I had a very bad service experience at the other Maserati Dealership in St. Pete after a week of no return calls from the service dept. I had nearly $4K worth of service work to be done. I canceled my order and got a refund as I did not feel comfortable with them doing the work at this point. I then called Maserati of Tampa and the team there was very pleasant and very organized. I worked with a gentleman named Zakar who was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, and fixed the various items I needed for my Granturismo. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and their attention to detail.

Great dealership with excellent, and surprisingly reasonably priced service! Always provide high-quality loaner vehicles, offer home/office pick up and drop off option as well. Has the high-end feel and personalized service you would expect from an ultra luxury brand such as Masserrati. The Ghibli SQ4 Grandsport I purchased has been fast, fun, beautiful and extremely reliable as well. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to let people know how outstanding the service department is at Maserati of Tampa. I havent had to be there very often, but when I have Zakar is by far one of the most knowledgeable, professional, personable individuals I have worked with at any service department. Im kept in the loop on the progress of the car, and always seems to go the extra mile for his customers. Very refreshing in todays getem in, getem out mentality. Reeves has a really good one in Zakar, and I hope they realize it.

I flew out from Texas to buy a GranTurismo here a few years ago. The manager blatantly lied and said the car was perfect and that I need to come see it. I paid for my flight there to find that the front quarter panel literally had a quarter sized bubble in the paint that was peeling at all sides. Absolutely the worst.

I just purchased my second Maserati from Joe Cruppi. I had just scheduled an oil change and had no intention of buying a new car. But I saw the new models and couldnt resist. I love my Ghibli but I upgraded to the GranTurismo and I am absolutely loving it! I cant say enough about Joe and his team there about how they explain the different features and the pros and cons between the different models so I can make the right choice for me. I would highly recommend you go talk to Joe if youre looking for a new fun car to drive.

Very unhelpful group of people. Rude! Have to force them to do their job. Extremely awful experience overall even when looking to place a 20k deposit on the new MC20. I was told by a sales person to go online to organize my specs instead of him actually taking the time to meet with me. Cant figure out what anyone does there since every time I go to the dealership, they are dead and completely bored. Unfortunate. Great business to run drug sales through...

I would say that my experience over the phone with a particular sales rep was very unprofessional to say the least. After you purchase your dream car, I would expect, that with the caliber of the car brand, the staff service would equate, match and demand sophistication and superior customer servicing..But NO!

If there were zero or negative stars they will get it. The general sales manager gives rude and sleazy a new name. I called about a new Maserati and all this sales person would do is give me a price. When I asked further what the money factor is, the residual value and the sales price he refused. Didn’t matter to him. However, to intelligently purchase a vehicle you need those numbers. He refused to provide the number and was rude and acted how dare I ask such basic questions. Clearly he was intimidated by a customer who was not a push over. All he would say is I’ve been here for 16 years and I know best. How wrong you are. If this is the general sales manager I feel sorry for the salesperson working below him. Don’t buy a car blindly from this dealership. There are a lot more reputable dealerships that try to break the car dealer mold. Unfortunately this one person gives the entire dealership a bad reputation.

Best place to buy a Maserati in the country. They give you the best deals in the country and the sales manager Mr.Joe was very professional and talks to the point. Great experience! I flew into Tampa and they had a driver there to pick me up. We got to the dealership and everything was exactly as we had discussed over the phone. My paperwork was ready when I got there to sign. I had a quick run down of the car and they got me on my way. I drove 7 hours home and they were nice enough to text to make sure I made it home safely. They were extremely easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Was offered an Enterprise rental when my car with 2339 miles on it was setting off an alarm every time it was locked, I complained.I was ultimately offered a Maserati (as promised when I purchased the car).My car was returned promptly, but now I understand that the alarm cannot be set if my sunroof is open or vented. Can this be right? Who has a car in Florida that cannot vent & lock without setting off an alarm?

