Had to get new glasses, but didn’t know what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in the staff was very welcoming. Ayleen was very calm and helpful allowing me to take my time in selecting my glasses. Would highly recommend this branch.
I went in to have my lenses changed out of my prescription sunglasses to non prescription and it was handled so smooth. The woman (sorry forgot the name) with long black hair helped me out, she was so kind and took care of me right away. When I returned to pick them up, same thing, was greeted and given my glasses all nice and clean. Will definitely be back. Thank you again
The doctors here at this location was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about my vision. I thought since I had lasik done, my vision would be perfect but the doctors explained to me that my vision will not stay perfect. I ended up having a light prescription and needed to get some glasses. Jason who helped me pick my glasses did a great job. He did not pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want. He was very professional and let me take my time. Overall I had a great experience there and plan to go back for my yearly check ups.
Reed took great care of adjusting my new glasses and taking my order for a second pair. He is very polite and knowledgeable and made it an excellent 5 star LensCrafters experience. Went back and my wife bought a second pair, and I had lenses replaced due to chipping from a drop. We received the same superior service Jessica and Roz.
My customer service representative (Jessica) is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. I have several pairs of glasses and even from this exact store. By FAR the best. I would hire her tomorrow.

Went in on Monday before closing, I was the last customer of the day. Seemed like optometrist was rushing. She did both my glasses and contact prescription in less than 5 minutes. I told her prescription was too strong she ignored me. Customer service rep told me I could recheck with another optometrist. I did on Saturday. The new optometrist ask why I went in again, I explained. He told me I asked too many questions and that is why previous optometrist was not able to conduct proper exam. I said I didnt ask questioned I just said can you go back to previous slide when they say 1 or 2 because she was going super fast. Then he redid exam and told me based on my eye picture I need higher prescription. I told him I see fine with glasses I am wearing my baby broke them so that is why I was there in first place. He then wanted to give me higher prescription contact lenses as a trial I said the ones the other optometrist gave me headaches with higher prescription. I could read fine with old contact and glasses, then optometrist said, I dont care about you customers, I just want to get people in and out of here. I was shocked he said that so I continued to process what he said. Then I told him you dont have to be rude and disrespectful. I asked him what happened to him, he was always very nice. I told him i didnt want contact lenses just keep them. And I walked out, as I was walking out he apologized and said he was annoyed he had to work when they were being under construction. I walked out but people saw and heard what he said so the manager called me to apologize. She was super nice, but definitely would not go there again.
The store manager (Raaz) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the various lenses.Reid was also very patient and knowledgeable about the lens options and differences.Excellent customer service! The best I have experienced! Highly recommend this Lens Crafters.

The doctor was really great. What I like about LensCrafter is the technology the doctors have access to. As a patient, I can see what they see. Gives me confidence.Also Chris, the lab tech was outstanding!The reason I gave a 9 is because the day before, when I tried to schedule an appointment online, the system kept going down, telling me there were no appointments available for the rest of the year. I picked up the phone and called to make the appt. Sadly, the stores dont know when the scheduling system is down. Lastly, The 9 would be a 5 if I were scoring on the fact that LC is no longer going to be offering same-day service. Thats what really sets them apart from everyone else. My experience was definitely a 9. The 5 is a separate score for the corporate decision.

I was in there buying new glasses the other day and Luis helped me in 30 minutes, literally after I browsed for 15 I told him I was going to have to come back to handle the transaction because I only had 15 minutes and he asked if I was sure because I will be amazed at what he could do in 15. He did the whole transaction within my 15 minutes. He was great.
Dr Zoeckler was fantastic for the exam. Chris, Reid and Raaz where really helpful with getting glasses ordered as well! I will definitely be back!!!

As always, I had a great visit with Gina and Reid at the Temecula location! For many years I’ve been going to that location and have always had the best service and enjoyed my visits with them. Missing some of the old staff that have moved on… But super thankful to still have a few of the long timers there to greet me cheerfully and always offer above exceptional service. A tiny screw felt off my glasses and I came by to see if it could be fixed. In less than a second it was fixed no questions asked!! Awesome!!
We picked up my young daughter’s glasses at LensCrafters. After a week, we realized her glasses were too big on her and constantly slipped down. So, I went back to LensCrafters. Brittany was very helpful and assisted us with this matter. She showed us other pairs of sunglasses that would be a better fit for my daughter. We were taken care of right away. My daughter gets her new glasses soon! Looking forward to them.

