Sondra at Reeves was absolutely amazing! Told her it would take a couple days to get down there to look at the car so she got my info to hold it. In the meantime she had the a/c checked since she felt like it could be blowing cooler. Went down there to check out the VW Altas and after a test drive with my little one determined that was the one for me! While I worked on getting everything signed for which was super quick compared to my first car purchase, she got the car washed again and put on the plates from my previous car. The whole process was stress free and from walking in to driving out about 2 hours (includes me going to the bank to get a cashiers check for my down payment). I’d highly recommend seeing Sondra for your car needs!

Service was excellent, professional and very efficient. Ron Cabrera was our service advisor, and Jenna (Im sorry I dont know her last name) took care of our needs very promptly.On Friday 8/6/2021, we were driving from Delray Beach Florida to New Port Richey Florida when halfway there our air conditioning in my 430i stopped working. We called Reeves BMW while we were driving and told Jenna what had happened. She arranged for us to drop our car off for service and set us up with Ron Cabrera as our service advisor. He very quickly set up our car for service and got us in a beautiful loaner car. And, he stayed on top of the service of our vehicle.When the car wasnt ready on time, Ron told us that we could drive back to Delray Beach in the loaner and that he would arrange to get my car back to us.Today, Wednesday 8/11/2021, a very professional and friendly driver brought my car right to my house. So pleased and happy with our familys first car buying experience at Reeves. My friend Jason Hunziker introduced my husband and I to Mike Lawlor in the sales department. Mike offered us a stress free environment where we could take our time and look at the car options that fit all of our needs. There was no stress or pressure to buy. Mike answered all of our questions and once we decided on the car that was right for us, he quickly moved us through the remaining steps and had us in our new car. The service genius, Edwin, was also great. He took his time walking us through all the fun options our new car has- making sure that we understood the car features so that we could really enjoy our new driving experience. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced from a service department. My beemer had an airbag recall that couldve killed me and they could not have cared less about getting the repair done. As soon as i said free they basically shut down and showed zero interest in helping me with anything. This dealer is a fourth rate garage that does not care about the service it provides. Please, for your own sanity, avoid this dealership at all costs.
I drove two hours one way to see a car on this lot. I was told I could not test drive it until we agreed on a price to see if I was serious about purchasing. It was a 50k car, not a 250k car. I cannot speak for the new car sales at this dealership, but dont waste your time at the pre-owned side. I went down the road 20 minutes and bought a similar car from another dealer who actually let me drive the car before buying.
This dealership is trying to juggle too many German car brands in too small of a property with too little staff. Look at all the dealerships who are expanding and upgrading their service centers to replicate the Death Star. Not this place. Its the same tiny Millennium Falcon property since forever. They keep increasing their reach without increasing their space to handle it. To reach the VW service department, you have to snake through a maze of tiny lots jammed with Lord-knows-whose-cars, the service entrance is not clearly marked, there was no one out front of the building to guide you into the service area and you just had to figure it out yourself. Felt like I was in a self-service car rental lot. Once we figured out we had to go inside to speak to a human being, lucky us, we had a trainee handle our first (and probably last) visit here with his supervisor and they told us they were kind of jammed up with cars. So, since we didnt want to hang out in a car service center waiting room (the fourth level of hell in Dantes Inferno), they said they would call when it was finished. To be clear, this was just a simple first service visit for our pre-paid plan on a lease. And then were told, sorry pal, tire rotation isnt included in that plan and you have to fork over $25 for that. Whatever, it wouldve been nice if you had actually checked the tire pressure when you rotated the tires because the second we drove off the service lot, the low-pressure light came on! (Que the sad trombone). But thats not the worst. They said they left a voice message when the service was completed, but we never received it. So we call about 90 minutes before closing to check on the cars status, and they say they are busy and will call us back. No call back. Then another call with an hour before closing, theyre still too busy to speak to us. We have to speak with some poor receptionist who has no idea whats going on with our car because shes juggling their half dozen German brand cars. And we all know where Volkswagen sits in that hierarchy -- bottom o barrel! Finally, we get confirmation -- through the same beleaguered receptionist -- the car is ready to be picked up, complete with low-pressure tires. Auf Wiedersehen Reeves Import Motorcars. We will take the prepaid plan somewhere else next time.
Rudest staff every I seen. They need to learn how to talk to customers. They will give you false info saying its best deal you can get. I went to the site and I found cheaper car and sent them the link. They stopped replying. Dont waste your time here. Rather spend your money where people will actually help you out then trying to screw you over. If I had option I will give 0 stars
Two brand new vehicle purchases from different Reeves stores since 2018 and customer service for both was nothing short of stellar. Sales and service departments of both were competent, professional and senses of humor always win for me. This has become my go-to dealership in the area and will be back for service & new vehicles when needed. Always fun to go window shopping with no pressure too. Let me boil this down for anyone reading this review. I’m 52 and never write reviews. This dealership did a nice job and certainly did right by me in the sales process. Aksel Tan, is a smart and talented BMW salesman. Otis Coles is a very good finance man. Super respectful to my wife and I. Shame on me for reaching 52 years old and never buying a BMW before. Drove one for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I bought 2 certified pre-owned 328i’s. Mine is an XDrive. To say these cars are fun, solid, powerful and electrifying to drive, is the understatement of the year. These cars are born to run. Its tough to get a five star review when things go wrong. Reeves most certainly deserves this five star review when the windshield wipers that I ordered online arrived in an EMPTY BOX. I called up customer service and spoke to the representative for online sales, explained the issue. Without hesitation he shipped out a replacement set. Thank you for looking after your customers, that kind of service is much appreciated. My new set of wipers arrived today!
Super fast service. I got in my dream car at a VERRRRRYY GREATT deal and completed the deal in under a day. Zaidi made me feel like home. As if I was like hanging out with a bestfriend. He was the main force that made me know getting a car from here would be a home run. Nick the sales person really knew his stuff in regards to the car. He was very nice and very respectful. I love my new BMW X5!! My husband and I had a great experience at Reeves. We worked with Chris Billings from Audi. Jess Baker, also in Audi helped us out as well. My husband is a wounded veteran and he is in a wheelchair, so it was really important that we had an SUV that fit his wheelchair. I told Chris and Jess that from the beginning and they were really respectful of that and Chris did not push us to buy Audi or anything like that. I really liked the Audi cars but they did not fit my husbands chair. The BMW buying experience was great, everyone that we dealt with on the day of sale was awesome as well. Reeves gave us a great deal on our trade in and gave us great military discounts. I know my car will last me along time, but if we ever need another car, we will definitely go to Reeves and recommend others to go there too.

