Definitely best bang for your buck. Incredibly happy with how my car came out. Understand what your paying for at what price range and understand what you’ll get and you’ll be as content as I am. Guys were professional and helped me out as needed. I’ll definitely be telling my friends about this location to support them. The guys at Maaco made my car look like it was brand new. I brought my own replacement front bumper and they repainted the entire car and attached the newly painted bumper and the car looks exactly the way it did when it came off the lot. I had body damaged on the car when I dropped it off, but all of it was fixed and looks like it was never even there. Couldn’t be happier!

Painted my car in 2 days at a price that couldnt be matched anywhere else

We brought my son’s truck in for a paint job- we wanted to surprise him for Christmas and they made it happen! They were so kind, had great communication with us letting us know they started it and that it should be ready by the 23rd. We couldn’t believe it- it was a Christmas miracle because originally they told us it would take a week but they worked hard to help us make this gift a reality! Quality was good, staff was excellent, and the price was fair.

The masking did a terrible job, three tires and struts windows, trim parts were over sprayed.. I removed all lights and window trim my self for that same reason before taking it in, and they still over spray windows etc.. Not coming back for any more business.

Can someone please help me!? I feel like my car is held hostage at Maaco in Temecula! I took my car in to get 3 dents taken out and a same color paint job. The job took way longer then expected and I didnt have my car for over a month. The car finally finished but still not detailed. I told them I needed it for the weekend and Frank the manager agreed that I could bring it back after the weekend for the detail. Excited to see the car, I take a good look around and see that there was still residue from whatever was used to seal off of the car and that a small section of paint by the front right bumper and hood were still connected. He said that this was due to the install job of the after market bumper I purchased. If I wanted this corrected, it would be another $90 to take the bumper off and make sure those two points werent touching anymore. It made sense to me so I agreed to pay the $90. Frank assured me everything would be corrected and cleaned up after I brought it back. I bring the car back and after again a couple weeks of waiting, the paint problem was fixed but the car was still filthy without any work put into removing what was promised. On top of that I notice RIGHT AWAY that my turn signal was broken. The same area where the bumper was removed and put back on to correct the paint issue. I bring it to his attention right away and even though I have been dealing with Frank and only Frank, his new employee it talking to me the whole time that is looked like that when I brought it in..... I found this hilarious due to the face that when I got my car back before the detail and paint correction, I took pictures of the car. I showed this to Frank thinking hes gonna say, Oh I guess youre right! We must have broken in and Ill take care of it. Still ignoring me allowing one of his employees to continue to tell me that it was already broken. I was in disbelief..I wish this was over..I dropped my car off in March, its now early May..There was no way these guys were gonna take ownership of breaking my headlight so I moved on..Brought Frank out to show him how dirty the car was what do you know? There are all booked until June 11th. I have to wait over 1 month to bring my car back to get detailed! Are you serious? I couldnt bring it back on the June 11th and was able to drop it off on theJune 13th. I dont hear anything for a while so I give them a call (June 28th) asking when my car will be done. I was told the following day. I arrive and very little work was put into getting my car cleaned up. This is the work experience i have ever run into when dealing with a business and it all stems from the top... FrankToday and July 7th and I am still waiting on my car.CAN SOMEONE, ANYONE HELP???Edited 07/20/2019 - I HAVE SENT A RESPONSE TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND AS EXPECTED, I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO ONE HERE THAT CAN OFFER ANY TIME OF QUALITY SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic. I was referred by a classic car guy to have my car painted. These professionals are very picky and into their work. You will not be disappointed.

Worst place to have your vehicle serviced at!First, the manager of the shop allows his employees to sit and eat their food in your vehicle while sanding debris lands inside your vehicle. The vehicle wasn’t masked off correctly so there was overspray on parts that weren’t supposed to be sprayed. His solution was to fix it with a paint brush!!! And he said that this isn’t a professional shop like “West Coast Production “ so we don’t have good tape! They told me one week and ended up with my vehicle for 3 weeks and nothing was fixed. The parts that he paint brushed left brush lines and over lapsed the items that were supposed to be left alone. They told me that it was going to take a couple weeks to get on fixing the issues. I picked up my vehicle the next day and when I got into it, my armrest was token off and I found it behind my seat and the radio and subwoofer was turned all the way up!Worst place ever.

We had a few set backs so it was longer than expected before the work was completed. Everyone was very nice and helpful and their goal was to make sure we were satisfied. This was the second vehicle Maaco has painted for us at this location.

Amazing Paint Job! Even though the price may seem cheap, the quality is overall amazing. Arturo and the other staff members had overall professional and outstanding customer service, and the overall experience was really good! From my experience, the whole paint job was only 3 days, which also included installation of my new front bumper and grills that came with it. They do not hesitate on helping customers as some of my bumper pieces came in after the paint job, they still took care of me with fast and precise work!

Needed to get my daughters first car painted. I came in on Monday and got a call thurs that it was done. Mike took care of me with my short time line. Car came out great. I never had any bad experiences or interactions with anyone I talked to, everyone was professional and courtesy. I chose them because they were the most reasonably priced for the work I wanted done.

