VERY VERY GREAT SERVICE!!! I randomly decided to visit DCH Honda of Temecula after a month of disappointing visits from so many other dealerships. I literally walked out with the car I wanted with no hassles or dealer finesses!!!!! Genesis and Barry, the BEST and SWEETEST salesman/woman I’ve ever met, were so patient with me, my mother, AND my grandmother!!! Danny, the GM, was so cool, he definitely knows how to handle a successful dealership and obviously cares for whoever comes through the door! CECILIOOO!!! Cecilio, was the man who finalized all my papers, was about the business, and made the process so painstakingly simple for me. Last weekend my mom and I headed over to Honda and had the pleasure of working with Cameron. We arrived interested in purchasing, but not set on walking away with a new (or used in our case) car. We have had phenomenal experiences with DCH Honda of Temecula, and are repeat customers. We just recently upgraded our Honda Odyssey Touring lease and the entire experience was flawless! We literally were able to negotiate with our team through email and were not only able to reduce our payment, but were able to get the exact car we wanted. I dont know where to even start !?!? We came in with a pre approval letter from a finance company. Did everything on our end we were supposed to . Got the vehicle. Weeks later they allowed several finance companies to continuously run our credit over and over and over again. . Literally 20 times !!!!! Then called back a month later asking for $200. And to sign new paperwork. Stupid us didnt do our research beforehand and relive what was going on . Then weeks after the 2nd signing they again ran our credit over and over again . I called the manager. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK . Nothing !!!! Now 4 months later we have no registration and no plates. After sitting on hold with the DMv for almost 2 hours . I find out they never submitted our paperwork. Nothing was done !!!!! Do not go here !!!! I HAVE BOUGHT many cars in my short lifetime and this is the worst most stressful experience I have ever had !!!!!!!!! I am reporting them to BBB next .
Every time I bring in my Honda for service, everyone there is welcoming. Service is usually fast if not they will give you an estimated time. The advisors are pretty informative to what your car needs. The waiting area is clean. Not to mention they also have fresh coffee. I’m a satisfied customer!
Russ and his service team are super honest and conservative in their estimates. They explain precisely and in easily understood terms what needs to be done. The service is consistently expeditious and of the highest quality.

Marten (sorry if misspelled) went the extra mile, literally. Honestly, I had my mind on another car, but after 2 other dealerships advising us of the supply/demand woes and associated markups, I was ready to give up on the search for that day. Marten had to run down the street to a satellite lot to verify if they had inventory for what I was looking for. I could do the cliche baseball analogy like, “bottom of the 9th, 2 strikes, etc.” However, this should be more about Marten. He was the first to approach with a warm welcome as soon as we came, and offered a full introduction to the car’s features after the sale. Salute to his work ethic and approach.

I definitely am not happy about my experience with this dealership I made an appointment with the sales staff well in advance made the hour drive from San Diego arrived and was told by the sales person that they had been looking for the keys for the vehicle for 1 1/2 hours and couldn’t locate them I was shocked I asked why wasn’t I contacted and asked to reschedule with no answer needless to say I left I never even saw the car I don’t know if they even still had it in stock
I drove here from San Diego for a vehicle but before I came here I looked online and it said the vehicle was available at the store. I tried calling the dealership but no one answered the phone. At the dealership I spoke with a sales representative he said the car was not available and that the it had maintenance issues. This sales representative was kinda of rude and did not apologize for not having the car.
I went to the dealership to test drive a cute little used car but it wasnt the right vehicle for me. My salesman was not at all pushy or insistent which was quite nice. I was going to leave but my daughter insisted I test an awesome 2013 Equinox that she had tested a week before. My daughter was right, the vehicle is perfect for my needs. The Helpful Honda sales crew worked agreeably with me on the price and made the purchase process simple. When Im ready to buy again, I will not hesitate to return to DCH Temecula.
Love DCH Hondas service department! Russ is a wonderful human being, he was honest and took great care of my car. You can tell hes there to help people with getting there vehicles checked and fixed and not all about taking there money! I wish other places were like this, unfortunately thats not the case. CC was awesome to work with. Efficient and ahead of the curve at every turn. I looked at Ocean, Hamer, and Galpin. DCH was the only dealer offering a discount from the MSRP.
Our sales person was very nice and helpful.The problem started when we got the paperwork for the pricing. Right off the start they jacked the price from the suggested manufacturers price up $4,000. Then they tacked on a bunch of stuff that is standard and I know so because I checked after we left. By the time they were done the price tag went up another $12,000 from $44,000 to $56,000.We were disappointed with that and then they told us they would not give us any reduction in the final price. That if we didnt take it someone else will.I work in the customer service and that is not how you treat customers.

