Ive been using these cookies as a healthy snack alternative. They taste bomb, they are filling and just the right amount of calories to keep me going when Im always on-the-go.

Very good service and excellent product. I have tried many diets in my life and this has been the only one I have success with. I have been using Dr. Siegals cookies since 1990s off and on throughout the years. Every now and then when I gain a few extra pounds I want to lose I rely on these cookies to do the job. They take away my appetite and in addition give me energy and I watch the pounds melt off miraculously.