The Temecula Mac I team did a fantastic job on my Baja bug. Did all work promised and delivered a day early. The body work was great the paint was perfect. Very happy

I have now had my car painted three times. The first paint job started to peel after about 18 months so they repainted the entire car under their prorated warranty. Then the second paint job started to peel in the same spots after 14 months so the fixed those spots so I’m hoping the third time is a charm.They did always take care of it but this time they took a week longer than they told me when I dropped it off.

This place is extremely unprofessional to its fullest extent! Very disspointing to see a bunch of adults coming out of this facility to act like 10 year old kids! Tried to get a paint and body estimate and my estimator comes out swinging for the fences on price. Tells me every panel on my truck would have to be stripped and sanded down for an additional $220 dollars a panel x11 panels to maintain a warranty through them on top of the paint price which was another $1499. I had minor body work that needed to be fixed and quoted me another 20 hrs of labor at $50 and hr. Then asked why it would take 20 hrs of time to do this? No comment? Then asked to speak to the manager who insisted that price remain firm as its a lot of work and materials?? Im a contractor and understand the tools of the trade and labor that goes behind the work. What they are quoting is astronomical and outrageous. Then the body shop guy comes out with an attitude and tells me how he wouldnt even fix it but replace the fender instead which is the right move but doesnt give me a price.This business model isnt working and not sure how they are in business with these guys at the helm.Maaco, its time to clean up shop and fire some of these kids!!!! Find some real employees that can shine within the community and bring a friendly business awareness and good business practice. Not having potential clients wait at the front desk not being addressed. This place feels like a sweat shop!!!

If I can give them a - 5, i would !! When I brought my car back for a re-spray because the car look worse after I got it painted ( in terms of gloss.) Sure, I was upset when I went in. Instead of working with me and trying to help me. The manager Cyndi Butler used phrases like, This is what i am telling you..... ; Come here, I said come here ! Wow, treating a customer like a 5 year old !!! This is the first time I experience this kind of treatment from a business !! I am hoping to upload 2 photos for you guys to see. One from the shop (Enamel paint) ; One from my car (Enamel paint). Clearly there is a difference, she argued that they are the same and will not re-spray my car which i paid $592.69 for !! My son was there and witness the whole thing. He was shocked the way I was being treated.

I cant recommend anything other than stay away from this place. The service is horrible, theyve had our vehicle for months, not once have they called to let us know when its ready or any kind of updates. Every time weve called and its done, its not. The repairs in the contract have not been properly completed and they have to re-do it. This last trip theres now damage to parts of the vehicle. The manager acknowledges the issues marks them and after trip number 4 its still not resolved. Spoke to the supervisor and he said hed call the next day, no phone call two days later. Had to get corporate involved to try and reach a resolution. Will update this review and provide photos after everything is resolved but felt I should warn others about bringing your business here.

Wanted to refresh a car of mine so I went to Maaco with a budget in mind. Art and the office did everything to work within my budget and exceeded my expectaions! 10/10 Thanks!! I had a work truck painted. I did the middle of the road paint job. Cost me $724.00. They did a good job! If you have a newer or fancy vehicle, you may want the $1600 top of the line paint job. But for my needs, it was perfect.

Let me start off by saying that the general manager FRANK Does not belong within 300 yards of any auto collision businesses. His customer service was comparable to a 65-year-old woman after a eight hour shift working at the DMV. I award you one star. Other than that you get nothing but the loss of my business.

Im very disappointed because they tell me they could do something and dont explain it all and then I tell them that they were supposed to do that and they say no youre wrong sir and then the young man that works there started yelling at me and telling me that I was wrong and I perfectly understand what they were talking about yet they could not take care of me all the way I would not recommend anybody going to this company. They are the ones who knows how to work and paint cars but they expect the customers to know everything that they know and thats not right. And the young man there does not have customer service skills at all.

We have a 99 Corolla that runs great, but badly needed a paint job. Robert and Cynthia were fantastic and the car looks like a brand new car. We are going to take our van in a few months from now to have a side panel touched up.

Three areas were not done properly and obviously no quality assurance were inspection made before releasing it proving MAACO had the vehicle for 8 business days.1. The right side of the hood shows faded or did not got painted2. The rear bumper shows too much paint and shows long bubble.3. The outcome of fixing the small dent on the hood (paid extra for this) can easily be seen.

Asked them about painting my camper shell. They wanted $500 and would not warranty the work. I would never use a place that does not stand by thier work..... if you cant do it right, just say you cant do it.

I selected the most expensive paint job expecting to get a quality job on my 1975 classic corvette. That didnt happen. I asked to see the car before the color coat was applied to make sure it was sanded correctly. They ignored my request and after the color was applied it was evident that the car was not sanded properly. As a result there are many divits in the paint where the surface was not smoothed. In fact the removable hard top had to be left there to be sanded again and then repainted due to all the chips that were never sanded out. In addition the color was not mixed correctly, so as a result, the new color does not match the color on the door jams or the engine compartment. Needless to say it was not the job I was looking for. So I guess Im stuck with this job that isnt what I was hoping for.

