get their act together and show that they are making an effort.
Worst experience with a store ever. The store closed early the day before fathers day, when it was supposed to stay opened. My order was not able to be picked up, so my father was not able to get it. Sunday we had no way of picking it up, and instead of offering to deliver it they tried to charge me. This is not how a business should be run, period. I am not surprised of the 2 star rating, and i wish I had looked before ordering. If I could give this store a 0 I would have. Not to mention the person seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I will never order from them again.
I ordered from the website on April 29th and it should be delivered on 5/11/20 and it never happen. I called the phone number that is listed on their website, and all I get was a busy tone. I called customer service and I was on hold for more than 35 minutes. I have tried 3 times and each time I was on hold for atleast for 30 minutes. I am very disappointed that my sister didnt get her mothers day gift. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Wow Just WOW not only did I experience amazing customer service but the fruit was just beautiful. Outstanding job Ive ordered from other stores and hadnt had the best experience so I decided to try this one and my goodness was there a difference. I wish I can give them a negative star. I also regret not reading the reviews before I placed my order for my mother in law and grandmother in law. I placed an order for Mothers Day and I got a call at 8:38pm stating that they wouldnt be able to deliver my order till 9:30pm!!! Really?!?! What kind of service is that. I asked her the reason and she told me its because they had too many orders. I advised her to stop taking orders if they knew they took too many. Now my mother and grandmother in law didnt get a gift from me or my husband on Mothers Day. She told me they can deliver it the next day, which completely defeats the purpose. The company could have simply told me when I purchased the item that they wouldnt be able to deliver on Sunday due to so many orders already that came in before mine, that way I would have gone somewhere else and ordered this. So disappointment! Horrible customer service. Stay away!!!!!!!
I wish I could rated 0 star. My daughter ordered the arrangement for me as mothers day for me. They never called me/delivered. I call them with my daughter on Tue asking for refund. At first, they said that they only can refund partially, cant refund shipping fee. Secondly, they say that they can refund, but have to charge restocking fee. They kept saying that it was attempted delivery, but I never received phone call or note....NOTHING. BS, BS, BS. I was so mud. They ruined my daughters kindness and my day as so many people have ruined their special day by them. They dont even apologize to us at all. I cant believe this place does such a fraud like business and still open. This place makes all Edible place look bad.
Love this place and the service is so great! I called earlier today to have a gift delivered to my sister as a surprise (since shes 8 months pregnant) and they were very sweet and it got to her the someday! Wish I would have gotten some pictures of the arrangement but they were just too delicious I guess!

I was not Happy with their service, very late to deliver after I called at 1:30 PM to ask for a status of delivery. Was told it was going out on the next truck did not get till 5 1/2 hours later, and I did not get my complete order and still waiting for them to bring the rest and its 4 oclock. Tried calling them this morning 8X to make sure that they were going to complete order phone would just keep ringing. Will not use them again not Happy at all with product and quality of service.
I got some chocolate dipped strawberries and they were fresh and delicious. now Im not a pineapple type of person but I got some for my mom and I ended up eating more than her. I havent went to other edible stores but this one did an excellent job.
I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my aunts birthday, and since it had gotten so late we were under the impression that it wasnt going to come. The delivery person texted my aunt at around 9pm saying that she was going drop it on the porch and if she doesnt go to get it, thats on her. She dropped it on the porch, did not tell her that she came, did not ring the door bell, just dropped and left. If my Uncle wasnt outside, they would have never realized that she actually came. I live all the way in Maryland, so its a little harder for me to check on the delivery, and this didnt make it any easier.