When I purchased my Cayenne S, I also purchased the service package so that someone could come pick my car up for the service appointments (we live an hour away). Today, my car was supposed to be picked up by 9 AM, and the driver was supposed to call when he was on his way. At 9:25 AM, I called service but was disconnected 3 times before I was finally able to leave a message. Around 10 AM, I finally spoke with Richard in the service department and was told that the driver had not left yet and that he would call when he did leave. By 11:15, I still had not received a call. At this point, I called the dealership again with no success. Finally, I called my sales person who walked over to the service department to speak with them while I was on the phone. I told him to tell service to cancel my appointment for today because I could not wait any longer and to please call me to reschedule. I heard Richard in service say he would call to reschedule. It is now 10:00 PM and I never heard back from the service department.Do NOT waste your money on their service plan.
Always a great experience! My service advisor, Jesse Gillespie was great! He was efficient, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his customers. I will always bring my car here and ask for Jesse. The waiting area is relaxing and comfortable. I also love walking around the show room in a non-pressure environment.
I take my LR4 here for service whenever that time comes. Mason Hill takes excellent care of me every time. Whatever my appointment time is, I can be assured to be seen at that time, or within minutes of it. He always has everything ready. I usually get a loaner car. And when he calls me, he already has the car waiting outside for me. Im always with my toddler, and I really need for an on time, quick and smooth process. And Mason delivers every time. He has even gone above and beyond a couple times to help me with my toddler car seat because I was struggling with it. Mason is super nice and very accommodating. If there is something he can do to help you, he will do it. I find the customer service at Reeves overall to be high quality.

