I wish they had a wider selection. I admit I am very spoiled by Hi Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, my go to spot for nearly 3 decades. I needed something that day, though, Hi Time wasnt open as late, I didnt have time to wait for a shipment from Hi Time, and this was a slightly closer drive from Oceanside. Excellent customer service and very good prices

The place looks great, pretty much liked everything about it. Only thing that kind of brought down the good vibes before heading out for a great day of fun was the customer experience received from the cashier named Reed. He wasnt very helpful with any questions. Basically dodging them and constantly trying to just guide us to the website to figure out ourselves. On top of that he ID checked me and my friend which is understandable, but then after we were already done checking out and starting to walk towards the door my brother caught up with us after looking at some drinks and he stopped us from leaving making my brother pull out his ID as well which I thought was strange since the whole transaction was complete by that point.

I stopped by here for the first time the other day as I was waiting for my lunch to be made. After walking inside the store I was greeted right away by a very nice lady. I was looking for a particular type of beer and couldnt find it, a guy who worked there offered to help me find it (without me asking) and took me right to the beer I was looking for. Then I was looking for champagne and another employee helped me find a champagne that my wife absolutely LOVED! My time at the store was short but I was helped out and welcomed several times and will definitely be coming back to this store!

I was surprised to see a lot of hard to find beverages here and the prices are fair. They also have some out of the ordinarybeverages worth trying at least once

This is my second visit to this location after trying the dreadful one in Orange.Huge selections. I love the employees pick next to the wine. They even have placards that give a little description of what the wine is made from- great for people like me that have no clue what to buy.The store is very clean- there may be some wine bottles that are dusty but that is to be expected.The first time here, many of the staff asked if i needed help. Which I appreciated because I know nothing about wine-but I was just browsing so I said no. A few of the men kept looking but I wasnt suspicious at all.My husband said he was looking at some pretty expensive tequila and the same man kept walking past. He is more suspicious of others than me because he is used to being blatantly discrimated against. For me, I feel like it is more subtle.The second time around, there werent many employees that walked near me. But when my husband and I met up, one man who looked like the manager kept reappearing. This time we were looking at Whiskey.Both times the cashiers were a bit rude. Again, I am more forgiving than my husband. But the cashiers were also rude in Orange. I havent decided yet if we are just going to shop at bevmo or give them another chance.

It is a very big and nice shop. I found everything I wanted and that is a plus. The negative is that it is so far away from my house. I dont think it is worth driving almost one hour each way to get a few bottles of European wine or cognac.I wish the company sets one closer to Oceanside - Carlsbad.

Up until now I’ve had a great experience until today when EARL decided to “help us”.I come here and buy a new bottle of tequila every 2 or 3 days. Most of the staff know me by now.Today I brought my brother in for the first time, because I loved this place so much and I regret coming today.Earl came behind us and started recommending other tequilas as others have done in the past, which is great, but once I said my brother was buying the bottle today every question I asked was answered with “Why? You’re not buying anything he’s the one with the money “At that point I ignored him and walked away as I shared a look with my brother because we were both shocked.We started looking at a $169 bottle to which earl replied “They don’t make that in a cheaper version you know. Is that in your price range”. I said we don’t have a price range to which he said “I was talking to him not you”.All in all, I’ll decide to take my business elsewhere just to avoid running into EARL again, because I won’t bite my tongue next time.

Total wine and more is around an extra 5 minutes past my local BevMo. It’s so much worth the extra drive. Prices and selection are so much better. The cigar humidor is awesome and always have quality cigars. I can’t say anything bad about this place.

I was in town/Temecula for some business and as is typical... I always stop by TW to pick up some goodies... this occasion was initiated by the desire to gift a good friend of mine with a nice bottle of bourbon...With some assistance... I landed on two bottles.... a nice bourbon and a new scotch for me... as I was checking out... the cashier “David Trie” asked me if I had a rewards account and the TW app on my phone... I was familiar with the rewards program but not the app.... David quickly informed me that by downloading the app I can save 25% on my purchase.... i stepped out of line... uploaded the app and found myself saving close to $70.00 on my purchase....And get this... David was as happy as me with my windfall... truth be known... if I was not pressed for time... I would have been happy to spend some more time shopping.... 25% savings is HUGE... but I was already pressed and had commitments to honor...Again... if I had time ... I would have also sought out the Manager to let him know just how spectacular his employees are and on this day... “DAVID TRIE”... was at the top of the list.....Clearly...I’ll be back but this time I will be armed with my new TW app thanks to David Trie...!!!

I was expecting to be overcharged on New Years Eve, but, total opposite result. The prices were amazing! I have always loved shopping here. I live in Moreno Valley, so I come ready to stock up. The prices make stocking a bar very feasible.

Selection is huge. Helpful staff and quick checkout. Prices were also very reasonable compared to many other places. I drink a lot and use a bottle of Macallan 12 as the price barometer. This place is on par with Costco with regard to prices.

