I just ordered from this location and it is a complete scam.. I ordered brownie bites on my icing and I didn’t receive it but I was charged for it. I also ordered three scoops of ice cream and a little dipper with icing and the icing was more than the “three scoops” I ordered. Worst twenty one dollars I’ve ever spent. Would not recommend.

I decided to try this spot after reading the reviews,I wish I would had read deeper to find out that the customer service is terrible. I ordered an item for delivery and not only did I receive it one hour later but the food I got was terrible. Honestly I’d find better ice cream at a gas station

I never leave reviews but I’m so tired of coming in this place getting attitude from every employee. Apparently they have a cash drawer that opens in the store when you pay with a credit card but they don’t even accept cash which is the currency of the United States last time I checked. PLUS to top it all off the cookies were burnt and overcooked which is what made putting up with the wait times and above worth it before. Insomnia needs to have some district management come in this store and figure out whats going on because the employees are giving you a terrible name when the majority of the time you have a great product.

The best cookie place I have been to so far. I’ve been in Orlando and now Tampa and still the same great taste, nice and warm and great customer service….two cookies are already eaten lol.

Yes I ate most of the cookies myself my favorite was the peanut butter and double chocolate of course however they had no ice cream 😞 but the cookies were nice and warm and delicious FYI No seating inside hopefully due to Covid

We got the box of 6 cookies (vegan gluten-free chocolate chip, 2 chocolate-covered strawberry, peanut butter chip, 2 red velvet), and theyre all amazing with a soft, chewy texture and slightly crispy edges (are they called edges on a circular cookie?) I wish they would offer the chocolate-coveted strawberry all year long, but that and the red velvet are limited edition. The cashier was also very nice. Theyre pretty expensive for cookies though; the box of six regular cookies is $1 without tax.

Super amazing place. I placed an order with Grubhub then called and asked them to write some nice things on the box (my roommate was going through a hard time) and they totally did! The cookies came warm and the messages made my roomie happy!

I went in because I initially read the reviews and had high hopes for insomnia cookies! Sadly they didn’t meet my expectations. Not only did I receive my order later than expected but my cookies came thin and slightly burnt

Surreal experience. Nearly silent inside, no music overhead. The staff look at me with bewildered expressions unsure of my intentions. The sink behind the counter is blocked off with a B&W print out of an internet meme explaining it is out of order. Not once during the handling of at least 4 different orders was a single hand washed or glove worn. As Im walking away with my order the cashier exclaims you didnt pay! (I definitely did). Only to then wave me off with a coy oh NVM.The cookies are pretty good though.

Customer service was excellent and the cookies smelled soooo gooooood. This was my first time here and I will be coming back. I tried to hot cocoa and oatmeal raisin cookies and omggg they were so delicious. They melted right in my mouth. Looks like Cookie Munchers has competition!

Waited 45 minutes for small and thin cookies. Service was not top notch and was disappointed in what I received in comparison to what I paid.

Insomnia Cookies on Fowler are seriously off he chain good . Personally, I could do the Vegan ones .. nicely sweeten and plenty of flavor .. yes, they are pricey, but, good treats are .. Customer service was spot on .. will go back to try the ice cream cookie sandwiches ...yummy

I’ve been in a few times & haven’t had a bad experience yet. Every cookie I’ve had from there is delicious!! I even picked up 2 dozen for an event last weekend & they were great! The customer service is weird because they aren’t always at the counter when you walk in, but there’s a bell for service - don’t be afraid to use it!

Great place to visit for a late night sweet tooth! Best Cookies Ive had from a business! Open til 1 or 3 am depending on the day. I would actually give it 4 1/2 stars. It loses half a star because they are CASHLESS. A little annoying sometimes but other than that. No complaints

Great cookies all the time! They sell cookies and ice cream. The cookies are expensive but worth it! I am extremely picky about cookies, and Insomnia Cookies tops my list. I 10/10 recommend you visit. They also sell ice-cream, but its not the same flavors everytime, so keep that in mind when you visit.

Good cookies a little pricey. Crumble cookies are about the same price and twice the size.

Walked in (ive liked this location before) and they only have what seems to be their least popular flavors which is very inconvenient like come on. I for sure don’t eat everything bagel cookies… You should at least have chocolate chip?? Like come on.