Somehow this place felt more genuine and less like a sales floor - And I spoke with several different people too, spanning several departments! DCH Temecula has always been great in just about everything. Sales people have always been great and non pushy even when getting my car serviced. I test drove a new car once when I was getting my car serviced but surprisingly, I preferred my car better. I would have bought the new car had I liked it more. Service has always been great, genuine and fair in price.

By far and wide the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I live 45 minutes away in Rancho Bernardo, was worth every second of the 1.5 hour round trip. Almost everything was done over the phone while I was working my job delivering packages. Walked in, signed a few papers, bounced in the new ride. Cant ask for more really. 10/10 would do again. Camron and CeCe were amazing, literally had me in and out of there in under 30 minutes start to finish.

On 8/8/21, I traveled 50 miles from my home to buy Ridgeline from DCH Temecula as it was not available close to my home . I was told by the sales rep. that the tonneau cover that i bought, was not available at that time. He assured that he will have it mailed to my house, once it is available, and it is very easy to self install. He also said that he can alternatively mail it to a local Honda dealership for them to instal for us so I wont have to travel this far for the cover. Subsequent 3-4 weeks we kept calling DCH Temecula, with no response from the dealer re. the cover. Finally we got in touch with them today. They say they have the cover now but I will have to drive all the way to their dealership and will take them half a day to instal!! I requested for them to mail it to me, as they had said at the time of purchase, but they declined. Also the local Honda dealership is not willing to instal it for me. DCH Temecula refuses to provide me with a shuttle or a rental to go back to work since they need half a day to instal it. They also cannot do it over the weekend which means I have to take a day off from work, drive 100 miles (entire trip) and sit at the dealer ship for 5-6 hours.This is POOR customer service, misinformation at the time of purchasing. We could have very easily bought the cover directly from the local Honda dealership and got it installed. But now I have paid them and I am being asked to suffer to get it installed.I am willing to go to the local dealership close to me to get the cover installed, but it does not seem to be an option for me.Would not recommend DCH Temecula and will take my business elsewhere in the future
Amazing staff, always honest and willing to go beyond for customers. Been in there twice for repairs, second time involved a warranty issue with a specialty part. This was quickly sussed out by my assigned mechanic Rick Reveles, he truly was a godsend and helped me get on the road as quick as possible. I will definitely keep bringing my Accord here!!
Yeah I would agree with the other comments of having a great experience. Very friendly and not pushy. I came in looking at a used car that I saw on CarGurus and it did have more cosmetic damage than I expected but they were very fair in the work that they provided to compensate for that and giving me a great deal. I believe Barry and Chris were the two gentlemen that assisted us and I would go on in a limb to say these are two top notch individuals. The staff at every department that Ive engaged with has always been friendly and knowledgeable. There was a mix up at my last service appointment but they were quick to remedy the error. I know everyone’s experience is different and mine is unfortunately terrible! We recently moved from HI to Murrieta and had to get a smog check for my 2019 Passport. Unbeknownst to me my car was having issues with the Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR) not resetting. The person at the smog check station told me to drive the car for over 100 miles and hopefully it will reset. After nearly 2,000 miles and numerous YouTube videos still no luck. I took my car to Temecula Honda and Larry, who seemed like a nice guy, told me to do the same as there is nothing the technicians could do. After a nearly a month of trying I took my car back to the dealership and this time the Manager asked if I needed help. I told him I spoke with Larry about the EGR issue. This time Larry had one of the technicians check out the car and 30 minutes later they both told me to just keep driving until it resets.Prior to my first visit to the Temecula dealership I called and spoke with a female in the Service Department and mentioned that I had crackling noises coming from my speakers. I told her that the car was under warranty and that I only had 8,600 miles. She told me that Honda is aware of the problem but there is no fix for it as they are still researching. I asked her if there was anything they could do and she said no.Out of frustration I took my 2019 Passport to the Lake Elsinore Honda dealership after speaking with Franco over the phone. He simply told me to bring the car in and he would have his technicians look into the EGR issue. 90 minutes later Franco told me the car was ready and they fixed the issue & reset the EGR! I promptly took it to the smog station and finally passed! In addition, I mentioned to Franco about my speakers and sure enough he was able to fix the problem.Now is it a coincidence that both issues were fixed at the Lake Elsinore Honda dealership? You be the judge. Although Lake Elsinore is 25 miles from my house, I will take all my business to them including purchasing my next Honda thanks to Franco and his team!