Had my car painted from a tan that had scratches and dents, they fixed those dents and scratches and gave a new fresh paint color and beautiful red metalic, love the white metalic how it sparkles in the sun. They did a fantastic job and I had my car back in 7 days, so awesome!! Great place to go and wonderful customer service 👍😊

Toyota Tundra tailgate had small dents . The job was delivered on time and the paint looked good . The problem is the body work is terrible, you can see the top line is still bent . I was told by the manager and I quote, if you wanted it perfect you should have bought a new tailgate. Perfect ? Really how about a professional job were you cant see the dent ? Do not go to this Maaco !

I have a 2012 SS Camaro and paid for the urethane plus clear coat for $714. I had specifically told the person that did my original quote to paint my roof trims. Please tell me why only my driver roof trim was painted and not the passenger side 😂. More than mad it’s funny. Also I told the person I left the car with to please make sure the tape on my wing was sanded in that specific part. And of course it was painted over the tape. My entire wing was sanded, except where it needed it, and no clear coat was sprayed underneath the wing so you can see all the file swirls and the paint looks matte all underneath. They will hand over the car like it did NOT belong to them. By that they don’t take the time to properly clean up the paint that gets on your headlights or chrome trim. In general the paint looks wavy and the reflection has a blur to it; all over The car has bumps that look like rock or debris painted over it. They also did not apply all my emblems back, I am missing my “SS” rear emblem. I will call first thing Monday for that. They took two entire weeks or 12 business days. As the saying goes you get what you pay for and even though I had hope; sadly you get what you pay for.

1st off you have to realize that its a $600 paint job and judge it from there. I have a 2006 Accord, the body was in good shape but the paint had faded badly. Overall they did a very good job and the Manager was helpful and easy to work with. Yes I would recommend them.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS, VENDORS, EMPLOYEES - BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH MAACO TEMECULA!In February, Maaco management/ownership called me for an emergency repair for equipment that was not working. My company provided the service with efficiency, confirmed by their staff and Frank the manager, authorizing and agreeing to pay the amount. After several attempts in retrieving payment and contacting corporate, they continue to refuse to pay, never getting a straight answer. It baffles me. I get the impression that the business is ran by SHADY OWNERSHIP (a franchise) and I observed many UNPROFESSIONAL SITUATIONS when I was in a meeting with Maaco management, which I rather not discuss since it relates to other UNETHICAL ISSUES. I get the impression that my small business means of little importance to them. Due to my experience and observation on their LACK OF INTEGRITY, I rather just right off the amount and avoid completely doing business with a company like that and have no affiliation going forward. Therefore I share my experience for all of you to be aware of what kind of PHILOSOPHY THIS PLACE RUNS, including CORPORATES LACK OF CONCERN on who they franchise too.

I don’t recommend Temecula Maaco. Take it to Oceanside or Riverside location. They are franchises and have different management.I don’t know how Maaco here in Temecula stays in business. I don’t wish bad on anyone but the way I was treated and lied to my face was rediculous. I came on Saturday to get my car appraised for a paint job. My car has no damage to the body besides a small ding, few light scratches and chips in the hood. Andrew was the person who gave me an estimate of $850 max on Saturday with their package that goes for $799 usually, he was going to discount to $649, plus bonds on the door for $50 for the ding and $50 to strip paint of the hood. He told me all the other imperfections they will sand out to prep the car for painting. With taxes I wouldn’t pay more that $850. So I shook his hand and he told me he will see me on Monday for an 830 appointment. Come Monday I race to them to get written up and get my car in the shop. I get greeted with another gentlemen named Robert. From the beginning from the way he greets me and rolls his eyes when I tell him I came for an estimate on Saturday and Andrew helped. He ask me if any paperwork was done. I told him no and that was why I was there. Basically He does another estimate higher than Andrew and tells me that is the best he can do. The estimate was closer to $1000. I tell him that wasn’t what I was given on Saturday and he tells I should of gotten it in writing. Wow that is great customer service. So I go on telling because Andrew has entered the building at that moment that exactly what I wanted. He tells that if goes any lower he will be taking money away from his workers. Making me feel guilty. The tone and the way he talks to customers is very disrespectful and they lost a paying customer. From what I overheard is that they do mostly insurance claims. So if you got into car accident take in their shop and they will help you. Insurance claims don’t make them any money. So having a paying customer does and they will treat you really bad and try to rip you off.

Just had my car touched up and they left circles which they buffed out on my door, they painted over tape and then tape fell off and so did paint, had redo and they pulled off tape only to leave me with more paint off! Just not good! Not happy!

Super cost and deal to repaint my Camaro

My experience terrible. I had to take my van back 4 times for a new paint job. Every time they somehow fu*ked it up. That was December of 14. Now its March 15 and Im going to have to take it in for a completely new paint job.