The cookies are amazing but the customer service is by far one of my worst experiences ever, this is a cookie spot but never seems to have cookies ready for the pickup time, I waited over an hour after my pick up time to receive my order only to be missing cookies and have to wait longer. On top of that the employees are rude and catch attitudes with costumers specifically the girl working on 6/27/2021 at 1:45 in the front with the blue MCM headband, do better.

The cookies that we have tried so far have been good but every time we go here they seem to be out of all the deluxe cookies so I havent had a chance to try them also they do not take cash so if you go make sure you have your credit card in hand also call ahead of time if youre going to pick up your order and they can make your cookies for you fresh takes about 30 minutes I found that out the hard way

Placed an order for delivery last night, was charged for it and received a receipt. Never got delivered, called today to get a refund and after telling me on the phone Oh I see it, I dont know why it wasnt delivered went to speak with a manager, came back and said you have to contact customer service and they can refund you because its not showing up in our system I offered the order number at the beginning of the call and they just insisted on me repeating the name the order was made under. When I asked how to contact customer service I was told to Google it because she didnt know the number. Literally only ordered 2 brownies. Terrible service.

This place is amazing and customer service is great but for a cookie shop they are always out of cookies!!! I’ve been here at least a dozen times and majority of the cookies were out. To be open as late as they are you would think they would have a surplus of cookies

They are frequently out of things, but probably because they are delicious cookies! While it can be annoying definitely would rather spend my money here than support the owner of cookie munchers and their salty cookies

Really good cookies. I just wished they would post the correct store hours so I dont drive there for no reason and get on top of their app in playstore because it sucks and is very hard to use. Hopefully theyll get it together because I love having 1 in tampa 😊

I go to Insomnia cookies every week and have enjoyed every visit up until today. I ordered the mint chocolate icecream and payed for my order like usual, and then when the lady went to get it ready she realized they were out of the icecream. I told her it was fine and I would just like a refund. She informed me that they did not do refunds. So how is it that I payed for a product and never got it? Im not trying to make trouble I just want what I payed for whether that be another time or a refund.

Today I went to Insomnia Cookies on Fowler for the first time. The cashier did not greet us when we walked in. I said “Hi” and approached the register and she still just stared at me. She took my order and the proceeded to scoop ice cream and pack up cookies while her long blond hair was loose with no hat. I gave my son the ice cream at home and he pulls a long blond hair out of it. Disgusting. Everyone working with food needs to have their hair secured and a hat on. I spent $20 just to have to throw it away. Bad customer service and hair in the food.

Going in, I had high hopes as I have been to the Gainesville location and had a great experience. I come in today and they have a very slim selection of cookies available as well as not accepting cash as a form of payment. When I ordered an ice cream I received hair in my cup not once, but twice... I went back in after the first time to get a new ice cream as I do understand these things happen occasionally, but for it to happen twice disgusted me. I went back in after I saw the second hair and requested a refund. I was informed they do not offer refunds. Oh, and they didn’t have spoons either :)

Andrew is the only reason I’m giving two stars and not one. I usually don’t write reviews but this experience was so rough I feel like I have to. The cookies are subpar, the ice cream is chalky, and for the love of GOD do NOT throw an orange creamsicle in there bc it’ll make every single cookie taste like fruit loops. Management needs to get it together: leaving 2 employees working alone on a Saturday night is unacceptable. I ordered at 10:30PM and didn’t get my order delivered til almost 1AM. If you’re kinda drunk and thinking about getting cookies delivered for the first time so you’re reading this review.. just… don’t do it. Go to sleep instead. Bc by the time you actually receive it, you’ll be sober and extremely disappointed. Seriously though. Give Andrew a raise.

Worst location ever very unprofessional went on 2 separate occasions never have cookies in stock staff is very rude and unprofessional. On my first time visiting I arrived around 10:45pm they were out of cookies well supply was limited “the manager told me oh we close at 1am and I’m not backing anymore cookies tonight” . However it wasn’t even midnight yet. Yea try other locations this one is a PIT.