He went above and beyond by keeping us up-to-date on all information/follow through during the process and after. Our paperwork was handled by Monica who was exceedingly polite and proficient. Scott Roderick and the entire staff were extremely helpful. We were having difficulty finding a good deal locally. So we checked with Reeves. They were easy to work with, and had good communication over the phone and email. So we decided to make the 2 hour drive to Tampa to buy a new Legacy.It was definitely worth the drive. Reeves was beyond professional. When we got there, they had everything ready, and didnt play any games or try to bait and switch. I absolutely loved my car buying experience through Reeves Import Motorcars. I worked directly with Zaidi and he was wonderful with my several reschedules for test driving and throughout the entire process from start to finish. I also brought in my daughter both days during the car buying process and test drive. Zaidi was sweet enough that he even sat in the backseat with my baby girl while I test drove the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He was very sweet and attentive to her needs which meant a lot to me. They gave me a decent value for my trade in as well. From start to finish I do not have one complaint. In the spring I will have been a satisfied Reeves customer for 30 years having bought 10+ cars. I have never bought a BMW from any other dealer in that time. They always accommodate you from sales through service.I just leased an X5 40e plug in hybrid and I just love it! It is smooth, silent and seamless in operation, comes with exceptional incentives and does 55 mpg combined. I never would have bought it if it had not been recommended by my salesman Roman Czachor. He was very understanding of the fact that, given all the many perks on this car, it would take some time for me to remember and digest this information.He was also upfront with the fact that the car had come in with a crack in the windshield and he was instrumental in getting the windshield replaced without me having to take the car back to Tampa.I did get a chance to meet your Sales Manager, David. My sister and I both bought BMW 550s and cant say enough about Reeves and especially about Hector Colon in the Service Department. Hector is second to none! He takes great care of us and is very efficient and on top of everything. I constantly brag about Reeves and the main reason anyone should go with a BMW instead of a Mercedes is not only because the BMW is a great sports car but because the service department, Hector, always delivers impeccable service. I honestly dont have a single complaint!
We went to Reeves Subaru thinking about buying an Outback, but after test-driving an Outback and a Forester; we like the latter a little better. Fernando, the sales consultant that we worked with, was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I bought a 2017 Forester from him after discussion by emails. It suits my work and life situation well. Fernando has been very helpful and honest. He works hard to make sure his customers are satisfied. Great experience. I will come back in the future for my 2nd Forester, and I will contact Fernando for this.
We have now bought two cars from this dealership, an Audi and a Subaru, with Robert Kearney. We enjoyed our first purchase experience with him so when we were looking for another car my husband contacted him again. It took us a few months to sell our car and happened to find the one we wanted right away. We were able to discuss price and features over the phone with Robert. We just had a baby several weeks ago and had to both go in at different times. I wanted to test drive the car first and Robert even came in on his day off so that he would be there when I looked at it. My husband then went back two days later to make the purchase and in the mean time Robert got all the paperwork ready to go so it would be a quick process. He even picked my husband up so that we didnt have to take the new baby on a drive to the dealership for the purchase. He a genuinely nice guy and enjoyable to work with. We are very happy with our purchase!
The Audi service department at Reeves is one of most helpful I have ever dealt with. Service Rep. Jason M. went above and beyond to help us when no other dealership around was willing or able. I cant thank them enough. Great team and exceptional service. Highly recommend.

Apparently the owners of Reeves never read Yelp ratings or comments. The are quick to sell you a nice car but their service dept is very poor. They do not answer their phone or call you back if you leave a message. If you have scheduled a courtesy car drop off for service dont count on them even showing up. I am surprised that Reeves can stay in business which such a poor quality and poorly run service department.
Reeves is a wonderful dealership. We have bought cars from them for many years. Everyone there is helpful and straightforward. Their Genius Calvin O is just the best; he recently walked me through the operation of the cars navigation and communication system and followed up with another visit to make sure I had no additional questions. You will receive first class service here no matter what car you buy, used or new.

I was looking to trade out of a car that i was upside down in a lot. I spoke with a sales person. who believed that a certain car would work to get me into a BMW. I emailed over my Credit application which I have good credit. I spoke with the salesperson after the received all the information he told me that I would here back within 2 hours. Never received a call or email nothing at all from him or anyone else. If a deal wasnt possible there should have been at least the professional courtesy of letting a potential customer know.