I can’t thank Miguel and his team enough! I brought in my Honda Civic for a diagnostic on Wednesday afternoon. Miguel told me that they were t going to diagnose it so late in the day. He could of turned me away and say come back tomorrow but he didn’t! He got into my car with me and had me explain to him what the problem was and drove it around with me for awhile. I still had to leave the car but I didn’t have a way to leave it. I drove off to bring it back the next day but 5 mins after leaving he called me and told me that one of his guys noticed that my car was leaking oil and I should avoid driving it at all if possible. I knew something was seriously wrong with my car and I drove it right back so they can diagnose it the next day.Miguel kept me in the loop the entire time. He reached out to me and said that the team started working on my car first thing in the morning! He told me what was wrong and how much it was going to cost me (not the amount of money I wanted to spend but at least I knew was it was). He kept me updated every step of the way and I got my car back 2 pm that day! Thank you so much Honda for being helpful and getting me back on the road ASAP! (I had to call out of work cause I worked in SD so he knew I needed my car!)
We were told 2016 Odyssey was ready. When we got there the Salesman spent 20 minutes looking for the car. The key was there but mechanic who worked on the car locked it in the bay was the story. We werent offered a test drive. We were interested because my 5 year old wanted his grandfather to drive in a White Minivan when he gets picked up from school and were willing to pay tax and license on the $16,500 advertised price. We assumed it would be alright. This dealership doesnt sell junk. Our info was collected, credit app signed and after 58 minutes The brown skin manager with a goatee we dont know his name wanted to charge $2100 more pending accessories to be installed by the dealership. Andrew D was our sales representative. Wasted 2 hours of our time. Manager tried bait and switch. Marked up DMV fees over $250 over the DMv calculator for the write up saying it was an estimate. We felt like they like playing games and are not serious or honest about how they treat their customers. What should have been $18400 to $18,500 OTD was presented as $21,000+ OTD on a cash transaction. No accessories were installed on the dealership. Dont Come Here is what DCH stands for us. Verify everything. Dont trust this dealership. Dishonest people run the show here.
My wife and I leased our first vehicle and we could not be happier with the service Cecilio and Michael provided. They were professional and attentive, answering all of our questions by phone, email, and in person. The process was quick and straightforward, without my wife and I ever feeling rushed or pressured. Cecilio and Michael went above and beyond and we look forward to keeping our business at DCH Honda Temecula.
If there was a zero star option I would leave it. My time is limited and I used the online feature to find a vehicle. I extensively did the research on this vehicle and I believed it would meet my needs. When I arrived to look at the vehicle the pictures posted did not even show how horribly beat up inside and out the vehicle was. In the pictures the car looked clean and pristine. I feel like really wasted my time driving all the way to Temecula to see a vehicle that was nowhere near what I thought I was looking at.
AC went out on a very hot sunny day. Appt was made right away that day at 3:15PM. Was told it’ll be the next day at the earliest. Got a call at 4:45PM that same day that it was finished. Replaced bad compressor and my daughters were on their way back to NorCal the next day. Customer Service at its best! Thanks to DCH Honda and special mentioned to Tim Joyce.
Ive been into this location twice in the last few months and have had a truly great experience every time. They are quick and friendly and get the job done right. Everyone there is dedicated to the customer experience even the guy who brings out your car for pickup. Its the little things that matter like cleaning the sticker residue off my window without me asking and helping me get a rental car when I need to leave my car overnight that make this location better than all the rest. I will always bring my vehicle to DCH Honda when I need service. Thank you to everyone there for making the stress of a broken vehicle melt away.
DCH Honda of Temecula service department is, bar none, best service dept we have ever used. For past 10 years, they have never let us down while providing excellent (awesome) customer service and support. Our personal (designated) service tech, Rick Reveles (whom we’ve also worked with past 10 years), is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but it’s like having a friend or family member taking care of our many cars we’ve brought there over the years. The service manager is always friendly and will g to step in when a question or concern arises. Yesterday we witnessed him personally driving a person home who had been waiting onsite for their car but had medical issues and required a ride home. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear they also delivered the car to them. I am in no way associated with this dealership, so this review is from an actual customer who is grateful and appreciative for the people and service received from this business.

