Cookie Munchers is as adorable a place as the name. Who doesn’t love a good giant cookie? I chose the red velvet because that happens to be a weakness of mine and it was really good! It was warm and soft when I got it and came with a cup of frosting which was a nice touch. I took a picture of the cookie compared to my hand and it was literally almost the same circumference, they don’t mess around.Though I genuinely enjoyed my cookie, I have a few small negatives. First, the cookie is huge, but it’s super thin. Not that it’s a huge problem, but I feel that it takes away some of the charm of the cookies being so “big”, because where they are wide in flat measurements, they make up for it with no thickness. Also, I took half my cookie home, and I warmed it up which made it better but when jt get evens a little cold the cookie literally becomes stone and is so hard and crunchy and the effect is really lost. I think this is such a cute place and I absolutely loved it for my first event, but I’m not sure if I’ll really be back.The concept was very similar to Insomnia cookies, as Cookie Munchers is also open into the early morning hours and offers delivery, and I definitely appreciate that. But they offer maybe half the flavor Insomnia does, and I actually passed an Insomnia store driving to come here. To be honest, I’d probably stop there over here next time..

Overall a good experience. The cookies were warm, soft, and tasted great! If you are looking for regular cookies, there is only 4 flavors. There is a specialty section with fancier cookies, that also comes with a fancier price. A dozen regular cost me $23

Honestly, Ive gotta say that Im a bit disappointed. I used to love CM, but I think I completely missed the memo where their cookies are no longer the size of your face as they claimed, and instead are maybe the size of your palm. I believe they might have changed due to the knowledge that an Insomnia Cookies will be moving in down the street. The price of these smaller cookies is now $2.45 from $2.99, and to get their larger Dream Big cookies, its $3.45 for a cookie that still is nowhere to the size they were before. The cookies are still very thin, so I would have said that maybe they compensated and are doing small but thick cookies, but that isnt even the case. Dont get me wrong, the cookies are still tasty, but I am not a fan of the rebranding.

Cool place for late night cravings.. I went there on a Saturday night and had a pretty decent experience. Liked the quality of cookies. There is still a little chance to improve the ice cream. The staff was nice too. Quite good experience overall :)

The cashier was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed my regular sized oatmeal raisin cookie with the ice cream. At $5.99, I think its a very reasonable price for a generous serving of ice cream and a decently sized cookie. The large cookie was really thin and okay at best. It didnt have the chewy, dense, softness that the normal sized cookie had.

I do not recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order that was delivered to the wrong address. I called them to let them know I was told I would get a refund and never received a refund. I called three times spoke to three different people each time was told I will get a call back and never received a call back and never received a refund.

Cookies were delicious and BIG. Like personal pizza big. Big as your face is NOT an exaggeration. Thin, warm, soft, buttery - they melt in your mouth. Cookie dough was tasty, too. They also had a good selection of Blue Bell ice cream. Staff was very friendly.They offer a 2.5 mile delivery radius, too.Perfect for satisfying your late-night cookie fix!

The place is nice. I first saw Cookie Munchers on YouTube, and was intrigued by their start-up story. I was excited to find out there was a shop in Tampa, right across from USF and the student apartment complex, Such a great idea! The cookies are big and thin. One of the cockles were stale though🥴, but overall it’s a cute place.

This place is a gem! First time here. Lots of cookie options. Nice warm thin cookies. The staff was friendly and patient. They have an app and I got a free cookie for signing up. Ice cream was delicious and a good compliment to the cookie. Will definitely be back here to try more things. They also have CBD cookies and Rice Krispies. Can’t wait to try more things from here.

I ordered a mini cookie cake and cookies and cream ice cream online to be delivered at 9:52 pm. I didn’t get my order until about 10:40. I checked my bag and noticed I was missing my ice cream. So I called at 10:48 to let them know and I talked to a women. She informed me that they would send their driver back out to deliver it. I waited nearly an hour before I called back at 11:33 to ask about the ice cream AGAIN. I talked to a guy this time and he told me he’d go and ask someone what’s going on with my ice cream. I waited on the phone for 12 minutes before I decided to drive up there. And while I was waiting on the phone I could hear horseplay. He completely forgot about me and let the phone stay off the hook. When I got there the customer service was TERRIBLE. I informed him about him leaving me on the phone and he acted like I was an inconvenience for HIM. I told him what ice cream I was supposed to get and he comes back nonchalantly saying “we out of cookies and cream” and when I asked him what other flavors did they have he just pointed to the ice cream. I chose vanilla and left. I am honestly really upset because I have never had a problem with cookie munchers. But this is my last time ordering from them. Also, my cookie was burnt. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Cookie munchers has honestly gone down hill since they have opened. I’ve been to another place that specializes in cookies so I will be giving them my business for now on and so will my brother because he also orders from here often and he has noticed the same thing as far as their service and quality of their cookies. If you don’t want disappointment you’d do better making cookies at home. Don’t waste your money.

