I dropped my car off at Gosch collision with minor damage to the driver side on a Thursday (6/24) and got the car back in just over a week (7/7). during the whole process Thomas answered every single question I had to ask and was always just a phone call away! I was given progress photos throughout and updates regarding parts and labor as well. When the car was finished I was given a notice and went to pick it up the same day. The car looks absolutely incredible and It is better than I could have imagined. The people at Gosch Collision hit it outside the park!

Several months ago, my car was damaged by debris on the freeway and my insurance recommended Gosch. Pablo did a great job communicating the repairs and timeline to me. He and his team made my car look like new. Just recently, something was hanging down from my cars underside and I thought that maybe they had left a few screws loose, not realizing that the loose or not-replaced screws occurred at my oil change, somewhere else. Nevertheless, Ben at Gosch took my car right in and replaced the screws free of charge. His customer service was excellent and his good sense of humor even got me to laugh. Gosch provided the best experience Ive ever had at a collision repair shop!

My initial review for this body shop was accidentally sent to the Hemet location.My trucks front fender needed realignment due to a minor fender bender. I went to the Temecula location as a result of their Five Star reviews. Pablo was my advisor and gave me a more than reasonable estimate. In fact, he said I might even be able to repair it myself, but would be glad to fix if I didnt. I elected to have Pablo and his crew repair it. The truck was repaired to my satisfaction, the same day, at a better cost than the original estimate.Pablo was very professional to deal with and straight forward with my repair. I would not hesitate to use this repair shop in the future, although I hope its never needed.In my opinion the Five Star reviews for Gosch Temecula Collision are more than warranted.

My car looks great now thanks to these guys but I brought up to Pablo about some paint near the engine on one of the parts & he claimed it was already there but the thing is that part is new so way that was true. Also they really nudge you to do a review before you even get to the drive the vehicle which isn’t right in my opinion.