Great customer service the cookies taste great; but they raise the prices of the cookies and it is ridiculous and they also raised the prices of ice cream like a small pint of ice cream shouldn’t almost cost 7$. Will not be coming back here anymore for cookies going to crumbl

I go to Insomnia cookies often, and they always deliver! However, those one time I went with my gf around 2 am this worker was playing the new Polo G song “RAPSTAR.” I love that song and we connected about it and he was really cool and nice. He gave us extra cookies and it made our night. Thanks!!

A lot of hype, but 👎. The paper where they put the cookies was super grease, they where out of few cookies. We pick double chocolate, peanut butter, sugar, and macadamia. The cookie with better flavor was the peanut butter and the chocolate... Good customer services, but not so great cookies.

My husband filled my Christmas stocking with all of the deluxe cookies and they were freaking incredible! My favorites were the reeses cup cookie and the confetti deluxe cookie. Best stocking stuffer ever!

First time visiting and possibly the last. First off, the place and staff were decent/nice helpful people. Especially Allie and Derrick, both were polite, patient, and respectful for this first timer. The only problems were the upper management staffers. Kimberly and Jennifer. Both were bvery unprofessional towards the staff and in front of customers. Just disrespectful and highly unprofessional in all regards.

Came in for the first time, the person handling the ice cream station and checking on the warmed cookies had his mask hanging off of one ear. I wanted to order deluxe cookies but they only had oatmeal raisin and one other. They were still going to be open for another 5 hours but they didn’t have most of their cookies in stock? And they weren’t being baked either...they said they could start baking them if we ordered them but they don’t just carry the triple chocolate cookie. I’m sad to be writing that we left with no cookies. Didn’t think a cookie shop could be worse than cookie munchers but unfortunately I was wrong. I’ve included what the menu was supposed to be, half the things weren’t stocked or even baking.

It’s obvious that this is new. There is still a lot of issues and they have to learn their rhythm. I’ll cut them some slack, but the service has to improve from here. Long wait times and no cookies = unhappy customers all the time. Seem to be understaffed on a Saturday night as well. Which is asking for trouble in a huge college area like USF.

Went the second time after getting a free sample the first. The cookies are quite pricey. First time experience was brief and good. Second time was not. I asked for an ice cream cookie sandwich. The lady who was working put two cookies in a bag and an ice cream separate. When I asked her why she couldn’t put it in a sandwich, she said due to COVID, they don’t have dine-in. I didn’t understand what that meant in correlation to putting a product in sandwich form, and I asked her what she meant by that. She reiterated the same statement in a rude fashion in front of many customers. Lowkey probably won’t be going there anytime again soon.

DO NOT order online. I made that mistake. I ordered online for pick up to be ready at 5:45. I go in a few mins earlier to the front and wait theres ppl waiting on the sides I thought they already ordered. Then they start going in front of me to order. So I said ok fine they were here first. so I waited 15 mins watching as each person ordered and got their food. I go up its now and ask for my order, lady goes and checks and says they are just putting them in the oven and It will be 10 more mins.. I go back to the car and wait 12 mins go in and wait on the side. Think the girl sees me and goes to back to get cookies I assume.. while I am waiting another 5 mins I hear fun n laughter from the employees in the back. And the guy at the register just ordered a half dozen vegan cookies, and he hands it to him right there. How am I here waiting for those exact cookies and he got them before me its been 30 mins and I still havent gotten my order, I thought the point of online orders was to avoid the lines and wait time? Right? Then I go to the front n ask the guy if he could check for my order, and I say my name loudly. I assume the lady that told me to wait heard me then came right out with my cookies. So DO NOT order online unless you want to stand in line twice have 30 mins to waste. Cookies are good! Employees are nice and polite I know they are new but need to work on their pick up

A SMALL milk is over $3 and 6 cookies are no less than $11- EEK!We had two cookies that totaled $4.The cookies were ssssssooooo good!Just the right amount of gooey and chocolate and cookies. We loved loved loved them, especially bc they came out warm!!In addition to their over priced cookies they also had over priced ice cream and ice cream/cookie sandwiches.I didnt appreciate that they uncomfortably tried to upsale us MANY times. To the point where it became uncomfortable- VERY uncomfortable, in my opinion. The services was VERY fast. This is a small space- no tables or chairs and the cookies are already made so not a lot of waiting. When we walked in there were four families in front of us and it was our turn before we could even read the menu.
