Thank you for a smooth and swift delivery of an awesome graduation gift to our niece in Tampa. Ordering online from Australia we were nervous about how big it would be, and we as well as our grad are pleasantly surprised.

While their chocolate chip cookie tasted good, the staff were not friendly and their store has zero cookies on display. Empty cases and shelves. It was like they werent even trying to sell cookies. They had to get two cookies from the back and wasnt like they were fresh. If you ask about a cookie cake theyll interrupt you to spout off how they dont have any ready to sell and how theyre made to order... before you even finish asking the question. Ridiculous. I do not recommend them.

So I didnt realize that there are zero cookies available inside the store. Everything has to be ordered. When I went in, the store was completely empty and the showcase was empty. They are similar to an edible arrangements.

I had an issue, which was resolved, so this is an update to my previous review. The stores owner called me this morning to fix the situation. I do recommend trying these cookie cakes out, theyre actually pretty darn good! The previous issue and the stores actions to correct them:I ordered a cookie cake for my wifes birthday online the afternoon before I wanted to pick it up (15 May 2020). I paid $36.99 plus tax for this cake and it was supposed to have balloons and other festive decorations on it. I came to pick up the cookie cake the next morning (16 May 2020) and it still wasnt ready. The woman who was tending to the store said that it would be a while before the cookie cake was ready. She offered to give me a partial refund to do some but not all of the designs on this cookie cake.She wrote happy birthday (wifes name) on the cookie cake. My wife was so upset that I went and bought a cookie cake kit from Publix and did the border frosting myself (it didnt look good at all).Update: The stores owner called me this morning 26 May 2020, to apologize for the incident. He offered a full refund and 25% off my next order. I respect the owners efforts, and for that, I give this business five stars.I recommend giving this store a shot, given this stores commitment to customer service and quality.

Cookies are a great size (large) and taste great as well! Id say the only downfall is the costly delivery charges.

Horrible experience. Ordered a cookie bouquet for the arrival of our brand new nephew and they just notified me they do not deliver to Denver Health because it is too far for their drivers to walk because it is under constructions. UGH! Very upset.
