It was a great experience. Cole was able to help me out with my truck purchase and helped me get parts on my truck that had slight damage replaced. I felt no pressure in buying a vehicle from them so it felt relaxing being able to tell them exactly what I wanted. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I was told there was a certain truck trim in stock and when I arrived it was no longer available. Luckily Cole did find me another model to satisfy what I wanted.

My 2004 4RUNNER needed only a minor service because I’ve always taken the truck to a Toyota Dealership. I’ve been to many in the last 17 years all in Southern California. One suggestion I would have for Temecula Toyota is to have an area like Crown Toyota does for their customers to wait. They have a wonderful area and a small cafe also. TV to watch in a comfortable surrounding and if you want to wait outside you can. Hope this suggestion is worth the time I took to write it…

I had a great experience with them near the end of 2020 when I bought my 2016 Corolla, financed through Toyota Financial but my credit was low (this is my first car loan) so the APR was really high. They told me multiple times (I kept asking to be sure) that I can come back and refinance in 6-12 months for a better rate. 10 months later and they tell me “oh we don’t do that unless you trade in for another car” When I told them that I was assured I could refinance I was told: “They’re trained to tell you that so you come in to buy another car .” Both the sales manager and the sales guy I met with said that last part. 16% APR by the way.

Terrible experience! I went this morning to Toyota in Temecula with my boyfriend (not even husband) knowing what I am looking for, as I’ve done my own research. Mr Forrest was “helping” us. Fifteen minute into the conversation he interrupted me 3 times and I realized he was not even looking at me, even though I am the buyer and I will decide weather or not I buy a car . I gave him time and only tried to ask my questions when he was done talking, while my boyfriend will look straight at me, Mr Forrest did not acknowledge me at all and continued talking about things I didn’t even care to listen about. I do not know how he keeps this job as his selling techniques are non existent, he is a misogynist and literally dismissed me the entire time I was there.

Joaquin reached out to me after I inquired about a car I saw they had online. He said it was available and I was thrilled! We set up a time for me to come in and take a look! When the time came, I drove over an hour from Oceanside to Temecula on a Friday afternoon (even canceled other plans I had made months ago). Just for Joaquin to not even be there and for the car I wanted to also not be there. I understand it doesn’t take much effort to be a car salesman these days, as cars are flying off the lot left and right. But is it too much to ask for sales people to at least pretend like they care about potential customers?

The hood was last opened by TV toyota, so wasnt sure if it was caused by tech. So TV helped with cost. I am a TV customer for life!

I bought two trucks in March 2021 from this location. The second truck was damaged while being transported. They said it would take a week to have it repaired. So at the time that I took delivery of truck number 1, I paid for the second truck too just to make it easier and quicker process a week later when I would take delivery of the second vehicle. Well a week came, I called to see what time I could pick up truck number 2 and was told it wasn’t ready. They didn’t know when it would be ready. I called every other day for a week each time no one knew when it be ready. Finally after a week and after 2 weeks when I paid in full for it, I told them if it wasn’t done done with in 24 hours that I would cancel my order and ask for total refund on truck number 2. The next day, they called to say it was ready for pick up. I don’t think they had touched the truck until I told them I was about to cancel the order.Then when the truck was delivered there were no floor mats. I was told they would delivered the next day. Well it’s been a month and still no floor mats.I anxiously await the call from manager John Cunningham to make good on the floor mats. Please call JohnOver all will I use this dealership again?.... not exclusively. Only if they have the best deal.

Temecula Valley Toyota is awesome, they are always prompt to check me in and acknowledge me when I pull in, and when given an ETA on my vehicle’s service being completed, they finished earlier than expected which is a plus. I just had my front and rear differential, transfer case, and standard oil change done dropped off at 9:30 AM and had the vehicle done by 1:45 PM. Thanks so much guys, I will be returning always for my services. Adam my service rep was great and very friendly.On a side note too, we leased a new Highlander here for my wife a few months ago and they provided us with a deal we couldn’t find elsewhere, and made paperwork and driving off the lot a breeze including delivery of the vehicle from San Diego in the specifications my wife wanted. I’m giving a 1 star because of Assistant Service Manager Patrick Smith. Came in for regular service. Waited the typical time, 2 hrs. Then he tells me I need brakes. I ask for a rental or ride for them to keep my vehicle another 2+ hours. His response is, it’s only another 2 hours. No respect for my time. No rental available no shuttle available but they definitely have no problem changing my brakes for 1k. Then I asked if he can Uber me home and back. Nope. Don’t offer that either. Worst service in my opinion. I have 3 vehicles that I get serviced here. Looks like I’ll be going else where. Learn some customer service Partrick. That’s the industry you’re in. Take care of your customers!

Bought a Toyota Camry from Maria Ortiz, last year. Gave $8000 down. They act nice, friendly until after you buy the car. They claimed that I could go into ANY Toyota and get my car fixed (including interior detailing, if needed.) Car needed maintenance and interior cleaning so I went to Hemet and Temecula and NeiTher one of them did anything to help. Instead, hemet told me I had no warranty And Temecula laughed at me and were completely disrespectful. Even Manager at Temecula laughed and didn’t do his job like he was supposed to. Terrible customer service! First and last time I’ll be buying anything from Toyota. Don’t let their fake smiles, fool you.

This is the first dealership who stood by their quote. I usually go with an auto broker but unfortunately the car I wanted was really rare. My broker couldn’t respond quick enough. I decided to email Temecula Toyota and they sent me a quote within a hour. Brent was the one who kept in contact with me and answered all my questions. He was really upfront with cost. He wasn’t like other dealership where they go in the back and try to work out a “better” deal. I had my kids with me and he made everything easy and smooth.

As the story goes... I live in the desert and as I pulled up to my local Toyota dealership I thought it was fate, the exact RAV4 I went to see in the specific color I wanted was parked up front. As I excitedly walked up and to the sales man and indicated that was the car I came to see he crushed my soul when he said it had just been sold. And so the search began...I was lucky enough to call Temecula Valley Toyota and Zach answered! I told him exactly what I wanted and he searched the inventory and found a match, the car I wanted in the exact color and model, which was hard to find (they have a great inventory!). He was upfront over the phone about added features (alarm and special coating) and went above and beyond to price match my CarMax quote so that I was able to trade my car in, making the whole processes way more streamlined for me. My appointment was for the next morning at opening and Zach came in early to ensure the car was all ready for us to see. He explained all the cars features and was professional. My boyfriend and I had a great time working with him.At the end of the day I got the car of my dreams (I am REALLY picky) and for a fair price. Thank you Zach, you are top notch! This is an updated review. After speaking with John Cunningham this afternoon on short notice he was able to verify that they still had a car like the one were looking for. The color was different, but it had the features we wanted so it was not a deal breaker. Once we arrived to the location, John and Jesus Zavala had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Jesus the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to answer our questions and guide us through the features of the vehicle. They provided us with great customer service and a smooth transaction. No pressure tactics or gimmicks used. I shouldve come back sooner to get the color I really wanted when John originally called my husband back, but I was pretty upset (8.5 months pregnant upset).These guys earned our business and we got a beautiful silver limited Sienna. My new car now ironically matches the hubbies denali ☺. Thanks again John and Jesus we will be seeing you guys soon.

I took the car back as it had a leak from the mistake during the oil change. Joanna took care of this issue right away and allowed me to take my car in as soon as I called. Im very appreciate of how I was treated by both Joanna and her boss. I felt taken care of and trusted that they would fix the issue promptly, which they did. Temecula Valley Toyota is very trustworthy and does an excellent job with costumer service.
