Everyone was friendly, excellent repair on our car. We can’t tell it was ever damaged. A+. Very quick repair, 2.25 days, including ordering parts.

All the employees at Auto Center Auto Body of Temecula were very welcoming and treated me like family as a GEICO customer! They were very knowledgeable in regards to the repairs that were being made on my Kia K900!! After the repairs were finished, my car looked as if there was no previous damage and I was very impressed with the work!!! So much so that I’m looking to have some minor work done in the future outside of GEICO by them!

Their estimate was over the top. Double what others in the valley quoted.

Took good care of my car and Im satisfied with the paint job I will come back in the future if I have any other scratches on my car thank you you did a great job.

We were sent to Auto Center Auto Body of Temecula by Geico, when we arrived, we were greeted by a sign on the door that indicated that you must wear a mask to enter. When we entered, the receptionist did not have a mask on, we decided to stand outside at the door because she was not wearing a mask. When I brought it to her attention, she pointed at a 3-foot plexiglass divider sitting on her desk and said she was going to be fine, we told her that we did not feel comfortable, but she was clearly upset at our mask inquiry. She asked us to come in and close the door, we have had many losses due to the covid19 virus and we take it very seriously. The lack of understanding and her attitude made us decide that we wanted to speak with her manager, once he came out, she did all the talking, then claimed to have offered to put a mask on for us. She was very unprofessional, and we are terribly disappointed with this shop. Because we have no confidence in this shop or its ability to make ethical decisions, we did not leave our car. We just think it’s important for the public to know, Auto Center Auto Body of Temecula, does not consider the health of the public when they do business.

Was visiting from Russia and they gave me attitude for my accent, will not recommend this auto body shop.

I had two Vehicles repaired here and they both now look like new. Excellent service. Mike kept me informed every step of the way. They give you plenty of options to try and best suit your needs. I felt good about my experience. Definitely trust worthy. All my personal property remained in the vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.

It’s never fun to crash your vehicle of course. However, this is a business I can highly recommend. They earn your business from the moment you walk through the door until the job is completed to your satisfaction; compelling customer service. They go the extra mile!

The representative who was responsible for my car never called me As a courtesy to tell me that my car was going to Finish Later than the predicted time which he assured me when I dropped it off that he would if there were any issues.. Also when I got there the car was not washed from the outside or in so I figured they would be courteous and negotiate the deductible.. Not surprisingly they were very unreasonable and I could tell that all they cared about was the money.. Would not recommend this Place Unless you like dealing with ghetto unprofessional people.. I should have went with my gut and picked my own mechanic.

Took my Toyota Tacoma here to get some body work done. The front office set me up with a rental, worked with the insurance company for me. Mark was amazing providing time schedules and and delays they ran into. I would recommend this company.

OMG so friendly, fast, professional.

So at first, I received my car with less parts than I took it in, I understand they’re trying to work on your vehicle quickly, but I’d rather have it done right the first time. Missing screws, missing guard under the hood, bumper popping out. So at first I was going to rate them very very badly, but I believe in always giving businesses a second chance or allowing them to rectify they’re mistakes, being a business owner myself, I’d appreciate the opportunity as well if it were me.Contacted my insurance (Geico) first, since they recommended the body shop and spoke to my adjuster (Patrick) first, then callEd auto center auto body next, they had bring my car back, they paid for a rental for me since my insurance did not cover it and, it took a little longer than expected, but that’s ok cause they kept me informed and they had to order some parts, when I received my car back, all they’re mistakes where corrected and Danny even had them refinish my bumper and my car was very clean when I received it.Apparently the first technician on my car was let go, as this wasn’t their first complain on a vehicle he had worked on, so I don’t think anyone else will be having issues with them and even so, they are a people, sometimes people make mistakes, just give them a chance to fix it, and guarantee you’ll be happy, I was.Thank you Patrick(geico) and Danny(autocenter autobody) for the great customer service showed to me.

This people are awful.. The guy name mark called me one day he said good news we fix all the scratches but honda is not delivering the parts until the next day. As soon as they deliver you will be able to get your car on thursday. Thursday came the guy name mark called its done only one problem i had to take it to honda dealer to re program the camera in the side mirror. Ill call you when its done. He called around 5 and told me theyre picking up the car but they will have to clean it. The guy name mark said i will call you friday moning to let you know what time you can pick up your car. Friday 12 noon i was waiting for the call.. Nothing. I called them and ask for mark. The receptionist told me he will rereturn your call. I waited 1230 no call. I called them again mark answer the phone, he said i was trying to call you but your phone is busy. Liar i wasnt using my phone because im waiting for his call. This time he have another excuses told me by 4 pm my car will be done which i dont expect to happen. My car was in their shop for 8 working days. He told me it will be done in 5 days. This shop has the worst customer service i seen. .They said they will call you but they wont. Collision center of temecula accross them are way better. You guys if you need auto body repair go to collision center of temecula!

My dealership took my car to this body shop and they did a horrible paint job sanded over the paint when they repainted it and it had water marks they send it back for repaint and I got a called that they had to send it back because the quality of work was not good and they have to Repainted again I wish I could put pictures don’t go to this place Auto Body of Temecula
