I called to get a quote on a front bumper asking specifically if i could have my front bumper lip & grill painted and the customer service lady responded in a very rude manner saying “aaa well yeah? this is caliber collision so of course we do and why wouldn’t we?” i responded saying “i asked because different body shops do different jobs and some do not paint.” and she then proceeded to cut me off and say “so you have a bumper you would like to bring to us to paint” i then said yes very irritated and she said “we don’t do that you would have to buy a bumper through us and then we’d paint it for you.” completely contradicting her statement she made right after i asked if i could have my lip and grill painted.. horrible customer service on the phone which lead me to taking my business elsewhere and anyone else that needs body/paint work i will strongly recommend not going here.

Caliber Collision in Temecula did a great job fixing my car. Kim was my service advisor who always kept me updated on the status of my car. She met with my insurance advisor quickly and I like how she sent a text of each phase of repair. Other shops can take up to weeks for repairs...Kim had my car out just under a week. My car looks new again. Impressive! Will definitely use Caliber again.

I had my Sequoia repaired at Caliber Collision but they wont help me pick my car up. The 80+ year old mother who helped me drop it off this week has been vomiting all day. My husband would normally help me but he died of a heart attack two months ago. My daughter works in San Diego and cant get here until after they close. They arent open on Saturday. I offered to pay them online and asked to have one of their employees drive it to my house but they said no. They told me they were understaffed. I am very upset and angry about this.

Outstanding service! Work was completed before the day I was originally quoted and the car looked perfect. Daniel also contacted me regularly for updates and answered all of my questions with a super positive attitude. Kim was my advisor. She was amazing!!! She kept me updated on the status of my car throughout my repair. She called me before I could call her. Her attention to my car showed me that she really cared and understood what my car means to me. I am a single working adult so not having my car for any period of time is difficult, but after meeting Kim - I trusted she would have my best interest at heart. It should have been a minor paint repair after someone hit me in a parking lot. But when they inspected it they found the pin holding the bumper on was broken. Even with having to order the part they beat their time estimate by two days. When I got it back you couldnt tell where it had been damaged (the quarter panel had been scraped up too, so just switching the bumper wasnt completely responsible. Their work was too), had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and looked better than when i personally detail it. They kept me informed frequently to let me know the status and explained it all in plain English. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend!

Caliber Collision Temecula was awesome!! From the manager all the way down, the entire staff was beyond nice, and extremely professional. Two days after we drove our new F150 off the lot, it was backed into. With an upcoming deployment, I was on a little bit of a time crunch. Kenny and the Caliber team took great care of me, got the repairs done, and they went above and beyond to meet my drop dead date. Keeping my wife from having to do the one-handed baby seat shuffle.I have been to some shady body shops before and this is far from one. The level of service surpasses any others. They inspected the damage to my truck, called my rental car pickup, and sent me texts updating me on the status of the truck. Upon pick up, the truck was detailed, and Kenny presented the truck to me for inspection. Again, a very professional staff! Caliber has gained another loyal customer.Thank you!!!!

Body shop work was perfect

So I took my car here to get fixed, normallyI go to their Murrieta location which is way bigger and nicer. I arrive to drop my car off and there is only 1 parking space in the front so I go around to the back by the drop off location. There is not one sign that says any type of helpful information on where to go inside or who to talk to about your car being dropped off. Then as someone shows me a random door to the front I walk into an employee morning huddle where NOT one person greets me and tells me where to go they all just look at me like I’m crazy. Then the manager lady who looks really rude says just walk up front someone will helpYou after I had to ask where to go! So I already had a horrible first impression. Fast forward 3 weeks later when I pick up my car I walk into the front this time and 2 girls at the front one named Nancy...both just watch me walk in and stare at while they both figure out some letter or email they are writing. I’m sorry but the first thing you do is greet your customer. Nancy then says we will be right with you. I sit for 5 more minutes as they still try to do something on the computer. I finally say excuse me can I pick up my car I have to be at work and she very rudely says come sign. This was the worst impression of a business I have ever seen. The ONLY reason I’m giving it 3 starts is because Miguel at the Escondido location was awesome with repairing my car and the 2 People I met in the back of the Temecula location were really nice. Long story short have your manager (the one with the office right by the front door) and your front office staff retrained on customer service!

I dont do reviews, but this place is amazing. I got in a minor fender bender, but it looked worse than what it was. Just randomly looked up body shops around my area and picked the first one I saw, which was Caliber Collision. Pretty expensive, but thats expected from a body shop considering its cosmetic work. But man does my car look amazing. They gave me an estimate of my car and when I brought it in it took about 3 days to fix and it looked like a brand new car. Well at least the back. Kenny and Tony helped me with everything and I called way too many times but they were very patient with me. If I knew the peoples names that actually fixed my car I would like to thank them because my baby is so beautiful. At some point when I get enough money Im gonna get my front of my car fixed.

As a preferred vendor for State Farm caliber collision makes the whole process go very quickly and easily

Mixed feelings with this business after I made an insurance claim and decided to bring my vehicle here. They finished the prescribed work sooner than expected. Although didnt communicate before pick-up that there was still a part on back order that needed to be installed at a later date. Upon pick-up I found there was a large chip in my paint thatbwasnt there before, my door check was broken, and my tires were flat. They did a good job communicating and even did me the service of shuttling me to the shop from my home in south temecula just before their closing time. When I took it back to install the delayed part they also fixed the paint chip(still obvious and doesnt look good). Thankfully they agreed to fix the door check but now Ill be taking my car there for the third time, at this point Im having to do this because of their mistakes which is why they only deserve a 3 regardless of organization and customer skills aptitudes.

Tommy has been great as have Jessica and Maria. Had to bring my car back twice for issues that occured at there Miramar location. Tommy has gone out of his way to be helpful and resolve the fixes.

Had a estimate prepared for my insurance due to sand damage. I made an appointment, once i arrived to the appointment they said the person who does sand damage claims was off. And told me to come back in a few days. I did not have time to come back so they took a few pictures for my insurance. They completely missed taking pictures of my sand damaged wind shield. When we called to remedy it they were basically like oh well. The adjuster said he didnt even know who took the pictures and it wasnt his fault. Their customer service is horrible. Do not go here.

Used Caliber because they were recommended by my insurance. They rebuilt the front face of my Toyota in 5 days. Looks to me.

Zach the guy who manage the repair of my Z, hes very proffeional and very knowledgable of his job,,, he handled my car repair like his own car. Hes very passionate about his job, Maria the receptionist is a genuine person, she has a natural smile when doung her job and accomodating me, thank you guys.

They had my truck for almost 7 weeks to repair the bed of my truck (one small dent and some scratches), they didnt get the body line correct or sanded smooth with the bondo and the surface prep of the surrounding area wasnt done correctly so the new paint has bubbled before I even picked it up and other areas that were painted were not even sanded smooth before painting! The guy running the buffer burned thru the new paint and the driver door lock that they replaced does not unlock the door. I picked up my truck anyhow because it they cannot get things right in 7 weeks and TWO chances to get it right they never will. I will end up taking my truck somewhere else and pay to have it done again by a quality shop. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

I come in in the shop then the manager ask my infront of her door can we help you? and start talking to me while i was outside of her office she was sitting down. after everything was done she told me bring the estimate and car and ask me when can i bring it? she did not even bother to give her card and bother to let me in the office and even look at the car with damage outside. Dont deserve even 1star.