They immediately took me in and repaired my sunglasses but it was at the end of the day, i could tell they were rushing but decided to take my glasses so i came and picked them up the next day expecting to pay and i didn’t have to! The staff were so sweet and kind!

Dr. Zoeckler was the most informative eye doctor I have ever been to. Explained what he was looking for on my retinal scans while showing me on the picture.Harith was a complete pleasure helping us out with the frames and lenses. He really made the whole visit a gratifying memory!
Honestly, they squeezed me in today to take a look at my eyes last minute. The lady was so kind and empathetic! She was so sweet and very understanding.My eyes were having some sort of allergic reaction and the doctor, a little too serious but he knows his stuff! He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on. He is a bit monotone but overall very knowledgeable and he figured out what the problem was quickly. I was scared to go here because of the reviews. However, I took my chance because they were the only ones willing to take me on a Sunday. Thank you so much for your help! I would recommend this place be mindful glasses are a bit overpriced. It is in a mall though.. hope this helps.
We were walk-ins and Raazia took us in and entertained us immediately for eye exam. Cyra, the advsor was very communicative on what to expect and she transitioned me so smoothly with Dr Kho who made me so comfortable, assured, and comprehensively explained to me the results of the exams. By then Dr Kho sent me to the frames so i could shop around, then Chris introduced himself that he would be assisting me with the pricing, fitting, and closing of transaction.IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS I WOULD! This Team is powerful, stark difference from the team i encountered 4 years ago. Lens Crafters gained my loyalty back.

Went in for an eye exam and the entire staff was so friendly!! It was my very first time as a LensCrafter customer and I was very happy with my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Zoecklar! He was very attentive, answered all of my questions and even made recommendations on what type of lens would fit best for me. 10/10 recommend!
Great experience! My glasses broke but we fortunately had the protection plan. Reid was fantastic! Got my frame exchanged that same day within 30 min I had a new pair of glasses!

I just spoke to a lady on the phone at this location to ask if my glasses were ready for pick up and she said they would call if they were. I asked her to still check because its been over a week and she did, and they were ready and no one called. So I let her know I was coming to pick them up and I get there and the gate to the store is closed. I could see all o the employees and was standing there just wanting to pick them up and several of them made eye contact and immediately looked away. I then proceeded to call the store just to ask if they can just hand me my glasses and they didnt answer. They are very unorganized and that just really frustrated me.

You take too long even when a person makes an appointment. Your doctors dont get the prescription correct. You tell customers you dont take their insurance, when you actually can take it. Twice I went back and you still got the prescription wrong. You charge way too much fro glasses and you lie to people about things that must be done a specific way with specific glasses so you can make money. Your doctor refused to give me the refund for my eye exam even after the fact that they got it wrong twice. They wanted me to keep going back until they get it right. That is very inconvenient for a customer. At your store I bought 3 pairs of glasses at your store for over $1000, I went to Costco, they took my insurance and I got 3 pairs of nice brand glasses, Ray Bans, Guess, Bebe, and the entire cost was about $300. If you want to charge people this much money, you better treat them like royalty and give them 1st class service. But you just lost one customer who was loyal to you for years and spent thousands of dollars at your store. Come to find out theres no such thing as Ray Bans HAVE to have specific lenses that cost thousands.
I waited a month and a half for glasses that were supposed to come in a week and they shut down the store, no way of reaching them. I had to call the one in menifee that told me to call the one in the Macy’s at the mall. Apparently they gave all the orders to the ones in the Macy’s without calling or texting us about it. I’ve been waiting for my order which had been PLACED AND PAID FOR. For over a month and a half. Horrible communication. Do not recommended
I had the BEST experience at this location! Even before I got there! I spoke with Jordan on the phone, and he was extremely helpful and kind. When I got there, I was welcomed and they even took me into my exam 20 minutes early! The doctor had so much knowledge and was just as helpful. When I finished, both Jordan and Melissa helped me out to figure out which glasses to buy. There was another gentlemen that was helpful as well, but his name escapes me (so sorry!). The only bummer was that I had to special order my lenses, but it will be worth it!! Thank you so much for making my day! Especially Jordan!! You are the BEST!!

