Ive been going to this office for several years. The staff behind the counter and nice, attentive and helpful. And the doctors there are Thorough and accurate. this is why continue to go.

Both the Doctor and the front office assistant were amazing. The assistant went out of her way to make sure I could use my vision insurance, she was far more than an assistant! The Doctor was very attentive to my needs and made certain I left happy and with what I needed. I had a very positive experience at this location.

The people that work at this office are both very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a very comfortable place to go, which is very important when trying to find a place to trust with something as important as your vision. Also, the doctor is very patient. If you are having an issue with your prescription, she will be very understanding and do all she can to find the best fit for you, whether that is for glasses or contact lenses.

It was my first visit, and I saw Dr.Haleh Guilak with a very nice and welcoming smile. I talked to her about my daughters vision and she said I will see her today if shes with you, so I brought my daughter within a very short time of waiting, the doctor met with her and started examining her. She told us what she needs and the doctor was very friendly, and she gave my daughter a free pair of contacts with solution to try out for a week so my daughter could see if she felt comfortable with the contacts so we could order after one week. I highly recommend for everyone to visit this office.

Hi my first time at your office as well as my first time having a complete eye exam. A trainee conducted my test and it appeared clearly that I was her first patient. The person training her was more concentrated on the trainee than helping me understand the procedure of the tests and that made me feel uncomfortable and question if the tests were done properly. The savor to all of this was my one to one test with the Doctor who was 5 star and very helpful. Had the doctor not been so good I would have cancelled my sons appointment for tomorrow and found another service provider. I rank the first stage of my visit 1 star and the second part with the doctor 5 star. Blended rank of 3 because the your staff Doctor saved it.

Appointment was at 11:20. Got here at 11. And is just getting seen by the doctor, it is now 12:11. Didnt get taken for the eye fields until 12. Will not come here again.

Dr. Guilak and her staff are fast, helpful, and friendly! You should definitely make an appointment with them.

The receptionist was great. She was bombed on the phone and having an issue with insurance verification. She kept me apprised and got me in as soon as she was able.

Dr. Guilak provided to me excellent eye care and diagnostics. She and her staff were very courteous, gracious and professional. I was a walk-in patient but was seen very quickly and made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The tests and diagnostics were done very quickly and comprehensively. I took my 6yr old son with autism here. Dr.Guilak was ok. But the office staff was horrible to me and my son. She visibly got frustrated with him because he was having trouble with the bright lights of the machine. She was incredibly disrespectful and rude! I will not be going back there because of the office staff!

I recently went to Dr. Haleh Guilak for an eye exam. My vision had changed and I needed to get a pair of eyeglasses for driving. Dr. Guilak was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I didnt make an appointment ahead of time but still, I didnt have to wait very long. Finding an eye doctor that allows you to just walk in and wait, without making an appointment first is rare. Her office is inside the Walmart on Temecula Parkway in Temecula, CA. She only does eye exams. She doesnt sell eyeglasses so you dont have to worry about being pressured to buy over-priced eyeglasses. Dr. Guilak provides a paper copy of the prescription so you can buy eyeglasses or contacts anywhere. Right next door to Dr. Guilak, inside the Walmart, is a place that sells eyeglasses but this place is not related to Dr. Guilak and I did not purchase eyeglasses from this place.The next time I need my vision checked, Ill definitely go see Dr. Haleh Guilak again.

I was very impressed with Dr. Guilak and her staff. They were more than accomodating, when I got lost and arrived late for my appointment. They were very kind and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent doctor.

If I could give a Rating of a ZERO I would! This is the worst horrible treatment that a Naval Retired Veterans family could have ever received. ALL TRICARE PATIENTS PLEASE DO SUPPORT THIS CLINIC! My entire family have supported this clinic financially for three years and the customer service sucks! I happen to call for emergency help because I had a contact get stuck in my eye. Sadly my prescription was through this same office. What makes it horrible the Owner/doctor sits at the front desk and just watch do nothing. All I ask if they could at east have the doctor look at my eye. The front office manager refused for about 10 minutes debating that thier nothing wrong with me before I could get a clear word out! Then she sits down at the front desk whispering and they are teying to figure out a charge. So unprofessional! I will never allow my family to be seen for another follow up. Worst experience ever and I will make my complaint through tricare.

I wouldnt have given them 1 star but I didnt have a choice to rate them below that. My sons appointment was schedule for 940am, we arrived 10 mins early and the office is closed. Their office hours state they open at 9am. The doctor arrives at 940. Apprently their receptionist didnt know her schedule. The MD never once apologized for being late or for the office not being open. Then there were two people waiting with us one without an appointment and the other whos appointment was schedule for 11am were seen before my son. Really!? I will never come to this office again, very unorganized and unprofessional.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience there yesterday. I showed up 10 minutes early for my 9:40 appt to be greeted by another customer who was given a 9:20 appt despite them opening at 9:30 AM. the worker explained they had a new worker and was unapologetic. So this pushed my appt back and forced me to wait 30 minutes to be called back. Again, no apologies or consideration for my valuable time. Their machines are basic, the exam itself was basic, and it also doesnt appear to be the cleanest place...I wont be returning.

Always courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable, I always reccomend Dr Guilak to people I know.