Worst 10$ spent. Will never return . Tasteless edible cookie dough . Store bought is better. We waited so long. The sugar cookie was flat. I would rather have it a better size and thicker. It was tasteless for my husband. They didnt even ask the size of the cookie just charged us the bigger.

If you love cookies the way I do, this place is for you! They have different types of cookies. I used to go there a lot when I was a student. It has a perfect location right next to USF. For as long as I remember, they used to have a new flavored cookie each month. The cookie size is decent. They have tables inside the store, there are no outside tables available. Great place to go with friends or by yourself after a hard day of studying or working.

The cookies are always tasty from this place, even of you sober. They have a cookie of the month and a few staple flavors. This month is Fruity Pebbles. A basic vanilla cookie with Fruit Pebbles mixed in. The cookies are very wide and flat. They also sell a few flavors of ice cream, but I always just get the baked goods. They have cbd cookies, but I have not tried those. Those are six bucks a cookie, and I have no idea how much cbd in them! The reason they dont have five stars from me is because I want more flavors of cookie. Its really very few choices.

I tried a bunch of flavors [red velvet, sugar, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, double chocolate, M&Ms, Fruity Pebbles, and Luck-O-Chip] and my favorites were the Fruity Pebbles and Luck-O-Chip ones. My boyfriend thought the snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and double chocolate were the best. The Oreo cookie dough bites were also really good! I did realize the next day that I had asked for one of each flavor and I didnt get a Smores so I still need to try that one but I wasnt charged for it so its whatever.

Had high hopes for this place but it just didn’t deliver. The cookies just crumbled when you tried to pick them up and they just lacked in overall flavor. Great concept but horrible execution.

Soooo I took my kids to this place just to spend some time with them and time we spent! This place is small with maybe 20 chairs at the most. There was a basketball ball team there and it was no place to seat. The young lady took our order and we sat for 25 minutes before we got our cookies and ice cream. Then I had to stand at the counter and tell them my order again. Then it was wrong once we got it. I wont downplay the cookies and ice cream because it was delicious just the service seemed fairly new. Ill give them another try.

Oh my goodness the smores cookie was amazing and my son loved his cookie dough ice cream! They were cooked to perfection, soft in the center with a little crunch on the outside. They are thin but it is very filling with that much cookie. We will definitely be back!

Good for when you need something sweet, cheap, and it’s late. The CBD options are much appreciated, though they do increase the cookie price. The edible dough poppers are a personal favorite, can’t go wrong with them.

I was expecting a tiny cookie, and the price had me shocked.Then they gave me this huge beast of a cookie.

Poor flavor and topping choices... Not an inviting facility.No nut toppings at all. Cookie was flat and hard... Bland ice cream flavors.Place was messy... No clean... Clutter everywhere... The attendant seemed like I was bothering him to take my order.Just not impressed at all.

First things first - their cups, cutlery, napkins, and containers are compostable AND biodegradable...that won me over before I ate anything. Thanks guys for taking part in the wellness of home! So, I ordered the Ultimate Cookie Crisp, which came with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. (I think it was Bluebell Homemade Vanilla ;)). It was the perfect combination of softness from the cook, and the crisp of the cookie crisps. The cookies are always warm, which makes it the perfect comfort food. I just hope I dont find myself there 3am ordering cookies. 😳 Thanks for the experience guys. Very Worth it. :)

This was our first time coming to experience the late night treats. We were extremely disappointed with customer service. We were super excited upon entering and expressed it’s our first time. Young lady at the register was not pleased and instead of walking us through the menu, we asked lots of questions as she responded very short. My husband and I both got the “a la mode” and agreed it tasted good but the cookie was hard. We would of been just as satisfied hitting up a 7-Eleven getting a toll house cookie sandwich.

Wanted something sweet and found this gem near the hotel we were staying at. Yummy cookies, I had a snickerdoodle and my sister had an M&M cookie. They come out a bit thin and crispy but I loved it! I’m giving this place 3 stars just because the woman who was serving us had a bit of an attitude.

Some of the cookies are a little too thin and not chewy but its all about personal taste. Only issue I really had was that they wouldnt take phone orders so I had to drive there to order first and their whole lounge area was 89 degrees according to the thermostat. Way to hot to wait inside.