Had to do a late walk-in for an eye exam. They were able to get me in with a little waiting as I hoped. In the meantime I looked for frames. Doctor Kho was very kind and understood my eyes very well. After the examination she connected me with a representative who showed me all of the details and pricing regarding the grams I chose which included any insurance coverage amounts. I was able to come back the next morning and pick up my glasses without any issues as they promised. Other than the overall price of what I paid, the service was great and I enjoyed the experience.

I went in to check out frames last week. I started browsing the selection and no one in the store acknowledged my presence for 10 minutes. There were only 3 other people in the store. Two were already being helped. A gentleman walked in after me and they greeted him and told him to have a seat. I finally went to the podium and stood in front of an associate who was free. It took her a few minutes to even acknowledge me. I asked her about my benefits coverage and she said another girl would need to help me. The other girl approached and the manager, who was with another customer, barked that she needed to take a break and sent her away. She then barked at me to have a seat and someone would help me. It was incredibly rude and I let her know Id come back in a bit. I returned and the manager was seated with no customer. I asked her about my benefits and she rudely told me they dont accept my new insurance and if I had to come out of my pocket for lenses on my old insurance, it would be in the $300 range!?! The selection of cute frames are few and theyre ridiculously overpriced. The staff is rude and ill trained. The OD I visited a couple years ago gave me a prescription that was half the power I needed. He lied and said my vision had gotten better. I had headaches and eye strain, so I followed up with another OD. Lenscrafters prescribed -1.75 and my vision was still -2.5 like it always has been. went to Americas Best and the staff greeted me the second I came in the door and were attentive. Their frames were much more attractive and they had a much wider selection of designs. A discount retailer made lenscrafters look like trash. The senior managment really needs to do something with this store. Its an embarrassment to see a business operate like this.
Bought two pair last year, haven’t been happy with one since beginning. Trying to replace said pair elsewhere and they aren’t helping fax my prescription. Friendly staff, but not very helpful. Not a very large selection of frames either. Only benefit of this store is they are made on site, and relatively quickly.
This place is a joke. DO NOT COME HERE! Most of them don’t know what they are doing. I’ve waited 3 months just for a simple prescription.
My eye frame selection and fitting was very expediant and professional, as well as relational. Great personality which made me comfortable with my choice.
My parents waited 2 weeks to get glasses as they said there machine was down.. really why not take care of there customers and to think I recommended them. Management at the facility needs some customer care training !!

Went to this location to get a new pair of eye glasses. After receiving my glasses they didnt feel right. I tried to get them to recheck them but all they did was imply I was wrong. I gave up and went to a different optometrist and got the correct prescription glasses. Dont waste your money.