Just had my cars annual service completed by Reeves Maserati. It was a fantastic experience. They sent a driver with a loaner car to my house in Sarasota to pick my car up. The driver was on time a courteous. Dealing with Jamie and Tracey in the service department was fantastic. They did the job and found other small issues. They came up with a fair price and the work was performed as promised. The car was delivered back to my house at the time they stated. Its a third new car I buy from Reeves in the last 4 years and second time I have to pay more than I was promised! They ordered more options without my consent than I wanted and I was forced to pay for it upon the car arrival. At the time I ordered the car I was not given the price, so I had to pay about $4000 more than the car I built on line. Then I was provided with some ridiculous explanation. That was on top of waiting for the car about 2 months longer then expected. I was very disappointed. Id expect more thoughtfulness for a return customer. Especially when they messed up badly with my trade-in less than a year ago, when I bought a BMW from Reeves.Update: Every time I have to deal with their service it is nothing but frustration. The car is under warranty and they are not able to fix glitches. And the latest time they messed up my leather seat and said I had to see it the same day to call them. I spent $100K on a car and they treat me like a used Kia owner.

My father past away about a month ago. He had leased a Maserati from another dealer in St. Petersburg, FL.After speaking to the bank, they advised us to return the car to the dealer, so the bank could take possession of the car. The selling dealer refused to allow us to drop the car off without paying off the lease term.After calling the bank back, they contacted Reeves, who are actually humans with hearts. The Maserati department allowed us to drop the car off and move on with our lives.Thanks Reeves, you can tell the character of a company by what they do, even when they are not obligated to do so.

I recently purchased a 2018 Maserati Ghibli from Reeves Maserati. My wife and I thought it was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.We have had 8 BMWs since 2003 and Reeves has taken care of us with absolutely no complaints. Their integrity is above reproach.With that being said, Being a good shopper, we went to the competition and realized we were at a car dealer and not Reeves. When we went back to Reeves, it felt like we were in the right place. Because when you buy from Reeves it doesnt feel like you are being sold a car. Its more like you decided on one of their brands and they make the deal work for you, and they truly want to make sure you are happy.My 2018 Ghibli was a loaner car from their fleet with very low miles. Its a certified pre owned car with an unbelievable warranty. After having the car for a few days we noticed a few things we missed at the delivery. We called our salesman Dennis, and he scheduled us to bring the car back in. They gave us a loaner and made all the minor repairs. Without going into a lot of detail they replaced a few things that no other car dealer would have ever done, And quite frankly, that is why we have been with Reeves for almost 16 years.In closing, the Reeves DNA has definitely been integrated into the Maserati dealership. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

I had an appointment for a computer update, and I did not have much of a wait. The car came back out from the service garage and the service manager asked me if I wanted it cleaned. He said they always do that as a courtesy. So I said yeah I had the time and I waited probably 20 minutes thinking they were just washing the car. When the car came back, it was show room condition, they wiped off the instrument panel, vacuum the floors, wipe the car down etcIt was immaculate and I pulled out of the dealership because now I was getting close to the time I needed to my next stop. Then I remembered I had a bank deposit for one of my businesses on the floor of the backseat in plain sight. There were plenty of checks and $900 in cash in the bank bag....... it was never touched it was all still there. I would not have knowingly tested anyone like that but I totally forgot about it and I commend the honesty of the employee.

I bought a 2016 ghibli and they wanted $550 for the first service when the St. Pete Maserati dealership said they would do the exact same service for $300. What a rip off!

Leased a Ghibli from the Sales Manager Joe who raved about how the driving experience and service would be. I have previously driven BMW, Audi, and Cadillac and had received amazing service with all 3. 1300 miles into my lease my car stalled out on the way home. It took me 4 hours to get Maserati roadside assitance to send a tow truck and they sent it to the wrong address. I spent another hour on the phone trying to get the tow truck out to me and he finally arrived at 9pm after I gave him directions. Maserati didnt get me a loaner car until the next morning even though I was promised swift and immediate attention when I signed the lease. Now, at 1900 miles, the car is having the same issue. I called service promptly at 9am and was told that they may or may not be able to pick the car up and get me a new one today. Just absolutely horrible. Needless to say, this car will be getting returned (possibly with the lemon law) and I will be returning to the service I am used to. STAY AWAY!!!
