I had an appointment at 10:00. I arrived on time and they had a long line for service. It took me 1:50 minutes to leave the dealership. Loaner was very dirty, ( I sent pictures to enterprise) had a air leak on the driver’s side back tire. Loaner was terrible. I had waited almost all day the following day waiting for an update on my vehicle, I had to called in since I never received a call. I was told that the technician went home and that I had to wait until next day. I waited until next day and I didn’t get an update either. I call in and the car was ready. Bruce was nice but I think they need to communicate more with the client to let them know what’s the status of the repair. This is the third time I take this new vehicle to be worked on. I bought this new vehicle to have no problems and it’s been very defective. I am loosing I lot of my time on repairs. The very First day, less than 5 minutes after I drove out of the dealer parking lot when I bought the car, engine light came on. It was in the dealer several days repairing the issue then seat belt could not be used, again several days in the dealer and now a defective driver seat upholstery tearing apart for no reason. Bad experience with this vehicle and dealership.
Had my first ever service for my Mercedes and it all went smoothly! Everything was simple and easy! My service advisor Reza was cool and was comfortable to talk to.I live in Escondido which has a Mercedes Benz dealership but I opted to go to MB in Temecula because of the top notch service I experience here every time. And it also helps that they have a nice and fairly new building which displays gorgeous cars!!Will always come back here for all of my car service needs.Oh and special mention to Alex too, he sold me my car way back October last year and he was great!! No pressure in selling the car and made me and my wife feel comfortable in our purchase.

What made Mercedes Benz Temecula is my favorite is because from the Manager Chris, to Service Manager, Jose Hernandez and almost all employees, they are friendly and accommodating. As soon as you enter the front door they greet you with smiles, and they offers sits and cold water bottles. During your stays in lounge they let you feel comfortable while waiting for your car services . Their place is near and clean including their restrooms! The car agents who will meet you in the lot are all looking sharp and neat in their suits and tie. They look very professional. The shuttle driver, Shane is very polite and courteous to the passengers giving rides. Even the attendants in car wash or services are all look clean, neat and friendly. GOOD JOB! The only reason its not a 5 is because my credit score For some reason was reading a bit lower than what I saw it to be on my own. 3.9 Apr isnt terrible but if it was read the same when I looked it up maybe my Apr could have been a bit lower. My sales person Jordan was great, I didnt feel that dealership pressure. Other than that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my GLC 300! :)
I have purchased a lot of cars and trucks during my life time but this is the first time I have bought a Mercedes. This dealership is unbelievable! Every staff member I encountered was a total professional. The amazing thing that I observed was every sales person wore a suit and tie. Im talking jacket (on) at all times, not just a shirt with a tie. The staff was very respectful, helpful and patient. There was no pressure or up selling. The facilities were impeccable. The dealership even has a coffee shop for their customers. I was totally impressed.
Our sales guy Q was amazing. I have never been a fan of dealerships, so I typically buy or lease vehicles online. I reached out to Walters in Riverside, who is a lot closer to me, geographically. Walters contacted me first wanting to buy my then current vehicle, but once i responded to their email, I received no reply. I then reached out to MB of Temecula, who responded immediately. I setup my appointment, met with Q, who is a super friendly guy, knowledgeable and downright awesome! Jackie who helped work the numbers was also super friendly and worked a great deal for us. Then we met Wayne the finance manager who drew up our lease, was also exceptional and all around great guy. This was my and my wifes first new Mercedes, the experience was a memory I will remember forever. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Temecula! First off, I have always had great experience with Mercedes service department. However we relocated so went to the Temecula one and this time I was so disappointed. The drop off was great. It was a routine 60,000 mile service and the service coordinator did notify me there was a recall on my car so if they had the parts they would fix it otherwise we would reschedule when they karts came in. I dropped off at 10:30am. I texted service coordinator at 5:00 pm because I had not heard if car was done. It was then he informed me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. We were in the process of moving so I wasn’t going to be available the next say so mentioned I would pick it up day after. I wish I had known car would take 24 hours as I would have asked for a rental. I received a text next day that car was ready. I paid my invoice and the following day went to pick up my car. I texted service coordinator to let him know I was coming. No response. I get to dealership and was given my receipt. Nobody explained the work that was done despite my $1330 bill. I didn’t see my service coordinator. I went outside to get my car. It was in fact still not ready. The car hadn’t been washed and there was tape on the window from the sunroof repair. My husband had left so I had to wait. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication from my service coordinator. I will most likely make the hour drive to Anaheim Hills as they give too notch service.