My cousin who was also with me has never been to Total Wine because he only knew of BevMo!! Well he didnt believe me when i was raving about Total Wine! He was certain that i was mistaken. This place has it all! Im not into wine, but they have a huge assortment of you are. I go here for the beer or hard stuff. They also have a walk in humidor. The staff has always been helpful and theyll come to you, unlike other places where you have to track somebody down. Two thumbs up!

I have only been to Total Wine and More a handful of times. Usually my experience is pleasant. Today was different.I just went to purchase some beer and as I grabbed it off the shelf, one of the tops of the can popped up/expanded up with a loud pop. I know this is a bad sign so I gave it to one of the workers and he suggested I go back and grab a different pack since that one seemed to be defective. I grabbed a different 4 pack of the same beer, purchased it and left. As I was driving down the street 5 mins later, 3 out of the 4 pack popped open and exploded in my trunk! Beer all over my trunk!Now I understand this is not Total Wine and Mores fault so I wasnt really upset with them. I expected that they would give me really great customer service like offering a different beer for free for the inconvenience of now having to clean my trunk or offering me coupons for the next time I come in...but all I was offered was an exchange or cash back. I was very disappointed. I am not one to write a bad review but I think they could have done A LOT more to make my inconvenience a little more convenient.

Ordered a Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon with express 2 day shipping for a anniversary present.Instead of the Cabernet Sauvignon I received a bottle of sparkling wine. It was a very disappointing experience. I called the Temecula location to be transferred 3 times to speak to a manager. I was then told to call the Sacramento location to be told to call their customer service location.

The staff is so helpful and courteous. I wish i remembered the name of the lady that helped us she was knowledgeable and such great customer service. Prices were less expensive than Bevmo and other locations.

This store chose the perfect name! They have a very extensive selection of wines and other liquors. The store is very well organized which makes shopping a breeze. They carry practically every brand of liquor you can think of, as well as some very expensive, rare ones. I was surprised they didnt have one particular cognac liqueur, Meukow Vanilla, which was one I was interested in purchasing. Other than that, I was very impressed with their store and inventory. I did purchase champagne, Grand Marinier Raspberry Peach, Champagne, Svedka Orange Cream Pop Vodka and Jack Daniels Whiskey.

It’s 2021 and my sister and I were racially profiled by the cashier at this store... the store is great, the employees... not so much.

Has such a huge collection of any type of non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages or mixes you need. They definitely have great prices and sales all the time.

They have alot but when it came to a beer I was in search of they didnt know if they had it, once they searched and found out they didnt have it, they didnt know when they would get it nor do they offer to order it like bevmo does. I think staff needs to be more friendly, more attentive, and need more training in knowledge of the place and items.

Total wine...is well soooooo much more than wine. If Sams Club and Walmart and Target had a alholic baby, this would be the result. There are a million choices. You could spend all day there. The staff are very helpful and educated in their craft while the stores layout is intuitive. You should plan ahead before you go, as you will need time to soak in the vast selection of adult beverages!

Always something new to try and the rewards program is a great bonus!

Always best choice of liquor! I found even Armenian brandy there that is hard to find. Choice of champagne is great! And please try Russian extra high quality vodka Beluga, price is affordable. Its a tricky one since you drink it, you dont feel it, and then you dont notice how you start dancing lol

I was really upset, I didnt have my ID because I unfortunately lost it and wasnt even the one purchasing. Was only helping my boyfriend because he had broke his wrist and wasnt able to carry it. Manager or whoever he was didnt even give us a chance to talk and assumed I was a minor. He walked over very stern with no understanding of the situation and didnt give either of us a chance to explain.

Never been to this store and we felt in love with not only the amount of liquor but the price range was the best part. It was like being on a Costco only selling wine and liquor. My husband and I were so amazed by the size of the store and even more, the extreme variety of brands and selection. The bommer is that we had to drive from San Diego all the way to Temecula but for the price range it was worth it! I would think that they would open a store here in S.D. but I guess not... too bad

Upon my visit to Total wine and More I was vastly impressed with the amount of imported beer and beer selection they had with craft IPA Ls pale ales it was amazing the prices were even better than BevMo I personally will be shopping here for all of my future beer purchases especially for my imports and those heady beers you cant find anywhere else.

This is the only Total Wines Store thats near San Diego. The Customer Service, Wines selections, and the reason I go is their ready available stock of some of the best Whiskeys on the market. Definitely worth the 61 miles drive if youre a wine and whiskey aficionado.

Great Store was able to find Ibita Rootbeer . Also got Ibita purple haze, strawberryv& amber lager all excellent products from Louisiana the Rootbeer is made with Louisiana Cane Sugar. We discovered this Rootbeer in Lafayette La on a recent trip @Rhe Spoonbill Watering hole & Grill