Went to get oil change and they were they were trying to get us to do extra stuff which wasnt needed. And we had to stay there the whole time at the dealership. SMH! BMW uber us to the Temecula mall even during the covid wearing masks and brought us back. Just saying, service at DCH Honda could have been a better experience even during the pandemic.
Since I moved in the area I go to DCH Honda and have great experiences. I work with Daniel most of the time and he is honest, and friendly. Never upsells, gives me a heads up on what may become an issue in the future. Translates the inspection report to me in terms I can understand. He’s great! I’m happy to have found a place I trust.

One of the worst experience that I have ever had shopping for a car. Very illegal practice going on here. Bait and switch. Would never tell anyone to come shop here. I could just imagine how the people who drive over a hour away and they also get treated like this. Someone should look into this considering Im probably not the only one.Talk about abait and switchA: Bait and switch sales tactics are a form of false or deceptive advertising, in which a car dealer lures potential buyers to the dealership by advertising one vehicle at a certain price, then tells the customer that the particular vehicle is no longer available before using aggressive tactics to sell a different, more expensive vehicle (or the advertised vehicle at a price higher than the advertised price).
Ive been going to Honda for service on my 2017 Honda Accord Sport Se all of 2020 and this new year. They have been the greatest ever! I am not getting paid or endorsed for this review. I am a true loyal customer who is always pleased by these guys. Justin Amezquita is an amazing member of the staff. He answers all of my questions and schedules me in the soonest available every time. He is very professional. I suggest if you own a Honda. Do not go to any other shop. Go to Honda !

Excellent service. Explains what needs to be done now and what can wait. Also, I forgot my cell phone/wallet in car .One of the the Gentleman that works in the service department was quick to get it and bring it to Me before I even noticed I had left it.

I would leave them 5 stars but they do not offer shuttle service.Uber is quite expensive.

Parts department is way below par . The young man in his 20s behind the counter will give you bad vibes. Seems like he needs the money but hated his job and customers. Go to NAPA for parts and deal with the real pros.
I have to give a HUGE shout out to Miguel Ortiz. He is the absolute BEST. He never pressures us and his customer service is the best we’ve ever experienced. He is, and will always be our go to and as long as he’s there... we will be too. Thank you Miguel 😊

Id like to thank Daniel Dees and DCH Honda Service for their help Friday and for the great service.I really appreciated their approach and flexibility in meeting my service needs.I also really appreciated the fact that Daniel and his team met the timeline given to me earlier in the week and on that morning, getting me in and out of Honda within 90 minutes for recall work, an oil change and a tire rotation.Nothing is more frustrating in being told it will be an hour for service, but then 2 hours later, you are still waiting and getting excuses or dismissive attitudes. I felt like Honda really respected my time and schedule by fulfilling their time commitment to me.I am looking forward to future service at Temecula DCH Honda for years to come on my vehicle.Thank you