Horrible experience in the service department. First of all, I set an appointment to bring my car in, then I find out the day of the appointment my advisor would not be in that day and I was asked could I reschedule. I do believe there are other advisors on site, besides I had taken the day off just to bring my car in considering theyre closed on the weekends. Second, I very rarely rent cars or take loaners, and the Enterprise Rep within Reeves was very misleading. I was informed that $50 would be held on my debit card along with a one time payment of $20 for a protection plan to cover the car (most people with good enough insurance to cover the individual as well as any car they are occupying choose this option were his exact words). Being that I was only supposed the have the loaner a day or two I thought why not? Well, Audi took their precious time with my car (13days), I had to call my advisor numerous times to get updates on what was going on with my car, and now Enterprise without notifying me, no paperwork, no receipt what so ever has taken $344.96 out of my account unauthorized. Why wouldnt that cost be taken care of by the company that took so long to repair my car. Why wouldnt the company (Enterprise) within Reeves Import contact me to say hey, these are your charges? Ultimately, if you allow this branch of enterprise to reside within your place of business, why not be sure theyre taking care of YOUR customers accordingly? This is predatory business and I can assure you that it gives Reeves Import, not just Enterprise a bad name. I will never do business there again, I work to hard for my money to be taken advantage of.
The land rover service team is amazing !! Especially Mason Hill, he is my hero. Twice I called on him this week and he got me in, got the issue fixed and out in a flash. always worth my 40 min drive from Palm Harbor. Another excellent experience at Reeves. This time at Subaru. Thanks to Ben Busbee, everything went very smoothly. The initial offer was excellent, everything was exactly as advertised. He drove to my home to get me to the dealership and got me out the door in the new vehicle very quickly. Extra services were simply presented, not pushed . . . it really couldnt have been easier.
Got two cars from Reeves, Maserati and Audi.Maserati customer service was poor initially but after moving to new building they stepped up, however the service department is slow to answer calls and difficult to get in touchAudi department is amazing. Great facility, beautiful showroom and amazing people that work there. Did not preform any service there yet but showroom customer service is terrific

I was originally interested in an X5 but Kathleen paid close attention and asked all of the right questions regarding my specific needs offering me test drives in both the X5, X3 and other models, I finally decided on a new X3. All the people we dealt with at Reeves were very courteous and professional, especially Pisandro, the manager, and Michael in sales.These folks are knowledgeable and very straightforward. Chris Rogers from Reeves Porsche brought a 2011 Porsche 997 to Cars and Coffee at the DuPont Registry / Boulevard Customs building in St Pete. After seeing the car at the show we met Chris at the dealership in Tampa. Our experience was outstanding. Chris is a genuine, non-pushy guy (who I would recommend working with) and I would describe the sales manager the same way. We were happy with the deal we got on the used Porsche that looks brand new and has 7,800 miles. We love the Reeves family and will visit Chris in the future.
Friendly service and good deals. If you want a set of new tires be prepared to sit that butt down in their lounge for 3 hours when they told you it would be ready in half the time. They have free water and soda to makeup for all of your lost time.
I have received calls from our BMW sales manager, 2 Porsche sales managers and the GM. Im confident the leadership at Reeves is going to resolve any concerns that result in anything less than a 5 star rating and preserve their fine reputation in Tampa. The BMW group provides an amazing, friendly experience. My wife was buying the sales people food and hugging them like they are family.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My wife had a great experience with the BMW group but when she went to buy a Porsche the experience was less than the high standard at the Reeves group. The experience appears to be an isolated incident with a sales rep. Give Reeves a try. They have great ratings over time.
First and foremost, I have been through at least 10 car dealerships at this point spanning all over Florida. My wife and I have been fans of Audi for several years, it was time to renew! Weve had our eye on the S5 for over a year and once we decided to pull the trigger, well...were both impulsive, it would only take the right car. One was available, so in I went without my wife. Mary Tully drew the short straw (kidding) and I had an instant liking to my randomly picked rep. Mary was not pushy and was quite nice and as professional as anyone would like (I was dressed as one who might only afford a cheap car) but you would not have known as far as how I was treated. After a quick look inside and an offer to test drive I promised to return with my wife the next day. The rest is history; fabulous car and the treatment of Mary and the rest of the Reeves Audi Team were equal. My car buying experience at Reeves was superb.I knew the type of vehicle I wanted, so I decided to search their inventory online. I contacted the sales department and informed them which vehicle I was interested in.I submitted my credit application online and was informed of my financing options before I even went in to Reeves. I knew that I wanted to purchase this car, as long as the test drive went well.I told them when I would be in, and they had the car pulled from the lot and detailed for me when I arrived. I test drove the car (it drove great) and was then ready to start filling out paperwork.My salesman, Michael Fraczek, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did have some questions that he was not 100% sure of, so he directed me to the service manager, Melissa Jackson, who was also very friendly and able confirm all of the answers to my questions.Ive purchased other cars over the years, and this has been my best experience by far.Thank you, Reeves! Hans Lindau, my sales representative at the Reeves Subaru dealership, is awesome! When most think of the car buying experience, they see it as high pressure sales, but with Hans it was the exact opposite! He could not have been nicer or more helpful in finding me the car that was right for me, even down to not pushing products he knew I did not need! Not only are Subarus amazing, but so is this specific dealership. Bring your business here!
Cameron Phillips was our salesman. He was great in selling us our 2015 Volkswagen EOS. He managed to complete the whole transaction on the same day. After sale service from the same person was not as good. He does not answer phone calls, phone messages or emails. When finally reaching him he make the excuse that it has been very busy for a whole week. Not recommended for a long lasting relationship.