We were informed who to contact once we arrived, upon arrival we were assisted immediately. The vehicle was pulled into the bay and ready us to test drive and review. Since this was a used vehicles a few items were seen on the vehicle were in need of attention, with no hesitation will be fixed. This makes buying the car a better experience. We started our day at Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside and with comparison to Mercedes-Benz of Temecula, hands down Temecula is the place to purchase your next vehicle. Riverside would not fix any of the flaws on the vehicle they would only sell as is. Since this is my first high end luxury vehicle purchase, I hope the great experience does not end. I have a Mercedes S550 that i bought less than a year ago and have had several issues with the car that have made me think twice about the quality of the Dealership and the quality of American Mercedes. The first issue that I encountered was that when I purchased this car I traded up because the S550 I had prior was always in the shop for electrical issue and the door arms leather was always lifting and creating a bubble in the arm rest. that was in the 2015 S550 that I traded up for the 2016. I had just left the dealership when I looked over and saw the same problem with the 2016 that they swapped me into and of course it cost way more. I turn around and went back to the dealership with in 5 min. and said why should I buy this one it has the same problems. I will take back my old one instead. I was met with a general manager that said I could not return the car and that he would force me to take it using legal force. I then spent hours with them trying to come to some agreement which resulted in them giving me back my deposit and making the repairs .Now less than 6 months Later and less than 350000 miles on the car both back doors the leather is separating on both the right and left rear doors. see the attached picture . I am not really happy to go back there to get his fix because They have not done good repairs. They have not done a good job and the rims that are factory and the paint is coming off and the have told me it due to the heat and sun Global warming now also plays a part in them not wanting to take reasonability for poor craftsmans ship and products

Service Advisor terrible, won’t even diagnose your car first but will give you a price estimate to fix it. Coming in with a loaner car appointment because I’m on a tight schedule, I have work and pick up the kids after. But I have to sit there for more than an hour and make a decision to fix it or not, won’t even run a diagnostic test first. The loaner guys in the front desk are so rude, got a BMW as a loaner car, and I’m not used to driving it with different functions told him about it and he goes “okay well take the shuttle then” I’m speechless. Overcharged you for everything don’t come here for services. I will go elsewhere next time, even though this place is the closest to my house. Last time coming here for services greatly sad and feel degraded.
Friendly and respectful staff, however fixing a simple weather strip took a whole week is unexpected. It’s good the dealer offered a free loaner.

Worst experience at a service center I have ever had. No communication from elizabeth at all. I Had my vehicle towed there and never received a call to advise any eta. I had an appointment set up and it was suppose to be done same day. I Called Elizabeth multiple times and never received any updates . Elizabeth tried to sell me services that were not needed. Horrible horrible service .
I needed an inspection of my car. They did keep my car for a week without doing nothing on it, not even to call me for the inconvenience of keeping me without a car. After a week I did send an e-mail to Jose let him know that I will come to pick my car. He told me will have it ready, not even a sorry for doing nothing in a whole week. They cover their complete management incompetence blaming the Covid-19 Pandemic. With a parody APPOINTMENT require, they take in a lot of cars daily but can fix just a few of them. Its not a way to do business. We have to try somewhere else(Escondido) because Mercedes Of Temecula is totally a mess

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the general manager and sales manager.I might have expected that with a new vehicle purchase but not a used one.The GL550 was exactly as described. Service itself was outstanding! They finish my car 2 hours early. Giving 4 stars because the loaner car portion of it was a hassle. The dealership had the car but I still had to drive to Enterprise to get the vehicle signed out to me. So that portion was a hassle and unsatisfactory. Thought it would be more convenient for the customers.

