Doc is awesome, quick and efficient but personable too. Then Ms Sarah in the glasses portion of the center helped me figure out which glasses looked best (they NEVER give you opinions normally and its annoying) and she helped me figure out what was the best deal for me. And all.of them were so fast at this process. I was done with ALL of it by twenty min after my scheduled appointment time.

I was greeted by courteous nice people and Dr. Chrisman was so helpful.I didnt realize how bad my eyes were getting. He educated me on why my eyes were so dry and Im getting bad headaches. My vision was very poor and I desperately needed new glasses.They went above and beyond my expectations.

My wife made an appointment and still had to wait an hour. After sitting in a very uncomfortable plastic chair for an hour one of the assistants decides to take her temperature, something I did not see him do with other patients. After she returned home and tried to order glasses from an online company she was informed she needed PD distance which was left blank on her prescription form. However when she called to retrieve this information the front desk said they were unable to pull up her information (which was just the day before). The front desk person said they would call her back with the needed information. Several minutes later another assistant called to say they do not do PD unless asked by the patient. The first assistant offered to do this if you return to their office, however we are in a pandemic so who wants to return to an overly crowded store where face mask are not mandated. I would not recommend going to the optometrist

Do not buy your glasses here do not buy anything here they hide inside Walmart and will not allow you to utilize any types of insurance for broken glasses or anything like that basically go screw yourself is the mentality of the staff there at all times for the last couple years Ive tried to utilize their services multiple times and it ends with the same screw yourself service mentality

I just got out of an appointment here, and I was nothing but pleased. I went in not knowing what it was going to be like, but left so happy. JB, the receptionist there is absolutely wonderful and so incredibly sweet and honestly made the whole experience worthwhile herself. Thank you JB and thank you to the rest of the staff for being wonderful and listening to all I had to say and complain about.

The front office woman was extremely rude, and condescending. Was incapable of being polite when trying to figure out my insurance. Incompetent, and with attitude. No thank you. Don’t go here if you have insurance and expect any friendly cooperation!! 😡

Went there to get my husbands glasses fixed. The frame hinge broke. We were told at the time of purchase that there was a life time warranty. When I got there they told me there was no such thing. Only a year on the frames and 2 years on the lens. That warranty is the reason why we both got glasses from them. Needless to say we wont be back there to get glasses. Very ruse customer service.

Very professional and nice. They were very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my eyes and pointing me in the direction of a really good specialist to take care of what I needed when I had an ulcer in my eye.