I purchased a Jetta a couple months ago. My sales associate was Rodney Brown and he is the absolute best. I wasnt sure if I was ready to let go of my other car but he in no way pressured me at all. I was just browsing when I first came to the dealership and he simply gave me all my options and let me think about it. This was the first time I purchased a car on my own and I was very nervous. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions I had. When I was ready to make the purchase, he was able to make that process super easy for me. Just bought a BMW X1 with help from Mike Khoury - what a pleasant experience. Professionalism all round, no hard sell just gave me the options and let me decide. And great post-sale education (theres a lot to learn on modern cars!).I should perhaps have opted for one of the options with sport seats - maybe next time.The X1 is a great car - useful, just the right size, reasonable gas mileage for a performance vehicle, and now with 20 gigabytes of music on board. I never need to leave the garage.

I had an excellent experience with Ian Foster, the sales representative that handled my purchase. He took the time to walk me through the final paperwork and show me some of the features of the car with enthusiasm and interest that me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. He also offered to make himself available for future needs and questions I may have along the way as I get myself acquainted with it. That is valuable to me since one does not fully grasp everything at one time and the thought that he was willing to make himself available made me feel at ease.

Im extremely glad I purchased my Land Rover from reeves. Ever since, every single service appointment Ive had has not brought up any inconveniences with scheduling, late appointments or bad service.The waiting area is the best part, it offers free drinks and snacks and free wifi. What I like most is that they offer a free car wash! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 service quality! Highly recommended. Make sure Mason Hill takes care of you.

I purchased 08 Audi S5 from a dealer in Orlando (non-Audi dealer) and had to return it 3 months later because the dealer kept on creating more problems than I had when I went there with. They were also trying to charge me for things that the warranty was suppose to cover. I returned the car on a Friday, then on Saturday drove out to Reeves Audi in Tampa, Fl and met with Chris Billings.He understood my situation and the hassle I went through. Chris and his company worked with me to recover the money I lost with the other car and helped me get into a new 2013 S5, right off of the show room floor. He allowed me to test drive the 2.0 turbo and the 3.0 supercharged models and compared both and all of the options I had available. He explained everything possible in detail about the car which proved to me that he knew about the S5 and all of his cars. He programmed everything for me before I left so that I was able to enjoy the car more and not worry about how to do this and that. He is a very knowledgeable person, and Reeves is a wonderful dealership to deal with. I would recommend anyone to visit Reeves and talk with Chris.