This dealership went over and beyond my expectations!! I don’t even know where to start from the wonderful customer service I received. I had a horrible experience at Toyota and The Ford dealership. I was trying to purchase a business lease and after six hours of waiting around to be told no. Something told me to call Mercedes Benz of Temecula because I figured if I’m going to get denied at least let it be from the top. I called I talked with Colin he was so patient with me so helpful I told him about my experience of what I just went through. I gave him what I had to qualify he put me on a quick hold. Came back to the phone told me to come down and meet with huck Who specializes in business leases and can get us approved. I was hesitant and said well I just waited all of this time I don’t wanna wait again to be denied. He said if I could go within the next 30 minutes they could have me out in under an hour. I couldn’t believe it not only were they so fast but they were able to help me over the phone and I felt so comfortable. We arrived at the dealership. Absolute beautiful dealership I walk in the front door and I am greeted by Mark such an amazing guy! He took us to start our paperwork and within 15 mins they already had options in front of us! We came to get the new 2022 GLS-450 not only did they get us A new vehicle but we got approved with less than an hour signed and made a deposit to secure our vehicle! Huck was amazing as well he came in to say congratulations and that they would call us as soon as our car is ready! When I tell you how amazing this experience was words cannot describe it. When we left we felt like part of The Mercedes-Benz family ! Thank you so much for your time and helping us! So I recently bought a 2018 GLA 250. I worked with Aaron Fickle as the salesman for the day. He was so much more than a salesman. From the moment we stepped on the lot to look at cars, he came up to us so friendly and showed us the newer models as well as the used models. He spoke directly to me, as the car buyer, and not only to my boyfriend who was with me. He matched my energy level which was nice because sometimes car buying can be really overwhelming. I ended up signing papers the same day! Love my new car!! There was even a problem with the front camera after purchasing and Aaron sent me to Sam in the service department who completely took care of it and got me a rental for the entire duration of my new car being in the shop. Thank you to Aaron, Sam, and Gary for making the whole process a breeze!!
Since the dealer requested a review and their automated system sent me a link then here we go!!An absolute nightmare experience trying to figure out why a brand new tire wasnt holding air. Took the vehicle in on a Monday got it back on Tuesday saying all was good ans within minutes showed another bad reading. Initially on Monday we all agreed it was a bad sensor and it was never replaced!! After brining the car back and with sensor to be replaced it was then determined the wheel was cracked. Wait a minute if people were actually doing their jobs they would have noticed the cracked wheel the day before not after it had to be brought back in. Poor customer service, poor service from the advisor who kept texting the wrong number. Ive had better experiences at a KIA dealer than this.
Bought the car I wanted from them and I was 4.5 hours away. 6 of them for sale in California. They went above and beyond to make the purchase happen! Thank you again Alex and staff.
I had my van in about 5-6 times over the last 2 years with wheel speed sensor issues on my sprinter and spoke to Sam Lafoca about it and he took care of it. He had the service tech manager involved, they dug into it and found an electronic issue with another part of the system that was triggering faults With the wheel speed sensors so he ordered it and got it fixed within a couple days. In the meantime I had really needed my van for that week and he was able to get another sprinter loaner for me to use and got me out of the pickle I was in. Sam is truly one of those good guys that will do his best for you!

Gracious and welcoming. Two words to describe my experience.Quickly taken care of.I had an appointment and felt all were ready for me to drive in.When the service technician spoke with me. He explained what the issues were and answered all my questions.The GL 550 was ready before expected.I was exceptionally pleased.With a loaner automobile. I had freedom to accomplish my daily routine.I will use Temecula Mercedes again.
For being a sales manager Gary could barely sell me on a lie that a car was not in their system.TLDR;I purchased a GLC 300 through Carvana and saw through the Carfax history that the car was previously leased and serviced through this dealership. The savvy shopper that I am, I wanted to do my due diligence and make sure Im fully aware of the car I am purchasing. Im well aware that I didnt purchase my Mercedes Benz through the dealership directly, however the dealership information is written throughout the history report and the car has been serviced exclusively at this location for two years. Dont tell me you dont have any record of the car.Make up a better excuse to not help me or tell me a more convincing lie.
Truly had an amazing experience throughout the entire process. James was our salesperson he treated us like family. He listened to what we wanted with no pressure. If I could give a 0 for the customer service here I would, not only did I make my appointment based on the good reviews, I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. Over the phone I’m only offered a “shuttle service” which I did think was odd since usually I am offered a courtesy car, only to arrive this morning for my appointment to everyone else getting courtesy cars but me. Of course I question why I wasn’t given a courtesy car, only for the assistant to tell me I needed to reserve at least a week in advance YET I made my appointment 2 weeks ago… simply doesn’t make sense when I made my appointment with TIME. I’m disappointed with the customer service, even using their “shuttle service” workers seemed uninterested in driving me to my destination. I wanted to walk out and go somewhere, but solely due to the fact that I actually NEED an oil change, I stayed and am now stuck in Temecula for 3 hours. Worst experience ever.

My very first visit at this dealer and probably the last. I would think that this so called prestigious car dealership will impress the customer with good customer service, but instead it turned out to be poor quality. I’ve waited 30 minutes before someone came to assist me in spite of many attendants outside running around pretending they are busy working. From the receptionist to most of the attendants outside, they act classy, or in other words “stock up “. Is it because it’s a Mercedes Benz, and they have to act classy? Until the advisor named Bruce came out who showed his attentiveness to my concerns. I found him easy to talk to without feeling a second class customer. When I pick up the car, I found myself in the same situation. Standing outside while waiting for someone to provide help or at least say something, except for one person who seems cannot stop from what’s he’s doing while other outside attendants were pretending they are working, Thanks to this one attendant who approached and assist me when he saw that no one is helping me,This maybe the only Mercedes Benz in Temecula, but instead of showing you are so important, why not focused in providing an overall good customer service. I wonder if these employees are customer oriented, Perhaps they should be screened and refined to be more courteous and better customer servants, They look good in their black and white uniform, but their customer service experience is very unsatisfactory if not worst,