The employees at Lenscrafters Temecula Promenade Mall are rude and act like they are doing you a favor instead of realizing that they are in business and have their job because of the customers who come in! Go to a different Lenscrafters where the employees are friendly and respectful of your time!
I could give zero stars if possible. About an year ago I ordered some glasses to my son. They asked to wait 2 weeks.. after 2 weeks the glasses were not there yet.. then they asked to stop by next saturday... I did.. the glasses were not there.. the manager very RUDE told me it is my problem because the system sent me a message informing the delay... I showed my cellphone saying I do not have any SMS neither email neither phone call.. Horrible service.... expensive, rude, late... HORRIBLE
Very sad how the people have no clue what they are doing. The employees are rude!!!! They charges you for mistakes they make. I wish I could contact corporate about this but they don’t have a phone number. Don’t go here! If anything go to a different location!
I paid over $600 dollars for 2 pairs of glasses plus insurance (in which I was told would cover any accidents/incidents with the glasses) The coating on my glasses has started to spot up, I took my glasses in to have my lens replaced and was told I would have to pay an additional $25! When I asked what was the need for insurance the gum chewing associate responded so you wont have to pay full price!?! On top of my lens being the worst now they want to charge me more. NO MORE LENS CRAFTERS for me or my family!!! I feel like I just throw my money in the trash. A waste.
No customer care traing at all. I was told that my contacts would be mailed to me. After waiting for them to come in the mail i finally stopped in to see what the hold up was. My contacts were in the store and no one bothered to call and let me know. Its also never a smooth process when it comes to my insurance. On the two occations that ive gone, im always told im not eligible im always had to get my insurance company on the phone to prove my Eligibility. All they care about is their bottom line.
I thought I could save money by replacing the lenses in an old pair of eyeglasses for my new prescription, instead of buying new frames. I went to lenscrafters and the bill for just regular lenses (no frames) was above $450.00. When I got home, I looked at the receipt and noticed they had added $35.00 for insurance. I didnt want insurance and didnt realize that I paid for it either. Also, I looked online and found that I could buy a new pair of eyeglasses and lenses for half of what lenscrafters charged me for just regular lenses. I wont go to lenscrafters again.
Customers are very rude and inconsiderate of people. Attitudes were noticed immediately. As expensive as they are, one would think they would treat people better. I will take my business elsewhere.
I recently went to this location and the Dr. said they didn’t have my exact size for contact trials but gave me what they thought would fit. They didn’t fit well and when I called the next day I was told I could only come in certain days to get a refitting when the day before someone just told me to come back whenever. I’m just glad I didn’t buy the year supply they were suggesting to me. I’m so unhappy with the service here and now I feel stuck with a place that isn’t going to help or get me what I actually need.
I must say I am EXTREMELY disappointed in writing this poor review because our inital intentions were to write an AMAZING one. My fiance and I were waiting to write about the incredible experience we had after we returned for our second visit. Unfortunately, our interaction with the SUPERVISOR MIKALA definitely ruined it! We live in the San Diego county and commuted to Temecula to go clothes shopping. We ended up passing by Lens Crafters and decided to take a peek inside the store. Long story short, we were gratefully helped by their PHENOMENAL associate/lab tech ABRAHAM. We unexpectedly ended up buying a pair of eye glasses for over $500 (but definitely well worth it). He was extremely patient with us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my fiance acquire her eye glass prescription so we can pursue with the order. Abrahams customer service and overall spectacular work ethic was the BEST! He told us the glasses would be ready in about 1 week. We mentioned to him that we wanted him to continue to help us when we returned to pick them up because of how AWESOME he was. He even told us he would be working when we went the glasses were ready. So let me now get to the point. My fiance received an automated text that her glasses were ready for pick up. She called the store just to be sure the glasses were indeed ready to pick up before we took the hour drive over there. MIKALA answered and right away was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She made the statement well you wouldnt get a text if the glasses werent ready. My fiance was surprised by her statement, but just brushed it off. She advised MIKALA that we live far, so if she can look her info up to just re-confirm. Which seemed bothersome to MIKALA because she was short with her response and replied yup. My fiance then asked if Abraham was there and she said No, he will be in to close. She hung up the phone with her, but we called back because we wanted to see what time he would be in so we can plan our route accordingly. MIKALA was reluctant in letting us know a time frame, even though we STRESSED to her the distance we lived and the reason we want to continue our service with Abraham. She began raising her voice and repeated that he closes and we can come in before then. Wow, really?! Now to bring up something more UPSETTING, Abraham was indeed there!!!!! After going to the store that evening, we were notified he was in at 12pm!! We called a little after 12! MIKALA did not even mention to Abraham that he had clients asking for him. Not sure whats going on with her, but she should definitely NOT be in the supervisor position. The unhelpful, poor, rude, unprofessional characteristics she was exhibiting should not be accepted. I AM going to notify CORPORATE about this unfortunate and unnecessary situation that happened involving a supervisor who doesnt know how to provide the positive leadership role a supervisor should acquire. Hopefully they can take action in fixing this problem. To the higher management of this store, you should consider Abraham in this leadership role or please acknowledge his AMAZING work qualities! Even though we will still return for further assistance with Abraham, we really hope not to encounter MIKALA EVER AGAIN!

We were somewhat disappointed in the fact that when my wife asked if they had some nose padding for her glasses, they said we could go to CVS and look for them. What, we just paid a large sum of money to a what we thought was a high class Eyeglass Store, only to be told that we had to go to CVS. Really, what kind of service does LensCrafters, Promenade Temecula, really give? News Flash, before you buy your glasses please go to CVS to see if you can get nose pads for your glasses !
